I managed to get 2 ammies within 5 kills of each other \ . Sold 1 and keeping one for myself for when I have ranging slayer assignments. Ammy itself isn't too bad for people who like to range safespot (eg. Tzhaars, Black Dragon etc). Hunter

I'm pretty sure that this thread was 'bout ppl who have been ddos'd and methods to prevent it. Not about attacking pj'ers and rushers in general. That said, a good way to prevent ddos is to setup a firewall with ingress and egress filtering. Cheers Hunter

It's all about luck. In all the clues I did this month, atleast 60% were worth over 200k with just a couple being below 50k. Still I wish I would get a reward with ranger boots, I'm too stingy to buy em lol. My advice: When doing a clue expect to get nothing, that way you will always do better than expected. :D Hunter

I don't get people like you who have a notion that pk'ing is something that must always be "honourable" and "fair". Pk'ing is about killing your opponent while not dying. Thats it. If the most effective way to do this is rush them then so be it, rush the hell out of them. Its like that guy who was flaming me for cheating at barrows and "having no sense of fairplay" for using a safespot while he attacked the brothers at melee range. Why should I not use the safespot when it is more effective and lets me get 20+ runs per barrow trip as opposed to going back after every run. That said Ddos'ers are a growing problem and I'm sorry to hear that you were a victim of it N00b, but really, never give out your IP addy mate. Hunter

Yes I have pk'd before. When I was a pure and then later when I was a rune pure. I'll admit since the new BH came out I haven't really pk'd much since I got my def and prayer up and havn't increased my str for a long time, but I have 26kd a fair few amount of times and I can safely say that making millions of gp in a few hours with next to no risk just doesn't sit right with me when other people who work much harder on other skills such as slayer and fishing don't make nearly as much. I am not talking about the, say level 100+, who go 26k'ing or whatever. My problem is those level 30s etc who have no other skills to speak off and yet in 2 hours they can make around 3m with almost no risk to them. That, for some reason, annoys me. I won't name any names but I know a level 37 who made over 80m with his friend and this level 37 only has one non combat skill that is over 20, fire making. Hunter

Yes you can still sit all day but now..if they die they actually drop loot, instead of how it was were they slapped on prot item and just dropped bones and shrimp. Hunter

I quite like the new update. PvP was never supposed to be safe, by skulling everyone and removing prot item they have basically removed people who just sit around waiting for their EP% to rise (I used to be one of them :roll: ). As for brawlers, you shouldn't be able to gain 4X the normal xp and expect no dangers. So from my side =D> Kudos to you Jagex :thumbsup: Hunter
