Unable to interact with stall Keepers cuz of theft
Intriguing replied to jesster's topic in Help and Advice
I'll help. What world? -
Through a hole in Lumbridge basement. I think you have to complete the Lost Tribe quest to enter.
-
Willows all the way. What should you wear? Whatever makes you feel rich. :)

Unable to interact with stall Keepers cuz of theft
Intriguing replied to jesster's topic in Help and Advice
1. Wait it out a bit until he forgets what you look like and lets you buy things again. 2. Go to a well populated world and ask someone to get it for you. 3. Ask a friend to get it for you. Take your pick. :) -
Look harder next time.

Just go there, kill the first guy, then when the second guy comes, run up northwest, hide behind the torch. When you're ready, go out from the torch for one or two hits, go back behind torch, recover, repeat.

Doesn't everyone?

Talk to a disciple to redeem your ecto-tokens, then continue worshipping. You'll have to do this every trip.

Simple. Slayer dart.

In reply to Jake : Player 1 starts out with more experience in the game, which gives him an edge as well. Maybe that should make that 'illegal'. Also, i believe I said 'in some instances' to do with Rule 11. In reply to Goobore : If someone has taken the time to get his mining skill to 85 [i believe you're talking about rune when you talk about the 'valuable ores'.] on a pure account, I think he has every right to use that to his advantage. They may not 'owe' us an explanation, but I'm still allowed to ask. I as of yet see no reason, aside from that they've told us to, to obey this Rule, and I'd like to know why they have it.

To my knowledge, there is no level at which you stop getting caught for ANY type of thieving. You just get caught at larger intervals.

In my RuneScape 'life' I have mostly abided by the rules. Although I have done a few things worthy of banning, I have mostly been a relatively ['relatively' being the operative word in this sentence] model player, and as of yet have no black marks. One thing with the rules of RuneScape that I've never understood, however, is Rule 8*. Why is it there? What purpose does it serve? The handy-dandy KBase states it like this : We have this rule to maintain a fair gaming experience. We don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want RuneScape to become a game where everyone feels they need to use multiple accounts at once just to compete! It̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s much better to team up with your friends. IMO, the rest of the RuneScape rules [aside from perhaps Rule 11**, in some instances] really do benefit the game. But what does Rule 8 do? They [being Jagex] state that it serves it 'maintain a fair gaming experience'. Obviously someone using a program, or using 'real life' money to give them an edge in the game is quite unfair, but how does trading items from one account to another really give you an edge? Although you don't technically 'own' your account(s) or the items that you have obtained, there will always be that sense of ownership over what you have, as, unless you have cheated, you have worked for it all. So why shouldn't you be able to use it as you wish? Anyway, this post is already quite long enough, so let me just ask you this.. what possible explanation can you come up with for why Jagex have implemented Rule 8? For the unknowledgeable : *Rule 8 : If thou shalt create more than one RuneScape account, they must not interact. **Rule 11 : Thou shalt not actively advertise in the RuneScape game or RuneScape forums.

Question on Cannon and the perstance of hits.
Intriguing replied to Gin_and_Tonic's topic in Help and Advice
No, it doesn't affect it. Just get your range to a respectable level the normal way first, then start to use the cannon. -
Some food heals 22. Such as tuna potatoes and pineapple pizza. But the best per inventory space are Saradomin brews.

I honestly don't see why people who are bored keep playing. If you're bored, quit. If you're not, make yourself new goals. Simple as that.

What I do is just go to 'Post reply', write what I want in, highlight it, choose the colour I want, then copy and paste it into my sig. I think that's what you mean. Alternitavely, and more easily, just write in text

Sell your whip and any other items worth any money when you merchant. You want to have as much mney as possible to work with. Firstly, saying that you "can't" do armour and weapons and such is really limiting yourself. These things are really quite easy to merchant. Unless you're an idiot and don't actually check prices before you buy, you won't have any trouble. The major things to do with merchating IMO are as follows : Always have the official forums open for price checking, as well as pretty much doubling your chances of getting a sale or buying. Compare the prices on the forums [use the search button] with the prices in worlds 2, and that will give you a general idea of what to pay/sell the item for. As well as advertising in the appropriate location in world 2 [it'll take you about a day or less to learn the 'selling location' of all items in world 2], also post on the forums. Another really important thing is to buy low, sell average. If you try to buy average, sell high, you'll find yourself losing money or coming out even. Lastly, and this is just my opinion, don't accept lots of junky items for trades. It's ok if the person includes 1 or 2 good itms in a trade, but if they start adding things like '173 mind runes', close the trade box. Anyway, this may have not been very clear as I didn't really think through what I was syaing, but it should be good enough advice to start you off. Ps. Your friend is right in saying that there's a small market for alot of weapons and armour. It will take you some time to learn what things ot merchant, and what things not to, but I find it to be worth it.

Can you have more than 1 throne room? (ANSWERED! THANKS)
Intriguing replied to computerwiz77's topic in Help and Advice
I was under the impression you could have as many of each room as you wanted as long as you only had 20 rooms total max. -
70+ in all stats first I reckon. IMO, it's better to have more evenly placed stats than low-ish stats + 1 or 2 really high ones. Just my opinion. Do whatever you think you will find the least boring. :)

Maybeeeeeeee..... ninja raccoons came into your place of dwelling, and ate up all the crackers. Without crackers, your computer simply has no desire to live. It doesn't think that you appreciate it. How do you sleep at night? Ie. No idea. :)

Isn't he pretty much always at the pub? Cats these days. Give them one drop of beer and they're hooked for life.

Using a cannon would make it all much faster if you can afford to run it, but that's optional. With hellhounds, just range or hally them at the perfect gold place. If there's people there, be faster than them, or change worlds. Basically for general slaying, unless you're fighting something like abbarents or dusties, always take your guthans, lunar/dramen staff if you're using Chaeldar [you can utilise the new free spell to get to Zanaris without having to waste 1 - 3 invy spaces on runes, and you can have quick access to places like Slayer dungeon and Tower because of the Fairy Rings], and obviously your slayer gem. Good luck.
