    What you sayd about using them as food is not true,even if you are a mage or ranger, they're like 3 kg per wine, and energy is really important while pking.

    Zammy mage under varrok castle, he's exelent for curse/stun. Just try it, but dont let anyone kill him....it takes around 5 minutes to respawn :evil:

    He is allredy at rock crabs :lol: I say just keep training there until around 60 att and 60 str, after that esperiments. Also you should get some mage and range, at least 70.
