Is this a good levelling plan?
Make sure that it's failed cursing that you do. A good place to use is to cast from is the key room in the Varrock sewers across the water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room.

How much are steel bars?
Maybe, 600 and 100 gp There are 2 ways to find the answer to your question. 1) Visit world 1 or 2 and stand outside the bank in Fally or Varrock and see what players are asking/offering for the ores. 2) Read the Tip It smithing/mining marketplace forum and see what players are asking/offering. Ultimately, ores are "worth" whatever you and the seller/buyer agree on. Hope this helps

Is this a good levelling plan?
That $575k could buy enough "Curse" runes to get you to magic level 67... Failed Curse always gives you 29 magic exp per cast Fire Bolt averages about 34 exp per cast Crumble Undead averages about 39 exp per cast. Failed Cursing does not give any HP exp and you do have to click a lot. But, it is a more cost effective way to raise magic compared to a Chaos rune based spell. Hope this helps

best way to get mage to 50
Failed Curse is 1.5 times faster... Failed Curse is just as cheap.

best way to get mage to 50
Realize that 1424 is only an estimate... Go and visit the Tip It Magic skill page. They have a lot of useful data that will help you. One of their charts show you what runes are needed for each spell. About $200k, maybe less. It would take you about $40k if you did it with failed Curses... Well, how many of each are needed and what is the price per rune? Usually, I go with whatever staff saves me the most runes. Hope this helps

F2P range leveling
There's that vague "best" word again... You earn Range exp according to HitDone*4 when using arrows. Equal hits on any monster will give you equal exp. So, tell us what else matters to you if you want to get a more meaningful answer...

what str lvl:range lvl ratio
If you are asking about "what stats are good for PKing" then, well, you really should just say that instead of making us read between the lines... Most PKers are interested in being as effective as possible at a "low" combat level. So, it helps to know the influence of Atk, Str, Range, and Magic on your level. Your combat level is determined, partly, by the largest of (Attack + Strength)*2 Range*3 Magic*3 So you can raise your stats to those levels and only increase your level due to HP increases. Otherwise, most PKers like to raise their stats just to the point where they can use a certain piece of gear or cast a certain spell. Obviously, the higher your stats, in general, the more effective you will be. So, you could let you success rate determine what to do. Ask yourself, "How did my enemy defeat me?" Was it sword hits, magic, Range, better food, ... Hope this helps

F2P range leveling
That depends on what you mean when you say "best" If you mean "fastest" then ranging lesser demons with addy arrows would be fastest. If you mean "best loot" then, again, lesser demons. If you mean "best loot/cost" ratio then probably Bronze arrows at lesser demons. If you mean "cheapest" then minotaurs in the SoS are good since you will get a lot of arrows as drops. If you mean "safest" then shoot from the key room in the Varrock sewers or shoot the Port Sarim jail prisoners, etc. If you mean "has big bones also" then shoot hill/moss/ice giants. If you mean "drops lots of runes" then shoot south Varrock dark wizzies. That depends on the above and on what arrows you decide to use. The lowest cost is probably to hunt Minotaurs in the SoS. You will get a lot of arrows as drops so your overall cost can be very low. Hope this helps

what str lvl:range lvl ratio
IMHO, your question is unclear. We have to know what you are really looking for in order to give you a meaningfull answer. Otherwise, you'll just get a bunch of well intentioned opinions that may (or may not) be useful to you. Are you asking about max melee levels that you can have and not increase your PK combat level? (answer: for you, Attack+Strength <= 63 but earning HP levels can increase your level. Use the Tip It combat level calculator to explore possibilities) Or, are your asking with some kind of expectation that certain skill levels must go together? (Answer: none at all. Play the game in a way that pleases you.) Hope this helps

F2P Magic from 45 to 55
You could do it with, at most, 3625 failed Curse spells or with about 5533 Fire Strikes. The cost per spell is about the same. There are lots of places that will work well for you. A multicombat zone is nice since that means that you will almost always have a target available. I like to cast from the key room in the Varrock sewers across the water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room. But the caged red monk under the Varrock palace stairs, or Port Sarim jail prisoners, or Al-kharid mine scorps from the above, caged lesser demon, river ducks, etc, will also work. Hope this helps

Strength Training at 74 Strength to 85?
You earn exp according to HitDone*4 The level of the monster that you kill doesn't matter. Hitting a 2 on a Lumbridge rat will earn you 8 exp. Hitting a 2 on a Greater Demon will earn you the exact same 8 in exp. So, you may as well make it safe for yourself and kill lower level monsters. If you can find a place with fast respawning and/or crowded lower level monsters then the exp can really start to roll in. Many players like the fleshcrawlers in the SoS. Another advantage of lower level monsters is that you will need very little food. You can stay down there for many hours without the need to stop for food or even bank. Hope this helps

whats the deal with muddy keys
The muddy key drops from chaos dwarves and opens the muddy chest at the end of the wildy lava maze (just south of the runite rocks). The stuff in it is worth, maybe, 5k or so. Check the TIp It entry for Chaos Dwarves to see the stuff in the chest. Hope this helps

Best place for cutting Yews?
The trouble is that any place that would be good for you... would probably be good for the autoers as well Why don't you take a look at the locations of all of the rare trees in RS as shown on the Jagex official world map of RS. You can make all of the locations flash at once by selecting the Rare Trees option. That said, Edgeville, north Varrock, Draynor, and south Fally are popular. Hope this helps

Highest level that hasn't completed Dragon Slayer?
Rune gear is, what, 4th or 5th best stuff in the game now...

