  1. Buy/collect seaweed, burn it to soda ash, collect sand, and make molten glas. Either sell the molten glass, or make it into orbs and sell it. Free craft xp.:) [Don't try and merchant whips. They're not very good things to merchant, as people cry over 10k with them.. As in, they won't buy the whip from you/sell it to you if you're 10k off what they want. I think that's just because so many people buy and sell them.]
  2. I personally think Intriguing is the best name ever, so I wouldn't change mine.
  3. I would assume cannoning would be better xp, but more expensive..
  4. Well, I'll be happy if I make 7.5m off my green mask next month. :)
  5. Thank you very much! Anyway, I'm ok with it taking a while to actually make the cannonballs, the major thing is, I don't like having to pay attention. [That's why I don't like firemaking, thieving, etc.] Anyway, thank you very much for the answers. Much appreciated. :)
  6. I have a question to do with smithing. So anyway, after I have accomplished some combat goals, I'm planning on getting 85 smithing. Initially I was thinking gold bars, as I'd 'only' need to do about 50k of them.. Then I realised the money loss involved, so that was out of the question. So, then I started thinking of cannonballs. I'll need to smelt 65k steel bars, then turn them into cannonballs [i think]. I looked up official forums to find out prices of things. Materials for steel bars will cost around about 500 each, and I can sell cannonballs around about 200 each.. 300 profit on then. Now, to my questions. 1. Am I going to receive 65k cannonballs, or 260k? Either way, I'm gonna receive a hell of a lot of money [for me]. If my calculations are correct, and the prices on items I checked up is accurate, I'm making either 19.5m or 78m.. [Please correct me if I'm wrong.] 2. When making cannonballs, do you have to use the steel bar on the furnace for each lot of 4 [similar to molten glass]? If so, it will obviously make it much more boring. But if it is like this, is the speed at which you can do it similar to molten glass [whenever you click, is does it striaght away], or same speed of normal smelting? Anyway, is this a good way to get 85 smithing?
  7. Eh, good point. Anyway, never even heard of the show, sorry, so I can't really contribute. EDIT : Perhaps, for the benefit of the unknowledgeable, you could just give us a quick description of what the adventure game is?
  8. Instead of even using already existing vegetables, trees and whatnot, they could just make up some magical plants like they've already done. :)
  9. I was actually under the impression that older people playing the game added a little bit of extra maturity, but I guess I was wrong. '. . .just to lighten up all your worthless little lives.' Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?
  10. Qp: 187 Cl: 94 The only quests I have left that I actually want to do are Mournings End I and II I refuse to the the Myreque quests. :D [standing by for next installments of Fairy Tale and Temple Knights.]
  11. I definitely agree that farming needs a good update. The answer to all our problems is... CARROTS! :D
  12. Oh, I'm there! Pirate, camel, ninja with a deformed head.. so many choices.. :)
  13. Teak trees in Tai Bwo Wannai. :) Also good firemaking xp. I can't be bothered looking it to double-check, but I'm pretty sure teaks cut same speed as oak or willows, and give better xp than both.
  14. Well, the amount of slayer xp you get [Not counting random events. I killed a random event shade while I had a shade task and got hardly any slayer hp.] is the same as the total hp of the monster that you are killing. The best way to go, I think, is just doing up to that death plateau place and killing the trolls there.[Avoid the throwers. :)]
  15. I used to play Runelink a bit. I was never really that good, but I stopped playing because of how few people did play. I'll probably start playing again later on my my RS 'career'.
  16. I have to say, I think they're all pretty cool. 'cept for the spirit tree one. :)
  17. Black masks gathered from the corpses of cave horrors give a couple of bonuses when worn. Firstly, they provide Attack and Strength bonuses similar to a Salve Amulet when fighting your Slayer assignment. Secondly, the masks contain 10 spells that can reduce your opponent's Defence by 3-10 levels each time, regardless of whether they are your Slayer assignment or another player. When the 10 spells are used, the mask and its bonuses will still remain. Courtesy of KBase.
  18. That reminds me, how about those obelisk(sp?) things in the wilderness? I think their animation is unique too. That and Fairy Rings... There are a lot of teleport animations, aren't there? If memory serves me right, wilderness obelisk teleports just look like teleothers, only a darker purple [like the colour of the ancient magick teleports. Probably because they're supposably using ancient magick as well..]
  19. I like the seed pod teleport. Thanks to the KBase for this pic.
  20. I did it quite easily at level 76.. as long as you have the required levels, you'll be fine. Then again, I used a guide, but I use a guide for every quest. I hate quests. :) Just a note, the only non-quest monsters in the jungle that are aggressive are the wolves I believe, so the jungle itself is nothing to worry about.
  21. I started useing earth and air orbs to get me to 70 crafting. It was all good until........ I got up to the battlestaff-buying part. seriously, that takes so long. -.- [Especially when you don't like actually paying attention to the RuneScape screen when you're training.]
  22. It's as far west as possible, just south of Cw. I believe there's a fairy ring near it.
  23. I just saved it into my favourites. [iE.. not sure what number. I heard someone say it doesn't work on Firefox.]
  24. 16.14 1517 / 94 [although I'll be getting 1521 total at least today.] :)
