Help Designing a Workout Plan
Is there any particular part of you that has much more muscle than another part of your body, or likewise a part of your body really lacking muscle? Maybe there's certain areas you should focus on a bit more than others. I mean I know you want to be a soccer powerhouse, but I'm sure you also don't want massive legs with the rest of your body playing catch-up.

The worst thing you've ever tasted?
Well.. there was this one girl who rarely ate fruit, but I think that was outdone by some kind of stuff that a teacher who moved out here from England gave to me. I forget the name of the stuff, but it was in a small jar and apparently he usually ate it on toast or something. It tasted like way, way, way overpowered gravy powder. Had an odd smell to it too. That jar, that is.

Best names you've seen on runescape?
Well it's merely based on opinion, so it's obviously quite likely that a good number of players will feel their name is rare.

Best names you've seen on runescape?
I have Lore & Loverman... Dexek is the closest I can get to Derek at the moment (aside from Devek). I had a list of a ton of rare ones that were open with the name change, but they have since been taken. I had the option to take Whiskey, but I took Lore instead at that moment. There's actually a huge list I may post when I get home.

I Don't Like Jagex
Moved to the Rants section. ~ Purepure4774 OT: I agree for the most part, however the latest update over the climbing boots made me lose a lot of faith in their decision making capabilities. There are so many flaws in their reasoning over that update that I can't help but think there is something "fishy" going on in relation with it. When they say that the climbing boot price was found to be "75k" street price after much research (when it was barely 10k), and that these accounts could always make "75k profit per boot" (when realistically it'd be junk trading which would be little profit, and never even occurred for outlandish prices such as 75k) I can only begin to question the mental integrity that was available for this update. I could go more into it, but I've written enough about it on the RSOF. It's simply one of those things that apparently will just have to be forgotten...

Who are the Signature Heroes?
I was interested before reading the entire thing.. after reading it all one word sprang to mind: weird. In my opinion My Arm is the champion of champions. He might not be in a lot of quests, but I remember him the most.

need some drinking advice
It also depends largely on how fast you consume these drinks. For example last night was a graduation party, so some friends and myself started a massive game of flipcup. In this game you consume alcohol very quickly in a short period of time. I was feeling good the first 9 beers, then I hit a bump in the road, along with most people, but we needed more beer so we took like 10 or 15 minutes to all get our beer back. The next 11 beers went down smoothly, but I began to feel drunk. Then our game got shut down since a ton of minors had gathered to watch and partake, so we had to go back to just casual drinking. I ended up sobering up by 5am since we were now drinking much slower.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
I thought I heard something about Jagex increasing the cost of onyx gems further (3m or so tokkul now), and tokkul to be a more scarce drop now? However, I haven't been online to confirm this. If so, then maybe you'll be very well off with those gems.

Rock climbing boots affecting RuneScape
I was somewhat fedup so I made a little topic on the RSOF: 15-16-783-61187426 I'm not sure if Jagex really takes anything from them, but any replies on it are greatly appreciated.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
I saw a buyout / collection picture where someone had more than 500k climbing boots on a single account. that's 22 billion or so in high alch value alone. to the above quotes: there was a buyout. that's not the main thing though, the main thing is how people would use junk and trade limits to sell climbing boots on pking worlds. That's what Jagex have "reacted" to. The main thing here is what happens. 1. People high alch a lot of them leading to inflation. 2. People sell them on the GE leading to deflation (gp taken from other markets to satisfy the boot market). Most pkers have had 10-100 boots banked. What they do will vary. those who have big collections can either promote deflation by ge selling, or inflation by alching. The economy basically lies in those hands. I'm glad i keep low cash and most of my value in items. I'm especially glad for putting money in d bones as pkers will be a top bet for alching /selling boots to get turmoil. Yep, the boots sold for 10k street price at the best of times, so Jagex decided to make them 75k.. not a huge issue, but then they decided they should alch for 45k as well. Yeah.. while rune boots alch for 6k and dragon boots alch for 8-12k... I'd seriously like to punch one of them in the nose right now.

Quiet Before the Swarm 24-Jun-2010 & Free to play quest changes
15-16-783-61187426 Mod Mark said: Hi all, We have recently made some changes to the price of climbing boots in the game, and changed the objects gained at the end of the Death Plateau quest to reflect these changes. The recent change to the climbing boots was necessary to make: they werent designed well and did not fit in with the high standards we have regarding our equipment and prices. There are always thousands of accounts trying to buy these boots on the GE and very few trying to sell them, because they had low shop prices and complications to obtain in the first place. Rather than nerf the boots or force players to buy other boots, we decided to raise the market price of the boots to reflect the price that players were actually paying in player-to-player trades. They also reflect the market price of other strength-boosting equipment. We do not intend to rollback this change. We researched this solution thoroughly before making the change. We knew that a few accounts would gain millions of gold from these changes. A tiny number of accounts had over 1000 of these boots, and have made a lot of cash in a very short period of time. Realistically, these accounts have always had the potential to make that sort of cash from the boots (based on what we know players were trading for outside of the GE), we have just made it easier for them to do so. We made the call to allow everyone to benefit from this change, rather than for people to suffer from it as a nerf would have done. I am sorry if you feel you have suffered because you didnt own any, but this is a short-term issue and is truly not as extreme as some individuals are making out. mod_mark RS Lead Designer Just if anyone wanted to know. =)

The Holy Grail (Guide Correction)
Within the quest guide, under "2-Napkin & Whistles" the following is written: Now that you have the napkin, go to Draynor Manor north of Draynor and up to the top floor of the building to retrieve two magic whistles from the room south of the stairs (see our Ernest the Chicken quest guide for a map of the Manor). It should read: Now that you have the napkin, go to Draynor Manor north of Draynor and up to the top floor of the building to retrieve two magic whistles from the room south of the ladder (see our Ernest the Chicken quest guide for a map of the Manor). This obviously isn't a huge issue, but for a second I was mislead since there was a set of "stairs" on the previous floor, and the red dots for the whistles don't appear until you go through a set of doors, making one potentially believe that there are no whistles on the table as that is not mentioned within the quest guide. Just figured I'd throw that out there.

Magic is overpowered
I'm confused.. isn't the answer to simply train and use magic if it's so powerful?

Wearing jerserys isn't something I would do.. just isn't very fashionable or attractive in my mind's eye. However, if you like them then obviously go for it. I'd like to persuade you to move away from Toronto though.

Is it unhealthy
It sounds unhealthy to me... Sounds like you need to stop taking peoples [cabbage] and start handing some out Poopingman style... Wow, sorry about the pun, I scrolled up to insert your name into the sentence and well... I definitely couldn't delete my sentence on account of it.

It IS a rule, it's just not enforced
The only Runescape rules that really matter to me are the cheating ones. As far as "afking" goes, I often find myself doing something in my room while training some skill such as fishing or woodcutting. I see no real danger in someone getting a glass of water while their character cuts a willow tree. Sure, before afking with any real wealth worn was a tad dangerous due to randoms (especially for pures/skillers) but now it really has no reprocussions aside from potentially losing experience. Which is great! There shouldn't be any reprocussions for not logging out in order to go turn on your tv or put mess around with a set of weights. I do however understand that you are more-less just restating the rules which Jagex have implemented and are trying to prevent people from thinking that they can't get burned by some idiot on a report-fest (I think). So, thanks for that.
