Magic Level = Magic Defence
I remember a news post by Jagex saying that magic defense was 75% magic level and 25% defense. Ill see if I can find it, its a pretty old post.

Onyx is a drop from tzhaars?
Yes, why do you think they were removed? Because there wasn't any evidence for them dropping them.

What's the deal with Mint Cakes?
Except the Stone of Jordan was useful, and could be sold to stores to summon hellfire diablo ... Mint cakes on the otherhand, don't summon any demons so overall are lackluster. ;)

Mithril Dragon for Fremmy Diary
Ranging is really easy, your range stats are a little low though but I reckon given enough time diamond specs will hit enough :\. I have no experience meleeing them so I couldn't say.

Why no patch notes for The Great Orb Project?
That or they forgot they fixed it.

Fury
I think I read somewhere its about 100k tokkul a hour, so that would mean it would take like 27 hours to get enough tokkul. If one can make 500k a hour quite easily, then thats around 13500k of money "spent" to get enough. However along the way you are also making money. I predict fury prices to reach around 9-12m. Thats just my opinion though. Its not exactly as clear cut as that so.

watermellon seeds
The exp for planting and harvesting watermellons is acutally pretty decent. But your right, theirs decent exp from planting maple trees or something else too. The waterfiends drop some watermellon seeds, I suppose you could camp out there and sell everything you get for even more watermellon seeds if that's what you want. Watermelons are great supplements to herb runs OR great for continuously training farming and can really bring up your EXP/h And they aren't that expensive either, you can use like 24 just over a hour? Thats a max of 90k. If are you looking to level farming fast they are great.

Agility Level to Constantly Run at ZMI
I have 70 agility, but since my RCing was <50 I didn't get the runes I needed to teleport to ZMI often, but when I did I found I didn't have to use TB's scroll as often. Sorry I couldn't be much help, but I think you'd need a very high agility not to use some sort of energy supplement (potions or TB)

Agility Level to Constantly Run at ZMI
No, do you teleport places? Or do you just run back and forth? what method do you use

Jagex Store Re-Opens
The Red Dragon Decal and the KBD look very nice. Again the artists that Jagex employs show they are worth their stuff instead of us just seeing concept art and wall papers.

Steel Dragons
I think you would be better off meleeing since you have a blask mask. Your melee stats aren't that bad. I have 84 attack and 78 strength and I melee them at a decent pace as long as I have them on a task with black mask (without task takes forever and isn't worth it) Hard to say though.

Is this against the rules?

The ice fiends don't generally have a weakness afaik. The ice fields are on the top floor, while the water fields are on the bottom floor. Ice fiends aren't that great of charm droppers, slower than water fiends even if you cannon.

Bandits vs. Giant Spiders
I prefer spiders, sure it may get busy but I don't have to fuss over spawns because generally there will always be one attacking me (theres also like 4 spots for spiders). I bring a bunyip though so on the off chance spiders do more damage (and they may) my bunyip covers me anyways.

While Guthix Sleeps
I plan on doing the quest within a week or so, and I plan on spending it on summoning. Slayer maybe since it takes a while to level, but summoning is one of my goals to level up. So I would say it depends on what your goals are. In the long run 400k experience isn't a lot. I would never consider runecrafting myself since I never do it. But may be different for you.

Sap/Leech Comparisons
I suppose, but with leech range which can be applicable to kree you already use range protect. And at Graa I guess the would reduce his damage while you solo, but so would sap and sap would ALSO reduce his defense. And I just tested out sap against my friend, he said it never went higher then -12%, and it would even fall back down to 10-11%. So I don't know. Also I wonder, sap melee and sap range both reduce defense. I wonder if that would stack with eachother? Edit: Sadly, they do not.
