  1. Pipe to crawl through, rope swing etc. on the next island, seems like possibly an agility course that's not fully open yet? Although if it is a quest area and 77 agility is one of the requirements
  2. I think it's a terrible idea to be honest. The Loyalty rewards *could* potentially be good but I doubt it, at least there's the potential for that. These Vanity Items for buying game cards? Yeah, that's just secluding people for no reason. Even Micro-transactions would be better than this.
  3. That was one of the best races I've ever seen. Fantastic win for Button, well deserved.
  4. Had some raw monks in the bank from fishing recently.
  5. 70k fishing xp is fairly nice. Like two hours worth of fishing. And two hours not spent fishing is always welcomed.
  6. Sauce? Comments from the latest Facebook teaser picture. Posted about 30 minutes ago. What amazed me most about going to the Facebook page to see that is the number of people that obviously never go to the homepage, or at least never read the news. I didn't realise quite that many people are clueless about what's happening in the game, with regards to future updates (and hell, even current updates, the number of people in game that ask what the update was after it has happened is crazy). Can't wait for RotM, should be awesome hopefully. Just hope I don't need to level any silly skills for it (Hunter or RuneCrafting, ugh).
  7. Was bored, went to revs. Corrupt V. Spear. Teleported shortly afterwards as a PKer came (some level 114 with dragon claws, so nothing too bad lol) so teled :).
  8. Robin Hood Hats are from level 3 clues, not level 2 clues.
  9. Blyaunte must live somewhere where there's more than 24 hours in the day. Working 12 hours at night and having to do manual labour during the day and still have enough time to sleep correctly? Must be the only explanation. Also, if you think they're playing the game then you're wrong. They are not "playing" anything and you seem to be putting it off as that. While perhaps not physically exhausting having to constantly use a computer for 12 hours straight a night is not in any way fun like you seem to think it is. On top of that, having a terrible graphics card would do nothing at all in terms of eye sight, having a bad monitor would but only because of them having to look at it for 12 hours a day when they're obviously going to be tired after having had to do physical labour all day. I would really love to see you spend all day doing physical labour and then spend 12 hours at night farming gold and see how you do. The main thing here isn't that they're just farming gold in prison, it's that they're doing that on top of having to do manual labour throughout the day and this is causing additional harm to them in a completely different way than just physical work does.

I'm 3% into Renaissance :). Would be higher but the recent downtime has really screwed me over so I've not made much progress at all in the last 72 hours or so.
  11. I had no idea, only got 77 mining today :P. Thanks for correcting me :).
  12. Unless I'm mistaken they've already added the varrock set effect. Keep getting double coal while meaning in LRC.
  13. Finally got my full set. Took a bit more than 400k xp. Got my gilded pickaxe just 10 minutes after the plate, seems a lot of people get that quickly which makes me wonder if the rate is increased after plate?
  14. At 250k xp or so thus far and just got my gloves (took ~170k for boots). Had two mining level so far which is nice, at 76 atm. Not sure if I'll stay here until 80 or just leave when I have the full set/gilded pick (which I hope will be before 80 lol). I sort of like this, don't really need to think and nice afkable mining xp :P.
  15. They've started switching on places in Europe, not in the UK yet though.
  16. Again, why not just say "Move and click in one key press" explicitly mentioning the jumping to a point as part of the problem indicates that it is indeed wrong. His point on clicking as well as moving in one key press is in addition to the not jumping to a point. Badly written perhaps, but that's what he's saying.
  17. If that's the case then why even include jumping to a space at all? Why not just moving and clicking? Seems a strange thing to go into detail about and even mention at all if there was no issue with moving to a specific point.
  18. The point of contention here is that you're misinterpreting what Jagex defined: Stuff that moves to a specific point is only illegal if it also clicks in the same motion. If you have to hit the "hotkey" twice-- once to move the mouse and again to click-- it's within the rules. Want me to quote you where someone stated in this thread that moving to a specific point and clicking in one movement is fine as it's emulating a touch screen?
  19. Actually, the first removals of signatures came over 2 weeks after posts which break the rules were posted. There was plenty of time to remove the offending content. Again, the part with moving to a specific point is not the entirety of the scripts being bad, there's more in other scripts which is also against the rules. And to Cheeze, let me put it this way. If I say your post is fine because it doesn't include swearing. It would be safe to assume that a post containing swearing wouldn't be fine. Same here, They say that mouse keys is fine because it doesn't move to a specific point and thus something which DOES move to a specific point is NOT fine. Not the most difficult to follow logic I thought but it seems I'm wrong there.
  20. Which is something which has been argued is fine within this thread as it emulates a touch screen? Make up your minds! And above that it says something is fine because it doesn't move to a predefined point and thus implying that it's against the rules to move to a predefined point.
  21. Did you even read that part of the quote you posted?
  22. Jagex have been contacted regarding the scripts (with examples provided) and yes, they confirmed that is against the rules. You're also acting like that's the only point of contention about the scripts also, there's lots more wrong with some of them than just moving to a specific point.
  23. This says you think moving the mouse to an absolute position on the screen is against the rules. But let's say you had a way to determine the location on the screen of a specific inventory square, which is doable, since the inventory is always the same size. You would have to make a slight change for using resizable over fixed mode, but otherwise that's not hard. You could then calculate the relative distances between where your mouse currently is, and where that inventory square is. [hide] F6::Click Right F7::{ MouseGetPos X,Y X1,Y1=GetPositionOfInventorySquare(1,1) dX=X1-X dY=Y1-Y MouseMove,dX,dY,0,R } F8::Click [/hide] Note that this code DOES NOT WORK since I have not appropriately defined a GetPositionOfInventorSquare function. However, the only difference between this and the Mousekeys emulation script is here it calculates where it needs to move the mouse, but still uses a relative mouse movement, not an absolute mouse movment. The problem I imagine you will have there is it's using the mouse's current location on the screen to help the script find where to move. In that case, let's say at some point you're doing herblore, and after withdrawing the stuff you need and closing the bank window, you want to move the mouse to the top leftmost inventory square. You know where your mouse is at the start, and you know to where you want to move it. Playing Runescape in Fixed mode that square is about 100 to the right and 200 pixels below the "X" to close the bank window, so the following script would accomplish your goal: [hide] F6::Click F7::Mousemove,100,-200,0,R F8::Click [/hide] The only difference between this and Mousekeys is instead of moving 0,-37, it moves 100,-200, while still maintaining one input: one output, and moving to a specific inventory square, so I fail to see why "moving to a specific inventory square" is against the rules. Thank you for actually making a reasonable post about this . While what you said is true that is possible to setup a similar effect with the move command rather than moving to it's not the same. Moving to a specific point no matter where your mouse currently isn't the same as moving a specific number of spaces to get to that space. Not only would one produce "random" variables within it and the other wouldn't (without variance coded into it). If you try and use the example you provided anywhere else it would not function correctly. That's the difference, you're not really automating the process with moving it a specific number in one direction, however you're moving to that specific point from ANYWHERE else. I've explained that really badly I know, just got back home after a very long week of work but hopefully it makes enough sense. Need rest now ;).
  24. Movement of the mouse is one output. Clicking is another. That's 1:2. It does not do both simultaneously. You are not using a touch screen to do that, plus touchscreens technically have multiple inputs ;). Not to mention moving to a specific inventory square itself is against the rules.
  25. You think a script which calls a function which moves the mouse to a specific place then clicks with just one button press is perfectly legit? Really?
