If you're not in a huge rush to specifically get 91, get to 89/90 and stock up on a ton of greenman ales by buying from shops and brewing your own. Then for those last two levels just do herblore effigy assists :thumbup:

It'll take roughly 20-30 hours. Invest 100 creds for the first 100 ranks and then max thereafter.

The caskets from MTK have a chance to give court cases, but I think they put a limit of 1 case every 2 weeks.

I think that range difference is useless anyway unless you're using it for some application in PvP or there's a certain safespot that only works at long range. It doesn't really matter in the end because you'll just run over a little to your target and/or it'll wander over to you. There are actually a few spots I've tried with a bow that work at long range without the use an obstacle. If you attack a monster outside of its wander range, it'll begin backing up. In normal cases like you mentioned, your char will be out of range and need to move closer and thus the monster will be able to attack you again. However, if you place yourself right, you can make them back up into a wall. You'll still be able to hit them without moving forward.

SC tools actually reduce xp rates on some skills; for fletching you want to do bolts. Smithing I'd just afk at work/when doing homework with gauntlets (NOT on the xp weekend). SC tools do not degrade at all during the xp weekend, even if you use them when the multiplier is below 2x

Interesting. OK. Any suggestions on what to do after crafting and herblore? I haven't prepared myself for any real training.... Consider power slaying. It might be hard to buy supplies, but if you got a cannon, some cannon balls, some super sets, a few good CB familiars (I think karamthulu and maybe some of the kyatts are worth using. Steel minotaur might work too.) you could go nuts. You be gaining the respective skill xp you're using to kill with, the familiar's added experience, HP, AND slay xp.

Well considering the very existence and popularity of most TT items and how the the clothing update was recieved, some people care about how they look in game. I wouldn't say it's idiotic. I haven't really been paying attention to my character's face. Then again, I've just sorta been lazily making unfinished potions for the last few days.

I would do herblore before crafting. You want to squeeze every last drop of bonus out of those potions since herblore is much more expensive and useful at higher levels than crafting is.

Yep. The only reason to ever use the stranger plant is for when you can boost 4. A good way of maximizing your boost time is to boost some other stat (maybe take a quick sip of combat potion or use an EE spec) and then wait for it to drop by 1. If you boost then you'll be able to get the most out of the stranger plant time. And then there's that logging in and out silliness that allows you to have an infinite boost, but that's another story :rolleyes:

I would say it rounds down, but why not just buy a stranger plant right now and see for sure?

Problem is that it's constantly sending you out to the Hobgoblin and Pirate mines out in high-level Wildy where you can't teleport out again, which ruins the potential it would otherwise have for fast banking. Wearing an glory ammy solves the hobgoblin problem and using the wildy lever sends you to ardy or you could just go into the mage arena and telly there. You'll just also need a forinthy to take care of revs and a slashing wep/knife.

To be honest, I think for both the bone crusher and the herbicide they need to either drastically reduce the cost or super buff the benefits. I've played with the ideas of: BC 1. Gives 2x xp for all small and big bones. 1.5 multiplier for all other bones. 2. 10k token cost at the very most Or some combination of the two So for a player killing chickens, if we assume they take around 1.5 seconds per kill (actual attack time, moving from chicken to chicken, occasional misses), it maxes out at around 21k pray an hour, which is like saving 440k and hour. However it's possible to find an uncrowded hill giants worlds and slaughter them there. Herbicide 1. Gives cleaning xp AND x% of the xp of the best potion you can make with that herb at your level. If you don't have the level to use the herb, you get nothing. This would ramp up pretty nicely and stay balanced depending on the % bonus. And while we're on the subject of stupendously overpriced and almost useless items, can we make the magical blastbox at least save runes or something?

I tried the superior locator method and really... it's not that great. It doesn't take you to any of the quest reward mines, so no Haunted Mine, no Forgiveness of a Chaos dwarf and no Mining Camp. Also it has an annoying habit of chucking you out in high level wilderness where it doesn't work to get you out again. Not to mention those times it teleported me 3 spaces from where I already was. However I suppose I did get reliably smooth addy from it once I kitted up to deal with revenants... Which is what my guide will outline :) Like I mentioned, it's not meant to be a super great way for making money or gaining xp, but for a small little distraction from regular training activties. However, some of the other locator spots like clay and secondaries have the potential to be very profitable. I just need to test them out.

If you have a superior locator, that could potentially be a really good way of mining addy. However like people have stated, do it only for fun distraction from serious mining training or money making. I'm actually the in process of writing a guide about using the SL for interesting training diversions.

I have a disc for drivers for my graphics card, what about the motherboard? 4) Could I copy installed programs from the XP installation to the 7 installation? IE. Microsoft flight simulator? Or would I have to reinstall? (transfering them using another HDD which I won't wipe.) 1. I was under the impression that if you just did a clean install, the Windows installer will do a format of your drive anyway. Unless you have really sensitive files left over that you want to get rid of, this should be sufficient. 2. Some people argue that this is better for isolating problems that later arise and other reasons, but I find that it's just easier to install on one partition. 3. Just the video card on that list. However, your motherboard might have integrated things like a network adapter and a sound card that will probably also need drivers. 4. That's going to be a very bad idea. There are usually some files that you can transfer like save files and there are some programs that work by themselves, but reinstalling and then transferring any save files is the safest way. Installing a program typically also means adding registry key values to your system, which simply copying folders does not do.

Assuming the value of 90gp per token based off of chaotic weapon recharge costs, the bonecrusher is worth roughly 3,060,000 gp. At the current market pricing of d bones, pray xp is ~21gp/xp, making your 400 xp a task estimate worth 8.4k So for your bonecrusher to make up its cost in rapier recharge costs, you would need to do around 360 tasks. Of course, your 400 pray xp a task is probably off, due to certain tasks not giving any bones at all. It's hard to say if it would be more or less since some tasks would have big bones or dragon bones that aren't worth banking, but in the end it's going to be a large number of tasks. I would just look at is as an expensive convenience. You can time your bone burying between attack cycles and not skip a beat. Howver, it does make some forms of hunting like falconry quite a bit faster :thumbup:

I don't think that's necessarily true. Hardware and software are continually made to be steps ahead of what is currently available to take advantage of them. It just makes less sense to do so for something like a flash drive since it's often more expensive and difficult to improve peripherals and hardware than interfaces and software.
