I have found something of great interest in the Grand Exchange: No this isn't just a picture of a Strength Potion. As you can see from the picture, the Strength Potion (3)'s market price is 660gp. But if you notice, that's also set as the lowest price. To my knowledge, there hasn't been another item like this. There is usually the 5% lower or higher thing going on, but for this item, it seems that it can only go up. Because everyone buys or sells for the market price, which is also the lowest price, it can't go down. To my understanding, if everyone bought for the lowest price, and then sold for the lowest price, then the lowest price would become the new market price. But in this case, the market price is the lowest price... So is the program making it so that it can't go any lower, only higher? Maybe this is a potential way to stabilize the crash in prices. Or this could just be a glitch. I don't know. I'm just interested in what you have to think.

I like how he addresses Farming as a money making skill, instead of a money draining one. Most players have this wild belief that Farming is like Firemaking or Construction, that you only lose money. Well I can tell you that any good farmer would profit on their road to 99 instead of losing substansial amounts of money. I really don't see a point in buying 99 using Magic Trees, if the thing they produce, Logs and Roots, don't come close to breaking you even. While the smart farmer, who plants Snapdragons or other herbs, can get a good amount of experience, as well as doubling profit everytime they harvest. :P

It's good that theres some people that actually think of the good side of this update :P In retrospect I would have to agree. Since dueling is a form of combat, it will of course have the use of the RNG. However even with skill levels into account, there is always the factor of randomness. Yes this is gambling of sorts, since a stake is just another word for a bet. Of course Jagex will lose alot of membership, since many pay for their pures, which most of them are stakers. The consequences of their actions not only affects the players, but of course the company. In reflection to that, it was a good sacrifice, weighing out the pros and cons.

Unless theres like 4 players standing in a row of such fashion: XXXX ...Y You being Y, and 4 other players X, in multiway combat, I just don't see Dragon Halberd being of use in PVP.

My friend and I were discussing an interesting topic on time travel. I'm not in a Physics course yet, so I'm not sure if any of this is even right, but here goes. I just thought speed and time are related. Speed is really a measurement of time. See, after 70 or 80 years, people usually die. So the time for a human life is at the speed of 70-80 years... Or say you run 10 kilometers in an hour.... that's 10km/h. And if so, wouldn't time have the same properties as speed? For example, they are both present in this 3D world and the higher speed you are at the faster time goes (that's proven if you go faster than the speed of light you can travel forward in time) If so... then wouldn't that prove my theory on time travel? So right now we are going at an unknown speed of time... sort of like you don't really know how fast you run when your not timing. Let's call this the SOT (speed of time) and the current speed n. If we somehow manipulate the SOT lto go faster than the speed of light, and the SOT becomes bigger than n, we will go forward in time because time will be faster. If we decrease the SOT to less than n, then we will be moving in slow motion. If the SOT is at 0, than time stops. But since the speed cannot go below zero, neither can time, which makes it impossible to travel back in time.

Ok, RuneScape and Real Life should not be mixed. Like ever. If I wanted to be constantly ripped on for playing a game with bad graphics, I'd mention that I play a long time ago. RuneScape is thought of as a game with bad graphics for kids. Those people wouldn't waste a second to even try it. :roll:

Natures are random. However if you give an Everstone to a Female Pokemon before putting it in the daycare, the eggs will have a 50% chance of having the mother's nature.

Yeah, it is a lose/lose situation. You could make a million stickys, but no one would actually read them all. Or you could not have stickys, but then we have pages full of "OMG hidden update" and "Quitting/Playing again" threads. Both are just more work for the moderators. :wall:

It's actually 1 IV from mother and father, and the rest are random. Having good IVed and Nature Dittos help alot for IV breeding..
