If you're ranging, blue dragons are the way to go. there are several black dragon safespot at the corridors of evil-chicken shrine. Regicide is very hard without the the proper preparation. Make sure you read the guides, twice over. Be prepared, cause you do not want to regret having to tele out.

Pure, by definition, should not have any prayer level.

Use your cannon down at Dag's under the lightower, that shall give you a quick boost to your range (around 50k). Spent the rest of your cash on magic bow + iron/steel arrows on blue dragons, so you can get plenty of money back that way. For dags, wear full rune and lots of lobs, so you can survive for a while. Those guys are quite dangerous, mind you.

I agree with what's said above, however, you might also wanna consider how much easier to level everything in p2p, especially prayer. I'll suggest level your combat (especially magic) skills a bit, rc, and finish that last few quests. The most important thing I can suggest is start reading up guides and familiarize yourself with the P2P world ASAP, as well as lay out a plan for yourself on what you should work on. Finally, prepare for yourself quite a bit of raw materials -- logs, feathers, ores, bars, arrows, ess, etc.

the conversion rate used to be much higher, i think 1.5Candian for $1 US, but US dollar has dropped a bit while JaGex did not change the prices. Yes, it's more expensive for non-US when you compare it to the dollar, but it's been the same price in your country's dollar since forever. :) I hope that make sense to you guys.
