Try using an image that hasn't been used on countless sigs before. That image is used on so many sigs when I see it I automatically compare it to the best ones I've seen and it makes yours look... :-# There's my CC.

It's unoriginal but it looks nice. I like how you did the rug and the gold the most.

Use Paint to draw the frames then string them together with some other program. I used to use animation shop when I made sigs.

He looks cool but I would undither the face. It looks like he has some sort of a skin disease.

I couldn't tell what it was for a while, try making it smoother in some places and put more opacity on the render.
