I am maxed melees, have access to turmoil, overloads and rapier. Any idea what would be best?

Not worth a new topic. Creating topics just for the sake of creating one might work on the RSOF, but not here. Staff of light isn't easy to obtain by the way. You need 93 slayer, obtain the task, and get lucky (whip lucky, around the same rates) to get one. That's why I think the current price is quite low, when you compare it to a whip, which you can camp for and requires a lower slayer lvl. This is of course because not so many people mage, while every lvl 85+ needs a whip. [Cowman edit: Removed]Using internet memes is not cool either.

Do you guys think it's serious to have a long term effect on the herb/nest/seeds/coal market? Seems like Jagex messed up big time yet again. First a roll back (I heard?), then a glitched MTK, then a fix that isn't a real fix...

WTF. I had my MTK running for over 3 months now and you know how much I got (collected it just now)? 15 million... 3months? How's that possible, I went on vacation for 17 days and when I got back my MTK yielded a 7mil profit. I only get approval up every week, and often forget it for over 2 weeks + I didnt add in the profit from nests yet (just opened, totals to around 5m so my total is roughly 20m)

umm...bots are illegal, you do realize this, don't you? Against Jagex's rules=/= illegal. Technically breach of contract, but it definitely won't get you any time. Would be funny if Jagex actually did that. Anti-botting bots :-) And I'm seriously getting sick of these internet-meme pics -.-

I get that you would talk about risk of investment when you do corp or something, because you can spend hours upon hours without any worthwhile drop, while investing a lot. Farming herbs however, has a laughable investment risk. "Oh noes, 2 torstol seeds died this round". Well, no worries, because other rounds you can get lucky and make 500k+ in one round. It's not like you get 10 bad farming trips in a row. Sure, it sucks when they die, but the great profits at lucky runs MORE than make up for it. In the long run they are undeniable the BEST profit (and xp).

This. Also, @ Link, it's clear you never owned any of those weapons. The cost is FAR below 200k an hour and from what I hear, CLS sucks for pk'ing.

Runecrafting for sure. I've been training farming recently, and it's so easy. I do yews + papayas + calquat, and torstols as herbs. I get around 100k xp per day in around half an hour of work and I still profit. (most torstol trips make me over 300k)

Nope, always use turmoil. It gives a higher boost nearly anywhere (but waterfiends and spiritual mages) and drains slower. It's not worth switching prayer just for waterfiends or spiritual mages. (especially not for waterfiends since flashing soul split is a very good way to stay there for a whole task (talking about chaos tunnels)

I would strongly advice you to make overloads as soon as you can (this would mean at lvl 92-94. 94 perhaps, since stewing can be annoying). You will make around 4k overloads this way, which should be nearly a lifetime supply. For overloads, you will need need to make 4k of each extreme pot, so start early on those (about as soon as you can make them). As a rough guideline: 4k overloads = 8.8m xp, so start using them as soon as you hit 4.2m xp (lvl 88?). To reach 4.2m xp, make any pot (look up gp/xp at runescape wiki and decide which one, balancing cost and speed) up to lvl 82. At 82, make spec restores and some super antifires (as much as you think you will ever use) untill lvl 88, then start making the extremes for overloads. Using this way you will: a) Get 99 VERY fast. b) End up with useful (untradeable) potions in stead of nothing (let's say you make brews: you sell them at the end so you get nothing, but xp).

Not a glitch. You can just make it bigger and smaller like any screen in windows. The "hover button" is at the top in the middle
