Alright then, most of your stats such as attack and prayer are fine as they are right now. However, you should aim to raise your strength, defence and range to around 85+ which will then boost your hitpoints too. After that you should be able to monster hunt much better :).

If you're asking how to spend that money then you have nothing that really want to buy? What's the point of buying something if you don't really want it? Just save it until you find something that you really want to buy.

Your first post doesn't clearly state you would like the amount of emotions included per post to increased to over 10 at all. To be honest, I run a blog which goes over the smily limit of 10 emotions per post quite a lot. I don't sit there whining about not being able to include all the little smily faces but instead just quickly edit all the smily faces out until I am below 10 smilys and can complete the post. No one has ever noticed when i've done this and it really is not worth changing. I can imagine getting very annoyed seeing threads with tons of smilys on them for no apparent reason.

The majority of people who are going to quit have done so already. I think this will probably affect the game negatively as JaGex has cut off ways for many people to make money which then means those players will not be able to train their skills as high which will then lead to less items being sold on the GE and so on...

As I am sure has been said, there is many more methods to make money in members that often have bigger rewards than money making methods in non-members. Also, in non-members the community are often much newer players who are much poorer than their paying counter-parts so need the money more.

They are like pkers, they can go around the track to get you and are extremely annoying.

I don't know much if anything about the stock market but you can view how stocks have been doing in the newspaper or online.

There is other items to alch apart from yew longbows.
