of course it isn't.... jagex never changed lvl requirements. They changed level requirements to wear armor in the beginning of the game. :wink: If they did that (not saying you are a liar but I wasn't around so I don't know for sure) the obvious reason would be that they were still trying to find a balance for the game. Years later after the balance has been either achieved or merely accepted the chances of change are slim if not impossible. They introduced level requirments for items due to the fact they didn't have any.

Your best best bet probably would be to range them with crystal or Karil's bow. With those, you could probably use only 5 pies a trip (Due to needing a lot of food to heal with) But you could kill maybe 5 demons per pie with Crystal and 6ish with Karils. With Melee you'd struggle to do 4 per pie I feel.

Are you Rich? --> Yes --> Use Onyx Bolts Are you Poor --> Yes --> Use Normal bolts. Of course, if you're talking about Crystal bow then you were correct =P I use Rapid all the time with crystal bow, prefer it to accurate.

Socc Master got me 200 wild pies, and we're splitting the drops 50/50 =) Last time we did this she got the only one, so the first one I get this time is mine. Then it's 1.25M each from every whip after. I'm saving up for full guthans, so that's 10 whips I need to get Drops Pies Left: 0 Whips: 3 Rune Chains: 16 Rune Meds: 10 Teeth Halves:4 Loop Halves:2 Clues:7 Drops Rarer than whip: 6 (Rune Kite, Rune Spear, 67 nats, Rune Square, 100 silver ore, 42 Rune arrows) I killed ~8 demons per pie, so this is 1600 demons worth. Total drops: (Not just from these 200 but all together) Whips:8 Dragon Meds:1 Drop Pics: (From the 200 pies) Whip 1 Whip 2 Whip 3

Yep, so it's not surprising that you get more loops from this. But the ammount more you get than teeth is just stupid.

When I got 100 combat a year or so ago, it was pretty big, but now it's fairly average. Although I still feel getting into the 3 figure combat is great, just like getting 4 figure skill total.

You do get credits, they're just not displayed correctly. Sometimes the gnome will tell you the wrong order, so double check with the box.

Is anyone else not getting any credits? Done two hard tasks, no credits. (First time I don't think I even got a tip, and second time I got 3 uncut emeralds, no credits)

6M? That it =P? I went from a 40M+ bank to a 5M bank in 2 weeks. Lost about 3 dharok sets, 1 verac set, like 20 rune sets, 10 obsidian sets and all the supplies I used. (I lost 12M in 10 minutes when I died with dharoks than verac) I was left with nothing but a whip. I improvised, borrowed a rune set off my friend, and went to DKs with him. We made 4.5M each in about an hour. Then went pking and lost my torags set, was left with just whip. Went to abysssals and got 2 whip drops and now I full full Dharoks + whip, and don't plan on pking any time soon (I hope)

What you're going through is what happens to me all the time, just don't give up. I average a rare from barrows every 100 trips, usualy crap one too. I average a chain every 300 KQ or so. I was on a 400+ rex dry streak before I finally got a drop off him. Then my money loser is pking, I'm addicted to it. I keep trying to give it up, but I still end up losing things (Like a torag set the other week when I got distracted while doing a clue...) I just don't give up, I train slayer for a bit, maybe make a few pies and kill abyssals. Just don't give up and you'll be fine, next thing you'll know is getting 4 guthans spears in a row for barrows and accedently attacking something and it dropping a clue which gives you a robin hood or something =P

Took him long enough. Clarkson's advice on Top Gear really paid off :lol:

What in the world are you talking about? The dragon uses breath, magic AND melee and that armour stinks. Defence is more important than prayer bonus while fighting that dragon. No, prayer bonus is more important. I take the same amount of damage while wearing black d hide as i do when in initiate. Yet in initiate my prayer lasts longer so I can use inc. reflexes, and therefore hit more often. If you don't beleive me, I could care less, infact I hope you continue to use d hide, so you kill less per trip. I just laugh when so many people believe magic defense affects his breath attacks, because it doesn't. You said: The dragon uses breath, magic AND melee. Ok... you use pro melee, therefore that is not important, no idea why you said that. yep, I don't understand why people don't use Iniaiate either. Much more effective than dragonhide.

*looks at sig* Yep, just as I thought, you can't fish Sharks. Sharks are MUCH slower than lobsters are, can probably catch 1.5-2.5x more lobs than I can sharks.

Still got it :D Can't remember how long I had that sig for o.O Must be well over a year now I think.

Whenever I go get a slayer task, and have gp on me I buy some Enchanted gems. Well, I used to. Stopped at 123 =P In that picture (My best bank ever >_<) I collected all those rune stuff from just ranging greater demons. All the Larges and stuff from clues or drops ^_^

Crap, sorry everyone. Got WoW today and was downloading the patch, due to my internet being slow I couldn't do anything else until it was done (Could barely use the internet) and It only just finished, didn't want to stop it after it had been on for 7 hours, didn't want to download it all again :/ Ugh, so sorry. I even bought 100 team capes this morning and made like 50 iron sets >_<
