how about u explain ur decision rather than getting several pages of "they r f2p, they pay wat the get for" replies. it kinda helps and makes for a more interesting discussion. maybe if this could be applied across the whole forums...

i agree that a small element of fletching should be made f2p (ie up to willow long/shortbows, addy arrows - the maximum equivalent of what f2p rangers can use), but not for the reasons u stated. i think that its just plain hard for rangers to aquire arrows and the like (the only places are the shady looking guy in rimmington and the usually crowded store in varrock), so it would b handy to have a way to create ur own ammo and bows.

for something like that to be available online, jagex would have to sell runescape to one of the big consoles and have it on ps2 online or xbox live.

in the second image, the prayer icon has clearly been copied and pasted from the prayer book onto the screen, beige border and everything. none of this "image quality" bs. the image has been altered, which leads me to question the authenticity of the first image.

:? ur point is..... his point his...he admires those that have stuck it out on f2p to get some decent lvls. and i admire him for coming up with a p2p post that doesnt completely flame every f2per for being a f2ping noob. i dont/cant plan on getting p2p anytime soon, so i guess i fall into that category. i hav battled it out to try and get some half decent lvls. and i dont plan on stopping anytime soon. so ill continue to slog it out in the f2p worlds, with every "phr33 s+00f pl0x" lvl 3 around. thanks dude, with that post u hav made my tip.it visit complete :)

i think there have been enough "omg n00b!!!1" topics in the forums. ok. we get it. there are some less experienced players that act like less experienced players/immature children/annoying brats. doesnt mean we all have to know about it. i think "noob" topics should we limited to extreme cases of idiocy. and you might wanna blank out the names in the pic.

all i can say is... firefox adblock. u can right click images and block all images coming from that source (for example, the advertising firm's website). and after u visit most of your most visited websites, u will generally surf the web ad-free.

so true. dunno where u ppl get your millions from. i spend my time cutting yews to make money. im glad there are those non-self sufficient ppl who will buy my yews for 300 each. even when training combat, i fish for my own food, and i am usually the only one on the karamja wharf who brings logs and a tinderbox.

its ppl like that who giv f2pers a bad name. ive always been f2p, and dont plan on getting members anytime soon. i may be low lvled, but at least i know how to act more mature than most higher lvls. not everyone on f2p servers are noobs...

karamja lessers/lvl 45 skeletons. keep myself on the island for a couple of days and i can b completely self sufficient, not needing to leave the island. when i leave, i usually gain a combat lvl or 2.

hmm double shields would lead to very long fights. but the dual weilding sounds cool. there would hav to be a whole heap of restrictions, as not every combination would be allowed (eg dual shields, i guess u could block them to death, they die of old age). i like the rune scimmy/staff combo. dual staves might be going two far tho. imagine the price drop in lava and mud staves. jagex would probably limit it to 2 of the same weapons, or weapon/staff.

best f2p island ever. i stayed there for about 4 days just training combat lvls. buy some food, kill some lessers, buy some food with lesser drops, kill some more lessers. i guarantee u wont leave the island until u get bored or die. it is possible to continuously stay there training your preferred combat method (although u may need to stock up on arrows/runes).

i think this is the one time that people should b told how to circumvent the rules. tell ppl to google runescape and pick the second option that comes up. nothing is filtered, and no websites mentioned. unless mentioning one of the biggest websites on the internet (google) is now against jagex rules...

back in my noobish days, i got scammed and lost my full black armour. i fell for the "armour trimming" scam. since then i immediately report anyone that says "free armour trimming".
