But firstly, while it is true the necklace reduces attack and defence, it is easily compensated by using the rune defender, which was not used. Also, remember the prayer, super set, and black mask effects for the slayer task. What do you mean by that? Do you mean the xp/hour there, or my calculations using it? Surely feeding the cannon 30 cannonballs every minute or so can't stop you from getting THAT much xp? I've used a cannon, and I can refill the cannon without delay. (Eg, without stopping my next melee attack.) Theres no such things as compensation for melee bonuses- if you really need the defence of a dfs and bandos armor at iron dragons or black demons, you can't just switch to a defender and lose a whopping 70 defence bonuses. -10 attack bonus is a huge amount of it, and no, it can not be compensated by a defender, other stats matter too. As the godsword is only great against very high leveled monsters, the obsidian combo would only work better for <90 leveled monsters, making it useless for most maxed people. And about the cannoning bit- just delete the calculations. They serve no information. All the assumptions are wrong. The monsters even, are wrong. The equipment is, undoubtably, wrong.

Made woplers for 92-95 summon thats more then 4 hours I havnt made a topic since 88 summon nice flamebait oh and I played classic on my main =D> And you will not make a topic for 138 combat? If that's so, i take my words back, but if you do, 95 is not that worthy achievement when you have max combat coming up in 2 days time. And sorry about that raw estimate, it's actually 4 hours 32 minutes and 53 seconds from 92 to 95 summoning with wolpertingers.

Mutated bloodvelds are not bloodvelds. The differences between these monsters is similar to baby blue dragons and blue dragons. Whip+fury IS better than obsidian sword+berserker necklance- you forgot to mention the fact that berserker necklace has a negative effect on both your defence and attack. Also your estimates of cannoning muted bloodvelds are bull.... They provide no useful information at all. Cannoning means you won't be concentrating on melee training, but keeping the cannon supplied and luring more monsters to yourself.

Lrn2read. N00bsp33k is NOT cool. It makes you look like a clot. To be honest, your problem really is way too anal to even discuss it. Apparently you still lag enough for your character to do that, and even if it's a mistake by jagex, why the .... do you even care? It doesn't concern your gameplay one bit (unless you just uselessly spend your time standing in the edgeville bank, which is probably true, seeing how bothered you are about the outfit and looks).

If you have to change your playing style because of an update in a bad way, doesn't that render the update as a bad one? To be honest, lending requests shouldn't be heard by random people, but people on your friend list only. Who, for no apparent reason, would lend someone they don't know items? For me it's a rubbish update- never going to use it anyway.

The +10 mining has stood out for me forever, also going to make around 80 of them for 99 mining. The teleport is good, but can easily be beaten by lunars+yak(not many people have 96, nor do alot of people have 83). Also to be noted, you still need 85 mining to mine rune(83 with mature beer), the bonus is only invisible.

Prices are determined by supply and demand, NOT what the price was x time ago. Partyhats were less than 5k each at times, but that's just silly now. Also when you come to talk about junk trading there is an important issue you forgot to mention- junk DOES have a price. People sell purple hats 95m ea trough bh, but also trade them for full junk. Based on that the new prices of 3rd age items aren't that bad at all, because junk is reusable source of money.

I never post bank pictures, nor enjoy watching anyone else's, so yet again that i won't be doing that. Just got 96 summoning and 138 combat.

Edit: Finally achieved the goal I anticipated the most after coming back from my 3 month retirement from RS. As summoning is the most useful skill in the game now, and it is very useful for maxing out all other skills i have left, i decided to set the skill my primary target and forget the closeness of maxing out hunter and woodcut. As a byproduct of achieving this goal, i also reached the previous 99 of slayer and maxed my combat level again. The level: The beautiful cape and my sweet red raven: And the loot from waterfiends from 96 to 99 summoning: From 1 to 68 summoning, the charms came from bursting rock lobsters. For 68 to 89 and 96 to 99 summoning, the charms came from waterfiends. All other charms were acquired from those slayer levels. As for the cost- i really have no idea. I don't keep track of my money pile, but as far as i can tell, and looking at the waterfiend loot picture, training on those you almost get free summoning levels, even using the fastest ways to train there(ss+sgs+void+piety or dharok's+piety+range pray). _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ As it has been my favorite skill for a while, i'd decided to leave it be and level other skills before finally maxing it out. I was going for 99 summoning first, but the slayer update and the fact i could get summoning levels in the process of training slayer gave me the inspiration to go for it. In total, 94-99 slayer took 34 days, but as i was on holidays for 6 of those days and waited membership for another one day the real training process took around 28 days. Enjoy. And the lovely cape with some scenery: Charms, runes and gems gathered through the process: (used up 250 blue, 900 crimson and 500 green for 88-90 summoning). Wasn't very lucky with drops at all, only 2 whips, 6 bows, 2 left halves and around 20 dragon med helms(muted bloodveld tasks :thumbsup: ). The experiance gained: Overall xp: 29,175,265 Attack xp: 13,981,330 Strength xp: 1,581,115 Hitpoints xp: 5,366,192 Ranged xp: 2,251,906 Slayer xp: 4,703,510 Summoning xp: 1,033,624 [hide=Some levels and goalposts attained] Two missing pictures are 60m attack xp and 95 slayer, simply because i didn't screen them.[/hide] The next goal is 99 summoning, those charms will get me to about 96, i will kill waterfiends for the rest of them. Edit: Used up those charms from slayer and got an additional 400 crimson from waterfiends to finally max my combat level again. 99 shouldn't take too long.

Another one of those threads where a player who has player for a month wants to get 99 mining... Yes, bandos godsword is a good item to have, but because of it not being far superior to the whip, and because you aren't already rich enough to afford it it just isn't worth it. Killing steel dragons is a stupid idea- visage drops are very rare, and you could kill many thousands of them before getting a drop. Use a moneymaker that's more reliable, if you've still got your heart set for it.

Second worthwhile drops gallery(calibianos 2 hilts) in a long time. Glad you didn't compile all those sub-99 levels in one thread aswell. Good luck on 99 summoning and magic.

F2p lootshare is just as a demo of the real feature, since it's been designed to be used as an equalizer for expensive drops. Nothing. I have all buyable skills maxed or already bought(summoning) and have every item i desire except for 3rd age melee armor that costs 3 times that.

I've been training slayer with combat familiars since the update, and as they help me finish tasks faster, i doubt it's true. But i can say this, that when killing spiritual mages as a slayer task at saradomin mages that are attacking the werewolf, me and all of my mates always have to get a few more kc than how many the task was.

Is this a countdown of threads? why wouldn't you post this on your one year anniversary, but 20 days before it? mentioning that you don't nolife on numerous occasions doesn't help either. The stats are good for that time, but because they are so balanced further leveling will get alot harder quite soon.

bought 11k slayer darts seeing that on the kb, around 9m made from the slayer darts now.

Hopefully it's just a terrible bug...but the real task list hasn't changed yet...just finished a waterfiend task and have got 2 mith dragon tasks today. I'm really praying the task list isn't changed, last level to go and rethinking the block list and so on would be very tedious.

Arrg...i'm on my 175th, and if i hadn't been in portugal for a week would have beaten you to it. Very nice achievement, takes alot of time to achieve it.

Black demons, Black dragons, Steel dragons and Hellhounds are the tasks i have blocked, but that's only so because i can not get terrorbird nor scarabs tasks.

What sort of idiot has 65 dk drops and would happily give away 10m cash? Very sweet drop, i'm still waiting to see a dfh drop on the ground from mith dragon. They are unbelievably rare.
