  1. I think void would be superior on lower defence monsters.
  2. You are most likely paranoid. That's what most of this game comes down to, the RNG just messing with your head. Also sidenote, I have still never done a clue.

I think this would have been a good game by itself, but it would be hard to judge it as a sequel to a game like the original DA:O. Like already said, an attractive feature of the first game was the ability to customize your character and backstory. While this all eventually fell into line once the main story kicked in, it gave players a sense of, well, an origin. I just don't think Bioware would have enough time to put in nearly as much effort and care into making DAII as they did with Origins in the year-ish time span they've given themselves. So my initial prediction would be a strong expansion/add-on akin to Awakening or a somewhat weak full sequel.
  4. Superglass make profits, but I don't know how worthwhile it would be for you since you already have 99 mage and the crafting xp is a little on a slow side.
  5. Money is useless if it just sits in your bank. Either buy equipment with it, or get 85 herb. However there still is a cutoff for a minimum amount of cash you want to have. You'll need money for certain important purchases on the fly as well as for buying up seeds for farming runs etc. You'll find only having like 200k cash in your bank is seriously limiting, unless you're F2P. OT: Just go for 84 herblore. Greenman ales are easy to get from a PoH or random pub for making super antis.
  6. I did it without a proper PoH. There's a fairy ring that's very close to a good 3 log spot. Use the ardy cape to get to the monastery, recharge prayer, go to the Tower of Life ring, bank at Zanaris, and fairy ring to the spot. Terrorbird helps. I was typically able to completely fill my invent and t-bird with 75 pray.
  7. Cannonballs (3 mins per interval. Use an accumulator and magpie to max profits) Churning milk to butter/cheese is also decent, but runs I did were actually pretty short.
  8. 150-200k depending on market fluctuations. Using stuff like a coal bag and a mining familiar can help a little bit.
  9. One of Runescoop's guides on Blast Furnacing mithril/addy bars with a BoB claims them to be 400/500k an hour. The xp from either method is at least 5k better than cannonballs, so they might be worth a shot.
  10. It's only a few larges for 43k tokens... If you're ever ice bursting, get the tome of frost IN ADDITION to your arcane stream + sol. EDIT: Ohwait, sol is 2-handed. But it's still worth getting. Its at least 6 larges, at 75k xp/each, so at higher DG. Thats at least 5 hours. Thats anywhere from 5-25m worth of time. Water runes don't cost that much. AS saves you money in runes (Fewer casts/kill @ dks) and more kills/hr, thus more kills/trip, not to mention the "beating off crashers" bit. Even if you only mage occasionally, get it. Eventually, you'll probably want 85, enough tokens there to get Scroll of life, AS, and a chaotic. BTW, to the above^ Fury is almost always better then ranging ammy/Strength. I can't really think of a situation, outside safespot ranging, or maxing in cwars, where they are better then fury. (Outside, for strength, PvP) However a very nice use of the tome of frost would be for busting lobs since it saves an invent spot and there aren't many better maging shields out there.
  11. I believe cannoning abby specs while using rune darts would come close to breaking even/profit. Most likely faster and more interesting.
  12. You will notice that steel darts are the same accuracy as iron knives, but are cheaper.

I'd say bloods are worth binding over saggs. Laws can be easily made and you don't need a super large number of them. Usually the 125 bloods lasts me for a decent amount of time. Only keep the arrows if you're a dedicated archer.
  14. Pretty much the only time you want to smith cannonballs is if you want to have the game running while you are doing something else like watching a TV show or a movie. I'm pretty sure you can make better money and get slightly more smithing xp/hr running the blast furnace doing mithril bars and at the very least superheating steel/iron/gold is many times faster. The time saved is then used to do something more profitable, like killing green drags. Green drags can hit 1m+ an hour if done properly
  15. I'm sorry, but your calculations are a little off: 140 hrs x 18 runs/hr = 2520 runs 2520 runs x 27 bars/invent x 25.6 xp/bar ~= 1.7 M xp. The total xp for 99 is just over 13 M. Your start point of level 35 is like 25k xp, which is a drop in the bucket. After crunching some numbers with the help of the Tip.it Smithing calc, you actually need to do ~18810 runs, or smith cannonballs for 1045 hours Consider an alternate method at some part along the way.
  16. I have no clue why several people have said you don't get exp for using the ring spells. You most certainly do get xp for alching/superheating using the ring. Proof? I just used it now and looked at xp counter and magic xp totals

Also throw up your offers on Assist Clan, assistclan, and Effigies CC. Just no asking for payments in Assist Clan (I'm one of the ranks in AC :^_^: ).
  18. It's probably worth making at most 500-1k into spec restores for just general use, but it really depends on how much safe pvp you do/if you have a decent speccing weapon like claws. Otherwise you should definitely sell them off.
  19. are they viable without bunyips? Yeah, you can do them w/out bunyips. Waterfiends are quite easy as long as you have a decent def/att/str. Use a Z Spear to kill them, and pray range while attacking them. Should be able to get 500 crimsons within like 10 or so hours. Sara sword is slightly better.
  20. I've seen bots that push the outer limits of that definition. Basically, the user first instructs the bot of there the mouse locations are on the screen and picks if it will be a left click or right click. Once that is done, all the user has to do now is just click spam or key spam and the script will run through all of the pre-recorded positions. The user is still technically inputting all of the button presses, but all the mouse movements are done by the bot.
  21. Ah ok. At least I know now thanks.
  22. Melee (except for some arma setups) Generally melee, but it's personal preference Melee (c maul + turm/extremes or maybe dharoks with salve ammy (e) on undead)
  23. When I try to start up the game, it'll show the initial updating screen and then the login. Once I type my details in, it seems to just do nothing. There's a "loading" box in the top corner and it stops there indefinitely. If I minimize the browser or tab switch and come back, it just becomes black. I'm confident that I have the most recent versions of Catalyst and DirectX. RS runs perfectly fine in OpenGL and I'll probably just stick to that, but I'm curious as to why it doesn't work in DirectX.
  24. Consider getting a separate uninstalling utility like Revo Uninstaller or maybe CCleaner (not sure how good the cc uninstall utility is though)

You'll be ice bursting from 80-93 though and I'm confident most other barrage spells are not worth the cost.
