I always try to do the quests without using a guide. I will use the guide to know the items I need to get though. It's just annoying to find out that you have to go all the way back to the bank because you need a hammer, ect. I only used the guide once in the newest quest, because I couldn't figure out what to do with the familiars and the disks. :wall:

How would certing them make it faster? You bring all your noted oak logs with you, then you get your butler to unnote them for you, then you can get him to convert them to planks. A bit more expensive than your way, but a lot faster. :

My point exactly. If you have the stats to wield a GS and have the money to do so I'd think you could be making more than 120k per hour... :wall: But why not lend it out for 30k a pop while you fletch/alch/farm/most other skills? I wouldn't mind an extra 30k per hour for lending my bgs out. :P

The "Rune" part looks really nice now, someone else was helping me fix it up. I redid some of the hilt, made a new sara symbol. : What really needs doing is the brown. There's a lot of graffiti that's spilled over from the letters to clean up.
