account recovery
window xp validation doesn't have anything to do with runescape's account. So whoever that hacked you must have used the recovery. Since you didn't pay for hte membership, you're in quite a bit of trouble, do you know your recovery questions? Your best chance is to contact JaGex as much as possible.

Black Dragon slaying
you may consider ranging them at zanaris (chicken lair) accessible after the recipe of disaster. There's plenty of range spots there, so wear your best range gear.

:D what a great event. Stuff like this should be hosted more often! Maybe try one w/ collaboration with TET for a black vs. white knight war for the ages?

Can u sell spirit tree seeds?
spirit trees are mad exp, consider yourself lucky. They are not tradable, and you cannot have more than one tree. There's no payments for spirit tree, as someone above might suggest (you're thinking of magic trees). You can use an amulet of nature to watch for the tree's health.

How efficiently does the Dev team work?
No one knows for sure, you might want to send JaGex a question. However, a hint of it can be found under each quest update: Comparing this and the amount of staff in Jagex, it's safe to say that for the regular updates, JaGex work on team bases. Every once a while, JaGex pour their resources together to work on better updates. However, regardless of how sub-divided you want the JaGex developed be, you should never expect to have big updates without a week skipped every once a while. Consider this: JaGex has only so many developers, thus many man-hours available for updates per month. Let's assume the following: JaGex has 50 developers, each working 200 hours a month: 50 * 200 = 10,000 man-hours / month. To have weekly updates, JaGex needs to divide their team to: 10,000 man-hours / 4 weeks/month = 2,500 man-hours per small update If we want to have a big update. It's neccessary to either: a) Skip a week, spent 5,000 man-hours for a big update B) reduce staff for one update, leading to a crappy small update c) not have a big update As you see, you cannot have the cake and eat it too.

Help me with... Construction?!?!?! =p
Throne room must be in ground floor because of the Oubliette. I checked that I believe most rooms can be put into the basements, ones that I know for sure: combat game kitchen dining workshop quest skill dungeon (obviously) You can connect your dungeon with your normal rooms. One popular idea is put your combat ring as part of your dungeon 3. You can leave a room free-floating if you like. 4. Portals, quest, and altar are better off on the ground floor to aid barrowing and teleing 5. no, you do not need the stairs 6. donno, I think lag's more dependent on # of rooms 7. donno 8.
