Ok so I just got 67 Construction, and did the new quest to get the Crystal Saw, and, If I calculated correctly, if I used an Evil Dave stew to get +5 Construction, and then use the crystal saw, I can make a Guilded Altar! (Right?) So I looked for info on the Tip.it homepage, but it was a little blurry. So I need to make an orange Evil Dave stew to affect my construction, how do I make it the color I want it to be? And does it have to be the same combiation as in the RFD quest? Thanks in advance..

When they degrade to "0", and you take them off, you can't put them on again.. There's no "Wear" option. So yeah, you have to repair them.. Bummer huh..

Maybe because people get Left halfs and Dragon Meds ALL the time from any random monster they kill, and Chains pretty commonly at the Kalphite Queen, but alot less people kill the metal Dragons that drop the Dragon Platelegs or something? Supply and Demand whatever.
