More than anything i just enjoyed doing the tasks themselves and doing things around karamja i'd never bothered with before. 2 whips an abyssal head and a 300k clue was probably my single best task. i've had 2 nech tasks where i've had 2 rune boots in 2 kills before too :D

are you f2p or p2p? if f2p then go with steel plates or green d hide bodies. if member then yew longs are really the way to go if your doing lots of alchs.

well even if you can enter it with a mind bomb.. your going to need to continuously drink them to keep your mage lvl at 60 to cast the spell. sara strike needs lvl 60 to cast so you're going to need to drink a mind bomb every 30 seconds - 1 minute leaving no room for food/p pots etc. I'd really suggest just getting the extra 3 levels, it'll save a lot of hassle.

yeah, i got 43 prayer in the bone yard in wildy. its a good spot. if you want to train combat at the same time, hill giants in edgeville dungeon are a good source of big bones too.

i prefer jagex' version.. btw this should go in the sticky in the gallery forum.

ok i just got this: a clue i've had a million times. i get there and they've updated the building so the crates aren't there anymore :s also theres a huge dungeon underneath it. only thing that's in it are goblins and chests that spawn a poison spider. anyone know anythin about this or should i send a bug report?

It sounds to me like he's just after your rares and trying to make you feel bad in order to get them. you worked hard for them and theres no reason you should get rid if them if you don't want to.

Nice guide. Good layout and use of pictures. i used this method myself for over 1k runs before i discovered veracing.. the lazy mans barrows method :P

You could get 99 thieving through the pyramid plunder minigame. its a very fast 99 and wont cost all that much. i've heard that exp after lvl 91 is around 2-300k per hour. your only costs will be sharks/monkfish and theres a very good chance you'll get a few pharaoh sceptres along the way.

well.. people that farm whips at abyss generally aren't pc users, they've got their stats through slayer not pc so it doesn't really affect them. If anything, there would be less pc products wanting to buy whips with the same amount of slayers harvesting whips so the price would go down.

It would be good.. i was f2p for a while and it was so annoying having a locked up bank. But jagex would never introduce something like this.. thats one of the reasons they want you to keep paying them money for membership, for the extra space. it wouldn't really make business sense for them to offer incentives to not pay them every month. #-o

Only the dragon dagge points downwards. it could be any other kind of dagger (bronze to rune) they still point upwards when poisoned.

It should all be saved in the same way that your PoH etc is saved when you become f2p. I think your favour will still drain as normal though.

slayer's always worked well for me. you could also try bandits in the desert, or pest control.

lol thats a good point. imagine getting to 98 slayer on a lvl 3 then realising that :P

i went for a safe run first time and just wore black d hide top and bottom and a whip. inv was superset and the rest sharks. i did it with about 7 shark left.

i completely agree. before it was just run to the portals and waste em as quick as possible. now you need at least a tiny bit of thought. and because the games are longer i can play for longer without getting bored.