Fire Bolts!
Fire Bolt averages about 34 magic exp per cast, Crumble Undead averages about 39 magic exp per cast. IIRC, you can use the Slayer Staff or the Void Knight mace to auto-cast CU. Hope this helps Yeah, but you have 0 chance of any types of drops. Atleast at Metals you may get a skirt. Well, the OP did say So, it really depends on what is more important to him. Guaranteed more efficient exp or a small chance at a very nice item...

help with f2p training
Use the SoS You earn melee exp according to HitDone*4 The level of the monster doesn't matter. Hitting a 2 on a rat will earn you the exact same 8 in exp as hitting a 2 on a greater demon. So, for fast training you really want to be hitting constantly. That suggests that you want to train on lower level monsters. (Plus you will use far less food when you fight lowbies) But, since you will kill a lowbie quickly, you need a constant supply of them to keep the exp per hour high. That means that you need fast respawns and/or an area crowded with monsters. The SoS has all of that. As you go deeper in the SoS the monsters get harder so you can explore a bit and find a place that you like. Many players like the Fleshcrawlers for training (Btw, white knights in the screen room are safer to train on when compared to black knights) Use the Tip It range training guide to find places. If you do it right, (with a safe spot), then you don't need much food. You could try the minotaurs since they will drop a lot of arrows. Pick up your arrows. You will get about 4 times as many shots out of them. That will save you a lot of money. Hope this helps

Raising Smithing lvl quickest
Smelting and smithing any F2P Iron item will have an average cost of 2 iron ore and will give you 37.5 exp. You can average about 14 Iron bars per trip to the furnace. So each trip will average 175 exp. That's 18.75 average exp per ore used. Smelting and smithing any F2P Steel item will always cost 1 iron ore and 2 coal ore and will give you 55 exp. You can do 9 steel bars per trip to the furnace. So each trip is 157.5 exp. That's 18.33 exp per ore used. Smelting and smithing any F2P Mith item will always cost 1 mith ore and 4 coal ore and will give you 80 exp. You can do 5 mith bars per trip to the furnace. So each trip is 150 exp. That's 16 exp per ore used. Iron ore is much easier to get than Mith ore and Steel takes only half the coal that Mith requires. The only advantage that Mith has over Steel is that the final Mith product is usually worth more than a Steel item. (which, in turn, is worth more than an Iron item) Btw, that's how RS works. The mid-level items are usually the best to use when leveling up a skill. The higher level items are usually slower but provide much better cash when sold. The slow part of the Smithing skill is doing the smelting. After you have all of the bars, the actual smithing part is easy since you can take a full load to the Varrock west anvils. Do Steel. You get almost the best exp per ore used and you can get decent money for the products that you make. Or better yet, get members and use the Ruby ring with Iron. Hope this helps

Crafting F2p (close plz)
Ok, so you need to make either 8300 Tiaras, or 12440 Hard leather bodies, or 13200 clay bowls. That's gonna make it hard to do. You could look at it as "borrowing" against the future income that you will earn once you can make power ammies. Probably won't be able to get enough, fast enough. Well, if your not gonna buy, then you could mine it yourself but it will take a lot of time because of all of the walking. A good choice since it can all be done next and in the guild. Clay bowls Hard leather earns 35 per unit, clay bowls earn 33 per unit. There is less walking involved since it can all be done in a small area. Crafting is one of the 4 hardest skills to raise in F2P. Members have many more, better ways to train it. Hope this helps

Auto-Casting mage...
Yes. Magic exp is earned as BaseExp + HitDone*2 and Hit point exp is earned as HitDone*4/3 IIRC, If you cast a damaging spell with a staff set on Def style then you magic exp is split equally between Magic and Defense. Hope this helps

Where do I Crumble Undead?
The exp earned with Crumble Undead is 24.5 + HitDone*2 Your data says that you are averaging 38 exp per CU cast, so your average Hitdone is (38-24.5)/2 = 6.75 The "simple" expected value for HitDone is Maxhit/2 For CU that is 15/2 = 7.5 So, you are averaging 90% of the "simple" expected damage. That's sounds pretty good to me. You could stay where you are since you are getting a good average, it's close to a bank, and it's 100% safe Hope this helps

Training smithing in free worlds?
Well, if you mined iron and coal in a 1:2 ratio then you would need over 860 trips to the bank while fully loaded with ore to reach 85. That's gonna take a long time. A "faster" way to raise mining and smithing is to power mine iron (in Al-kharid) until you reach 85. Then, since you can now mine runite ore, mine 40 full loads of runite ore. Selling that ore will earn you enough money to "buy back" all of the Iron and coal that you "dropped" when you power mined to 85. You can then smith all of that "steel" ore to reach smithing level 76 Or, mine "only" 620 full loads of runite ore and use the money to buy steel bars. Smithing those will get you to 99. Or, better yet, get members and mine gold. Then smelt the ore with the goldsmithing gauntlets. Training in members is better than F2P in so many ways. Hope this helps

Training range for f2p?
The SoS minotaurs are nice to range since they drop a lot of arrows. If you pick up your arrows then you can get about 4x shots out of them. You could try the lesser demons under the Karamja volcano or on the top of Crandor Island. There are safe spots to use. Hope this helps
