Erm, tele block lasts for 5 minutes... Also, you don't really need to barrage 2-3x in a row. Ice barrage binds them for 15 seconds and most people with 94+ magic can hit more with a whip/dds special then they can barraging again. Ice barrage binds for 20 seconds :lol:

I killed a lvl 94 in full veracs, i was 84 combat with full rune and d scim and dds. I was waiting a friend at duel arena and was dueling for fun,this guy asked me to figth and i killed him...no idea what happened... Anyway he asked for revenge and he 3 hitted me :lol:
