God damnit. I saw this coming, but I still wish I had had time to do more than one set of C2s.

Kuradal's Slayer Challenge
It's not because you weren't far away enough- healers can always heal Jad as long as they're close enough to you to melee. You have to distract them and then either kill them or line them up such that only one of the healers can attack you. It's not hard to outdamage one healer.

Keying
It's a notepad. You can write down people's gates and door locations.

Kuradal's Slayer Challenge
You can melee Ket Zeks too, which also speeds things up a lot. You have to attack them right as they do a magic attack, and then run away so they start another magic attack, and repeat. If you get off time they can melee you, but they only max around 450 and aren't particularly accurate, so it isn't very dangerous. I highly recommend it.

Some of them are more subtle, like the crafting door, but there IS a difference. I can't describe exactly what it is, but I definitely know when I'm failing every door. My advice is just to watch it more closely the next few times you do it so that you can recognize when something is different.

You have to be able to recognize the animation for failing and gatestone teleport quickly if it happens.

Winters, Lycos, Wormwoods, and Magebanes. Drop them at home when you get a chance. Keep a lyco and winters grip in your inventory. Dropping them at home tele wastes time and I don't know why people do it. If you want to make a pot you have to home tele twice to get the herbs back. Just keep them in your inventory. When you're the primary pot maker and tooler and prom miner and dino hunter, your inventory can get somewhat cramped. I don't really have room to keep pot ingredients in my inventory (and to make it help at all to carry the herb around, you'd have to have whiskey, moss, and claw on you at all times too or it still means a home teleport), hence the depositing stuff at ht if I happen to stop by there. I can see it for someone whose primary purpose is making pots, but when you're the general skiller that just doesn't work.

Hex, a niche weapon? If most of the really annoying enemies and a good portion of bosses counts as niche, sure!
-
Blood necklace
It only hits monsters adjacent to you, so it's not usually an issue.
-
Ranging Jad
You're not outhitting the healers with anything besides claws.

My aspiration for a Torva Platebody
Last I checked, Torva plate was nowhere near 2b.

Black demons
If you take like 2k cannonballs you should have way more than enough. As far as notable drops, they have rune meds, rune chains, and high level herbs. That's about it. Some runes you might want to pick up if you're obsessive. They also have a great effigy rate, so keep your eye out for those.

prayer flashing
I had heard that too, but after testing around a lot I've decided that's bogus. I definitely hit higher and more accurately when I set soul split and turmoil to the quickpray and 1 tick flash it in dungeoneering. The timing is precisely when the exp pops up on your xp counter, which is also precisely when your attack animation starts.

Black demons
Cannoning them in Taverley works well. Definitely bring the urns along.

Dungeoneering rushers, answer me this....
Or you just do bosses that don't need food. With enough ragers, most if not all bosses can be done without food. What's a rager? Bloodrager familiar, the melee one. Their scroll effect lowers the target's defense significantly, which makes most bosses much, much easier.

Prayer flashing ruined by the "untold update"?
They may have changed the timing of the damage splat, but animations remained the same length. Either way, relative to the attack animation, prayer flashing has never changed. Damage has always been calculated at the moment the attack animation starts back even to 2004 or so.

Prayer flashing ruined by the "untold update"?
Yes, this is how it works. Jad has a pre-attack animation, and then starts his attack animation afterward. You have the duration of the pre-attack animation to get your prayer in place- that guy didn't manage it, but he DID have his prayer on before the damage splat connected. Lo and behold, he still got hit, by magic, even though his protect from magic prayer was on at the time. This was in 2006. According to Snipers, back that long ago he would have lived as long as he had his prayer on before the splat hit him, which is clearly not the case.

Greater Demons
FSH is a level boost like the salve amulet - the highest of the two is taken, the other doesn't function. Void is an accuracy and damage boost - it stacks with a salve. wat. The question was whether the void ranged bonus affects cannon accuracy.

Dungeoneering rushers, answer me this....
Sniper, all the videos you've shown have demonstrated prayer flashing to always work the same way. That guy is flashing the same way I said you have to.

Prayer flashing ruined by the "untold update"?
It was never, EVER calculated at the time when the damage splat showed up. Think about... early Jad. You still had to have the prayer up a few seconds before the damage showed up, and this was BEFORE the update that made prayer flashing possible, when changing your prayer meant you had to click to attack the monster again. Proof in the form of an ANCIENT Jad video, skip to 38 seconds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9naKATxAiY

Dungeoneering rushers, answer me this....
I can do instant flashing. You just have to do it on the right tick, which is, and ALWAYS HAS BEEN, the tick on which the attack animation begins. Look at the first video and then look at yours. He is CLEARLY turning on his prayer earlier than you. That's why you're getting hit. Change your instant flash to a tick earlier and you're good. Cheef- they always did. You have to account for the lag when you flash.

Nope.

Blood necklace
Meh, you don't need a plate to key. I'd still rather have the blood necklace.
