No, firstly we would need a better form of direct democracy which is impractical and would never happen. If we managed to achive this, we must then change human nature so everyone would agree to that form of ruling. Which i am sure is impossible. The only way i see is having some sort of panel who ultimatley control the whole world and so wouldn't plot any terror attacks. That would elimoinate wars, but the people who still wish to commit acts of terrorism would still do so. Unless of course as i said we change human nature. I think it was Thoman Hobbes who said humans always have a constant search for felicity meaning that everyone always wants more and we are never satisfied fully. Which is probably the biggest reason why even the greatest ideolgies would fail and the reason terrorism couldn't be stopped.

That documentary was very enjoyable and fun, sort of strengthened my beleif in them. Also cospiracy is now no out of the question. It wasn't just a obvious one it was very intresting and raised good points.

As much as i love conspiracys i don't beleive there is one surrounding rhw US government and aliens. Why? If aliens are true they don't just land in the USA. Other countries would have seen them, and the chances the American government has special contacts with them over everyone else is possible. However everyone else's rulers would know about them if they landed in their own country. I can't beleive every leader in the world for the past 50 years would cover it up. I also don't beleive that such a secret could be held back if there was real proof or who determines which president knows about it. Is their a secret agency who deem whether presidents are trusting enough to tell them about it or what?

Eh, i hate this type of cinema. It's just exploitation to disgusting amounts. Peckinpah in the 70's was one thing, having this amount of violence just is way over the top. I can't see why people would like to see this, they have a right too but why? I saw the first and that was bad enough all i hear now is they get more gory with each film. Films like Salo at least have a message behind them, this is just pointless and stupid in my opinion.

Scientists indirectly make it all the time when they use the scientific method and call the results knowledge. Can you define what you personally mean by knowledge? People can define it in different ways and it would clear up your argument for me. Most consider it would be justified, true beleif but it differs from person to person and belief to belief, could you provide an example as to what knowledge is to you.

I saw 'Flags Of Our Fathers at the cinema a few days ago. It was a decent film with Eastwood as a very good director again. Possible oscar contender, maybe a replay of Million Dollar Baby vs The Aviator except Flags Of Our Fathers vs The Departed. Anyway if you plan on seeing it see it whilst it's in the cinema. It's like Saving Private Ryan and others which you have to see there to get the intended experience. It's about the famous american picture of the six men putting up the american flag, well the real story behind each character. Ryan Phillippe is very good in it, doubt best actor worthy though. Eastwood is also doing the story from the side of the Japenese soliders which i am looking forward too. If you don't like war gore then close your eyes it's worth the watch but some images throughout are very shocking ect.

I am used to things being said and never happening (you know this through your TET comments) so i wanted to follow it up thats all so it's not forgotten about, as your comment to be seemed like you wanted more discussion. Also I won't even start of how i think TET is different to moderating as i don't know so i will just have to trust your judgement. Don't get me wrong tallest i think you're a great addition to the admin team, and maybe i should have put more trust in you. Also to swampjedi this is a forums updates and discussion forum i'm sure this is built for discussing ways to update and change things for the better not too shout at people for doing so. Also when was the last event that i have ever hosted away from the TET? About a year ago maybe, this isn't for me it;s for the people who have been complaining and i think as a TET member i should be backing independant parties up a little for reasons in my first post.
