Do any members really waste limpwurt root on str potions when they could mix tarromin with ashes instead? I'd be amazed if the majority of str potions didn't come from the free version.

An SS is going to train purely strength. A Z spear can train controlled. Anchor and flail aren't THAT much worse... kind of like d scim vs whip, maybe a little worse.

Have you ever actually tried whipping a waterfiend? It's pretty freaking miserable.

Then it's probably a myth. no? :? if this was true it would be mentioned on alot of dharoking guides I haven't seen it mentioned either way- it's always pretty vague. My money's on nobody having studied this enough to know for sure.

More important than your equipment is just bringing an excess of patience. You WILL NOT find a free lootshare world that stays free for more than five minutes- somebody WILL crash you. I hate KBDing lately for this very reason.

My gear for running through is black dragonhide, boots of lightness, spottier cape, pennance gloves, glory amulet (with charges in case I screw up and need a teleport), a saradomin book, and a lava/earth staff. None of this is very important, you can change it up pretty much as you please. The main points are magic defense and lightness. I would strongly suggest bringing a spirit terrorbird and scrolls instead of using energy potions- abyssal familiars are a pain to use, hardly speed you up at all, are a pain to buy, AND you then waste money and time on energy potions. It is better to use super energies if you aren't using a terrorbird. The best praying method I found was to use protect from ranged, piety (or chivalry if you don't have piety, or steel skin if you have neither) and rapid heal just when running through the cave, and turning off protect from ranged and piety/whatever when you aren't being attacked. Rapid heal cuts down dramatically on the amount of food you need (I don't need any at all with 99 def).

ZMI is probably over twice as fast as the other methods there. I wouldn't even try to level my RC another way at this point.

USE THE DUMP BoB BUTTON #-o Use a Karil top. It boosts me from almost 2 kills on the average trip to almost 3 kills on the average trip. Were you running under Graardor to eat? Seriously, that's key. Saves you about 60 hp per kill you would otherwise have lost to ranged attacks while you're eating. If you look up solo Bandos videos on Youtube you'll see what I mean.

Lol... good luck. Usually laziness of that degree is not rewarded. I can't think of any good droppers in multi combat that you would be able to take down, and even if you could... what, you want to be ganged? You aren't looking for under level 60, you're looking for under level 30.

It tells you IN THE QUEST that metal armor interferes with the accumulator. That said, I don't know- I never wear the accumulator with armor.
