  1. I would agree with the bit on Kree and K'ril, although for Graardor wouldn't dragonfire shield be better than spectral? Or did you mean out of EEK and spectral?
  2. Alright, I guess eagle eye kite it is, I already have all the chaotics/rewards I want so it gives me something else to aim for as well.
  3. But if I can get both just as easily, is there a clear favourite?
  4. Just wondering, for ranging nex and arma, what would be better? Or are they roughly the same? Wondering if I should free up 50m to put into other supplies, as the tokens aren't a problem. I know spectral is around 5 or less better in all defensive categories, and has 3 prayer over the eek. Though the eek has +4 range attack, which isn't much but is it enough to make it a good alternative?
  5. for dread have 4-5 maging it, if it targets you then run around the room you shouldn't be using blast spells you should be using surge spells for blink, it's easier with more people as you have more people to cover more areas for pillars Ah ok, so would it be worth upgrading my blaster ring to tier 5ish or higher for just dread? And I was using blasts because it's all I had available at that time.
  6. Is there any guide on how to kill dreadnaut and blink in warped floors? For dreadnaut I've only had him once in a med solo, took over 5 minutes killing in a similar style to solo sara, using blast spells. Surely there must be a quicker way? And as for blink, I've faced him in c1s, and I always seem to die at least 3 times, as I can't seem to react quick enough to raise the pillar, or am on the wrong side (I know about looking on the minimap).
  7. As far as I know, no, harvesting resources does not give extra exp, or its so negligible that you shouldn't do it. Turning up complexity; yes, for sure, always do complexity 6 for all your floors (well the higher ones for sure, lower ones you may want to c1 or c2 if you want fishing exp). As for what determines dung exp, I believe its primarily the number of rooms opened (open as many as possible, sometimes skill doors will prevent you, in that case just end the dungeon), and the number of monsters killed (the level mod). However, don't waste too much time killing monsters for a higher level mod, just kill the minimum amount (guardian doors), that should give you enough food for the dungeon. The time saved by not killing every monster will justify the slightly lower exp but quicker dungeons, and overall will give you the most exp.
  8. Ah never thought about it like that, usually have claws so never worried about situations like that lol.
  9. During battle, if you're using a weapon with the same speed as a whip/rapier/zamorakian spear/etc., between each 15 second interval you can land about 6 hits. So if you're against a boss such as graar and you only need 2 doses of brew, try to drink on the 5th hit and you'll be boosted back to full within 1 hit.
  10. So now instead of something like 36-38 row we can just do an "occult" row? If so, teams will be so easy to make now
  11. Not necessarily true, as prices will probably dip again. I'm not too sure on herblore, but for construction when the BXP weekend was announced mahogany planks were going for around 2800 each I believe. I just made up my mind a few days ago that I wanted to train construction, and I managed to get 40k planks for 2300 each. If you wait a little bit, I'm pretty sure that there will be a price dip when it would be best to buy supplies, just be patient. Also happened during the first exp weekend for me, when I was training summoning and managed to get about half my supplies the night before, when they were finally being sold off.
  12. About how many mahogany tables could I make per hour, assuming no mousekeys and a few missclicks every so often? And thanks for this post, just remembered I could do construction and finally do those effigies I've stored up (well few more parts myself at least).
  13. They're paired. Such as, Mining/Smithing Woodcutting/Fletching. With the one on the right being assistable. OH, that would make sense as to why people only ask for assist in one skill. Are they always paired specifically? I.e - mining and smithing? Or is it just an assitable/not assistable pair? There are 8 total pairs of skills, which always come together. One is always assistable, the other not. The pairs are: crafting/agility construction/thieving smithing/mining runecrafting/summoning cooking/firemaking fletching/woodcutting herblore/hunter farming/fishing The skills on the left are the assistable ones.
  14. I'm not too sure, but do you mean rune crossbow + broad bolts, not broad arrows? Also, I believe that the defence level of your target will play a role in which weapon/ammunition has the highest dps, but other than that I have no idea on which would have greatest dps.
  15. Whenever you get another 99, The cape gets trimmed. he just needs to do the trick again every time he gets another 99. Yep, just redo the trick for every 99. If its a members only 99, such as herblore and summoning in my case, then you just die on f2p world, hop to p2p world, get the level, hop back and telegrab your cape. I used the 6 minute grave for this, and had at least 2 minutes left. Still have my 2 original untrimmed hp capes :shades: Oh, and as for where to die, I always did it in falador with the white knights. After dying, just go to the lumbridge bank, teleport to falador, get the level up (switch worlds if applicable), and telegrab the capes.
  16. Cactuaar

    Dk's.

I would go with whip and a DFS, or a defender. I don't duo much, but I always use a whip (well rapier since I got it, but before that) for solos, and duos as well. Though it shouldn't matter, as in a duo supreme will die extremely quick. For solos though I would recommend whip and a obsidian or dragon fire shield, as the extra defense helps with tanking hits.
  17. I would try z spear with tank armour like barrows or bandos, normal antifires, and mage pray. You'll probably need a unicorn or bunyip, but it'll go much faster than with a LBS. Protect from magic doesn't work against metal dragon's dragonfire, I thought? Or at least it didn't last time I tried to do it (about a year at least, so might've changed).
  18. Well from grimy's spreadsheet, it seems that if your income is under 2m per hour, buy d bones. If over 3m per hour, use dagg bones. If in between, I'm not sure.
  19. The complexity level. C1s generally mean doing the lower floors on complexity setting 1 so that you can quickly rush through them as they give small amounts of exp and are not worth wasting too much time doing with higher complexity settings.
  20. If you have mousekeys on, you can just press + twice to withdraw 4 items (1 + = two clicks) for making overloads (need 6 sets of 4 items). Only thing I use mousekeys for lol. Using this to withdraw quickly, you can easily make 1k+ overloads per hour, so over 1m herb exp/hr, although this doesn't take into account the time actually making the extremes.
  21. Yes speed makes a huge difference, the small increase in stab and higher strength of the CLS will not overcome the rapier's speed advantage. Also, rapier is 5/4 the speed of CLS I believe. And CLS can hit 0s too you know, not just rapier. But yeah, that 25% higher speed makes it better everywhere for stabbing.
  22. For training purposes, whip for everything except I guess SS for strength training (assuming no chaotics, if chaotics then rapier of course). For bossing, I would go with whip/rune defender, or I guess BGS if you want those forum teams lol.
  23. I think best overall is 2h with berserker setting, although I've read arguments that in teams with all 2h/spear, 1 rapier will help more than a 5th 2h/spear, but I have no idea on that really.
