I created my first account in... early 2003 I think, but I don't remember exactly. Like Skatepank, I never made it off Tutorial Island. I created an account because the guy I had a crush on (who is now my boyfriend of 3 1/2 years ;)) was playing the game and talked about it from time to time. About a year and a half later (in 2004), I decided to try RuneScape again, and this time it stuck. I played for about two years straight, before going on my first break. During that time, I played around with almost every skill but eventually lost interest in combat and fell in love with certain skills, the first being woodcutting. I lost interest in the low 80s and my next obsession became runecrafting. I made quite a bit of GP off of runecrafting and ended up buying a few "prized possessions," including various party hats and dragon armour. I then took a few months off of RuneScape and came back about a month after construction was released. Runecrafting then funded my next interests including construction, herblore and prayer. A few months after finishing herblore, I took my first serious break from RuneScape. Over the next year, I alternated between breaks and half-heartedly playing RuneScape, before finally retiring in December of 2006.

It needs to be a lot more jagged and rough, as other posters have alluded to. Also the way you shaded it isn't right. You pretty much went dark > light. Since rocks are jagged (it looks like you're going for more of a boulder rock than a smooth stone, anyways, due to the imperfect shape), you need to have shadows and highlights throughout the rock. Example: [hide=Image][/hide] The rock doesn't just gradually get lighter. There are shadows and highlights on all the grooves, dents, edges, etc.

So you don't have time to get her something, but you want to know what you should get her? That doesn't make much sense. Either way, it's not really a question we can answer. We don't know her at all and therefore, we don't know what she likes. You shouldn't have waited until the last minute, especially because she's your "special someone." ;)

I believe they're not supposed to do that. Unless the policy has changed, old threads should not be locked. If an old thread is POINTLESSLY bumped, then the "bump" is supposed to be split off. The first one is my favourite :) The second one is okay, but I feel like the focus is kind of random. A larger depth of field would have been better here. The third one could have been really cool with a larger depth of field as well, but it's sharpened way too much. And the focus is off in the fourth one. I agree with what MrShineyredplanet said about using manual focus if you're not already. There should be a switch on your lens. Right now it will be on "AF" and you want to switch it to "MF."

I've never made resolutions. I make changes when it's necessary that I do, or when I want to. I don't randomly think of a list of things to do just because it's a new year :P

No, they're just people and every person has the potential to be wonderful or horrible. The one step parent I got to know pretty well (not mine, but a friend's) is really nice.

I guess picking movies based on how attractive the main character is is one way to do it... Do I detect a hint of...disapproval? : P Mm I don't know if I'd say disapproval. I guess I'm just the kind of person that only watches movies I'm interested in. There are some people who watch movies because their favourite actors are in them, others who watch movies because they got great reviews, and then I guess people who watch movies because the main character is attractive ;) I only watch movies if the plot intrigues me. To each his/her own I guess.

That isn't necessarily true. No, they won't being cooped up in the house ALL the time (well some might ;)), but it's not like they won't enjoy their time inside. No dog should be left outside all the time. Huskies just aren't good for apartments. They need a lot of exercise and are very active dogs. So a back yard is a big plus ;) But they do like being inside and as long as you take them for long walks/jogs/whatever, they're fine.

Thats not true for 90% of dogs, its just how there trained, and its just those damn small dogs that yap constant, i hate those :x ALL dogs are like that. except for my aunts. but thats cause her dog is like a cat. We just keep running into each other, don't we? :lol: Don't deal in absolutes.. you will almost always be wrong ;) Many dogs don't even bark at all. And honestly, there are probably more people out there who are killers than dogs :roll: If a dog does try to bite/kill you, it's usually the owner's fault 100% because they didn't properly socialize and/or train their dog.

Construction was one of my favourite skills. RuneScape is not all about making as much money as possible and hoarding it forever. What's the point of making money if you're not going to spend it? I enjoyed decorating my house to its full potential.

Thanks for backing up your statement with such legitimate reasons. i can't explain how much i hate twilight. it makes me too angry to write things. Then I have no choice but to assume you haven't even tried to read the books and have just decided that it "fails" for no reason.

I always do that too :P And my initial judgment is still usually true after reading the book, which is interesting.

There are many reasons why people don't eat meat other than because "we shouldn't eat animals." 1. Some people just become a vegetarian or a vegan to challenge themselves. 2. Some people are vegetarians simply because they don't like meat. 3. Some people are vegetarians/vegans because of farm factories' mistreatment of animals. 4. Some people are vegetarians because they love animals and don't like the idea of eating another creature. And I'm sure there are other reasons. I personally don't eat red meat just because I don't like the taste.

I'm a girl and I love gift cards :P It's one thing if you're trying to impress/court a girl.. but I think gift cards are great. I'd much rather get a gift card so I can buy whatever I want then get a gift that I may not like at all. What does this girl like? If you want something other than a gift card & chocolates combo (which is great ;)), then you have to play to her interests.
