It's the ankou. They can be tough, though so watch out. There are safe spots for ranging/maging if I recall correctly. Good luck!
-
Yes. That's what I always do. Also, if you're planning on farming hops, you can water them as well. I usually plant, water, and water when I come by, but usually the crops have either died or matured by the time I visit the patch. I farm when I come along, between other things that I'm doing, for instance between slayer task banking.

I'd sai Alch, but do it in smaal portions to conserve (what is left of) your brain :wall: . What doe ancientzoide mean with free pure ess BTW??

I think you can't get ther without climbing boots. You can buy another pair from Tenzing I guess for 13gp or something (bring 100 to be sure). He is in his hut of course, on the "safe" route where you can get past the thrower trolls without geteing hit.

Lowest lvl with.....all quests completed?
transcript80 replied to connmaster123's topic in General Discussion
*points to sig* worst was getting ranged up for ME2, and of course that BL**DY agility levels to even start the elven series...RAAAAHHHAAAHAHAHHHH But I'm okay now, and looking forward to yet another exciting quest! I actually like the latest one, the slot machine took me quite some thinking (yes that hurt!) yet the reward was nice. -
Most boring: agility: runiing laps in the wildy and getting PKed by a nitwit who wants to steal my cakes, anti poison and DDS (and getting none of them.... \ ) Most useless: I agree with the majority here: Firemaking. The only use it has is for our brave F2Pers on karamja and adding up in my total level. It shouldn't be a skill in itself.... Adding to its uselessness is that it is boring to train as well, although the woodcutting xp you get from chopping the logs helps the grind to lvl 75 easy up a bit.

You do know that laws are only 300-350 each right? not when you sell them in low quantities: when selling <20 laws at a time (or so) they sell for 1k ea. If you sell the fur to Baraek, u might want to try it with a ring of charos, it might give you a less crappy price (not sure)
-
and actually you need lvl 5 construction for the latest quest, "The eyes of glouphrie", so you might want to include that. Don't forget that most quests also get you xp as a reward!
-
It depends on the yield you get from the graveyard, on how many bonus runes you get from the different rooms after an x-number of casts etc etc. I have no idea for an indication, sorry....
-
Ask the Duke of Lumbridge, he's on the firt floor (1 stair up) of the castle and he'll give you one. If you want more, drop it, talk again, drop etc. until you have an inventory full if you want.

Advice - Best and quickest way to train theiving
transcript80 replied to bandit_loz's topic in Help and Advice
Guards in Ardougne with cakes from stalls for food. Steal an occasional grey wolf fur to sell in Varrock for 150 ea with ring of charos if you feel like getting a little extra cash. Or Master farmer in draynor, steal from wine stall for bottles of wine, jugs and grapes to make wine for food. I like the seeds I get there... ranarr, avantoe and yesterday a lantadyme.... OH farming and herblore levels, where art thou? -
Grow them: virtually NO farming requirements, use normal compost on the soil and then pai the farmer 2 for 100% success. Normal copost is soooo easy to get because lots of people drop the weeds they got from raking the patches. And just about any other low level farming product makes it as well. Of course, if you insist on waiting at the Ardougne patch for them to grow, pick the potatoes in the field as mentioned before. I find it a pain however to remove the potatoes one by one from the sack once you are going to use them (tuna and sweetcorn potatoes FTW!!!).

Best 2nd ingredient to collect for money?
transcript80 replied to shaf_9110's topic in Help and Advice
white berries are good but there a pain to get you either have to have a high farming or go up to the red dragon island to get them which means high lvl wilde and big chance of death There is a spawn in the elves forrests as well, but as I recall it is only 1... Eyes of newt are rather popular too, buy them in port sarim or in the herblore shop in the druidic town. -
Spicy stew will boost RC to +6 maximum! Of course its random, too. It is not too hard to get to 50 RC, i found getting 63 smithing (look at sig) WAY more work! I tried stews at lower levels for smithing, but it's a pain to get the spices in evil dave's cellar, and you'll need LOTS of stews to get the desired effect! That's why I abandoned it aand did it the long, hard way....

The point is, I think, that you have the wrong item. You can buy 2 kinds of spray from the slayer master. One is the actual spraying "device" the other is the "re-fill". With a refill alone, you can't kill them. You have to use the spaying device on them when they are really low on HP, and it will do the trick. If you have to slay large quantities, use the refill (cheaper then the "device") to recharge it. Give it a go! happy slaying!
-
If you are going for meleeing it is ok, nice I guess. But if you are assigned magic-using critters, I guess you dress appropriately, so dragon hide. Search the bestiary if you are not sure. Also, keep in account that some slayer monsters require slayer wear like nosepeg, mirror shield etc etc. Happy slaying!
-
you might want to add the reward: 12000 magic xp 2500 woodcutting xp 6000 runecrafting xp 250 construction xp 2 quest points
-
I think this kind of magic could be implemented in the lunar magic spell book. That book has more or less "utility" spells. Maybe they could lower the requirements, too... .I think you need a rediculous high mage level to put compost on a farming patch (which requires 1 farming...) for example.

when F2P, karamja is the only spots for lobsters.

need Help To Find Some Items -> For Legends quest
transcript80 replied to tr0llet3's topic in Help and Advice
You might want to buy LOTS of lock picks because you might need up to 50-ish like i did. I don;t know wether it depends on your thieving lvl how often you fail it, but at the minimum level required for the quest it took 50-ish tries for me.... -
I thought duradel wasn't in the lost city... *gossips* Is he moving in with chaldear (sp?)? *gossip* OMG more RS relationships!
-
Generally, people don't string bows under yew. Most people "powerfletch" their way up using willow unstrungs, because it's the cheapest/fastest way. Then when reaching yew longs or up, they buy yew logs and strings, high-alch and make a profit. I, however, being stubborn and a total leveller, make my own bowstrings and strung all bows I fletched. It gained me a couple of crafting levels as well... So: fast and cheap: NO totaller and crafting: YES

Crocs.... slay them and when nearly dead use ice cooler on them... Most ppl burthorpe them, but I did them once and it was fairly quick. Im cmb 89 and 61 slayer and I go to chealdar (lost world of Zanaris) all the time. I've got 3 aberrant spectre tasks from my 5 latest visits, and they are great! Herbs, herb seeds and lvl3 clue scrolls (one of which got me killed, another got me a rune (G) skirt  ). I don't like the other masters really, exept for the Burthorpe one every once in a while. I like burthorping crocs to get banshees instead! :D
-
With low agility you'll fail a lot of obstacles, which cost you LOTS of food... As stated, apparently it can be done at lvl36... :-k but I did it at lvl50 or so and I bloody hated it because STILL I failed a lot!
-
Well... you'll still be called a noob even if you max out all stats...it's one of the little quirks in RS... "OMG!!11one!!11!!!eleven U HAx0R!!one!! u have 99 in all stats...reported" is still an option even if you are really good. Play the game as you please. My personal preference is levelling up all skills (exept construction: it wont be going up fast as it is maily Tears of Guthix-based...I'm not that rich.... ) but if you don't: FINE! Good luck
