  1. I wouldn't want to go with even an 18 month one... I thought the standard was 12. O2, for some reason, are idiots. Not for their service, but for their calculations. Last year I had a ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20/month contract with them with which I got a free Sony Ericsson K700i. When it became time for me to choose a new phone, I wanted the XDA2i pocketpc which showed on their site for ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã100 on a ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20/month contract... However they wanted to charge me ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã250 for it, saying that I don't spend much money with them. But I could just cancel my contract and start a new one (as opposed to 'renewing' the current one) and get it for the amount advertised on the site... So in the end they were saying that I could pay an extra ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã150 or jump through a hoop, which makes no sense.
  2. Heheheh, a funny misplacement of words... I knew you were going to comment in some fashion, but do you mind elaborating on that? You said 'contreception' (contraception) which means PREVENTING conception. I believe you meant that life begins at CONCEPTION, meaning when the sperm enters the egg. It is funny because saying 'life begins at contraception' sounds a bit like a slogan of some sort.
  3. Why are you adamant on ordering it from that place? The prices aren't great and it doesn't stock particularly good components, which, for a budget of ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1000, you can afford to get. I would suggest ordering from http://www.microdirect.co.uk - they have better prices and a larger range of better quality products.
  4. A topic doesn't need bumping while it is still on the first page...
  5. So the religious right want to ban condoms (as per the other topic) AND abortions? Good move. Also the statistics insane posted are highly suspect, produced by anti-abortion activism groups... I somehow doubt they will be unbiased.
  6. Heheheh, a funny misplacement of words...
  7. How about we talk about how you keep posting pointless topics like this without even offering your own opinion. This is what is called spam, and you're becoming known for it.
  8. That's a ludicrous double-standard, so the unborn child of a woman who had consensual sex is somehow less entitled to live than the unborn child of one who was raped? They are exactly the same bar the semantics of how they got there. I am not 'pro-life', merely pointing out the double standards.
  9. Flies have a nervous system, does that make it murder when they are swatted? Having a nervous system does not equal sentience.

Yeah burn it, rather than just stop asking questions like that. It must be BURNT! Otherwise it wouldn't be dramatic/occult enough. I also find it funny how the 'spirits' always speak the language of the people playing.
  11. I don't understand what you're asking about if they're 'the same', but I can tell you that if you get a DVI-VGA converter you can use 2 monitors. I used to have 1x VGA output and 1x DVI and I'd just use a DVI-VGA converter to use 2 monitors, now I have got 2x DVI outputs and just use 2x DVI-VGA converters.
  12. The things you mentioned about living at your dad's might be annoying but they are certainly for the best.
  13. I don't watch TV generally, but if I do it's to see Top Gear.
  14. By that rationale fancy executives 'turn' to cocaine because they feel guilty about having high salaries. Executives have high salaries, a minority snort coke. Doesn't mean that it is cause and effect.
  15. Provide some evidence for guilt doing that then? It's still baseless.
  16. That's just ridiculous. Any evidence for that? And I mean evidence that they were forced into crack habits by starring in pornography. No, there isn't. I'll tell you why: It's more likely that they went into pornography because they have a certain type of personality. That personality will be the same one that leads them to drugs - IF THAT HAPPENS. Saying that pornography forces them into taking crack is ludicrous anti-pornography propaganda and any so-called evidence you may produce (which I doubt too) will just be correlational. It just sounds like you are regurgitating some baseless sputum you were taught at church or bible camp to further their message that it's evil.
  17. No they can't, Cameron. Not if they're under 18 - then they are still the parents' legal responsibility.
  18. If it's that important to you, just accept the groundings and smile about it. You could also consider telling the priest that she is forcing you to go to church when you are an atheist. I've talked to many a priest in my day and have found them to be much more understanding about other peoples' beliefs than the vast majority of their paritioners.
  19. You'll want to get a better graphics card. For a start, the one you have on there won't go in the motherboard you have selected - get something like a 7800GT. The CPU you have selected isn't particularly good value for money, and is somewhat out of line with the rest of the system. Get bigger than a 40GB hard drive, go more along the lines of 250GB (best value for money at this time). Also you will need to get a power supply, ones that come free with cases are no good.
  20. I did say I was done, but I have returned to clarify my reply. You are comparing the name of a type of emotion to a physical entity that physically influences real matter. That is not a valid comparison. Belief that there is a feeling that people call love is not even in the same ballpark as believing that a magical creator physically (and physically is the key word here) created the world and everything in it and influences it constantly, the two cannot be compared. That is all.
  21. No. Love is a concept, just as god is a concept - both are ideas and feelings and not physical entities. Love is just what we call a certain feeling, just as god is what people call a different feeling. Someone could think they are in love just because they feel a certain way, whereas it could simply be what they are calling love as they don't know any better. The same can be said for god - someone could think there's a god because they feel like something must have created the world but it doesn't mean that it is the case. My belief of love is that its what you call a feeling of attraction that you couldn't imagine being any stronger. My belief of god is that people invent him because they can't comprehend lack of knowledge, aren't capable of understanding that things can exist without you knowing how YET. It's like having a half-finished jigsaw then going and fabricating a massive piece that fits the rest of the unoccupied space because you can't be bothered to wait and find the right place for each small piece. Anyhow, I've had enough of the ridiculous 'jumps' of logic so I'm calling it a day. No one will agree, and conflict is too rife. Whilst I think a lot of these statements were unfounded and wrong, many of them were presented in a mature manner and to those that did that and didn't act like insolent mid-teens I take off my hat.
  22. So then you believe that love doesn't exist, correct? Meaning that you only really like your family (maybe not at all) and that when I believe I love my friends, family, and most importantly, my girlfriend, I'm actually just experiencing strong feelings of "liking" them and affection towards my girlfriend. I don't truly love them. I assume that's what you believe, right? As usual, wrong. If you read my post I am stating that some people don't believe it exists. I never made any reference to myself. I do believe it exists.
  23. I've gotta say, this is a pretty incredible looking car: Maybach Exelero concept, 690HP
