Dungeoneering rewards
I find that point to be moot unless you're paired against someone with max defence and HP and you have like 50 ranged. The defence levels in FoG are already severely reduced so I'd rather have the speed of the shortbow.

Troll me kids!
I give it a 6/10 only because I've seen this exact outfit before at a 99 mage party. I'm also tempted to say that mystic boots or mithril might be worth looking into, but the wizard ones match decently.

Smithing 64+
That's pretty much my plan at the moment. Superheat those golds with gloves and then make the switch to addy plates via bars from aviansies. Hammers are worth it if you can't consistently make over 1 million an hour.

Bone burying speed, or PC for pray (see post6)
Until you reach level 92 prayer, PC points will give you less prayer xp than a single dragon bone on the guilded altar. Even once you're level 92, assuming you can do 25 games an hour (2 mins per game + wait time) on the the veteran boat, you'll be getting like 25k pray xp per hour.

Farming; don't pay the farmer?
As mentioned in zaaps's farming guide, the rough death rate for anything with just supercompost is about 10%. Therefore, you should be only paying for a tree if the payment is less than 10% of the cost of the seed, since you only stand to lose that anyway with supercompost. Of course, massicist brings up an important point: Farming can't be constantly trained and most of the xp comes once or twice a day through tree runs. If you want to guarantee that you runs will be fruitful (mind the pun  ), then just pay them regardless.

Random Questions
Well not necessarily combat, but I'll definitely keep those in mind. Churning stuff worked for a while, but cannonballs just seemed better overall.

Summoning Training
I know this is directly contradicting your wish to get 57 summoning as soon as possible, but I waited until level 52 to do anything with my charms. At that point, the gold charm familiars (terrorbirds) are actually useful to keep and train with and at that point bloated leeches are already available to you. So in that case, I'd wait to at least 49. Use your crimsons to 52, use your golds as far as you can, and then jump the rest of the way with leeches again. The raw beef is easily purchasable in Canifis and if you start buying them now you'll have more than enough for when you want to train it.

Summoning Training
To be perfectly honest, I'd save all the charms you have now and use penguin points, lamps, and tears of guthix to train it up to a higher level before you touch it. Charms are valuable and if you hold off on using them at a low level you can get much more xp per charm later on.

Random Questions
1. What is the speed of a sighted longbow? I've not tested it myself, but I'm hearing it's a speed 5 weapon, which is like a long sword. However the original longbow is supposed to be only a 4 speed weapon according to the RS KB. Can anyone confirm? 2. What are some of the longest tasks in the game? ie. What would be best for a sort of almost AFK type level of play where I pay almost no attention? I'm currently doing cannonballs. I tried churning cheese from milk, but it actually seems faster when I tried it, not to mention the longer banking trips. I just want something semi-worthwhile be it training or moneymaking that I can just have running while I watch movies, play a flash game etc Also is there anything in F2P like this?

[Suggestion] Item Database - Weapon Speeds
I think it would be a good idea to include the weapon speeds in the item database. A lot of the weapons speeds are of course outlined in the RS KB, but for a lot of others like dungeoneering weapons and other quest items they have no official listing. The RS wiki has some, but they're not entirely reliable

Effigy CCs?
Effigies cc Assist clan (I use this one most, like the mods :) )

great orb project?
That would be an interesting method, but runes are dirt cheap anyway, especially fire runes. I'd suggest doing earth or air runes, one for xp and the other for money. Water runes are also a good option since they're worth quite the penny nowadays.

In addition to the Tip.it guide, have a look at manoman's guide as well. Just ignore most of the prices has they've probably all changed by now. I used this guide while I got B2P

What to train?
Runecrafting is alright, but it's not quite as profitable as other skills in F2P since there are no double nats or anything. Since you're training crafting, help feed the need for unstrung gold amulets in the P2P game. You make some tidy profit, level skill, and inject some much needed ammys to other players

Training farming (starting at lvl 70)
It is no more loss than a maple or a papaya tree. It falls in around 3ish gp/xp.

temple trekking
It's for the starving travelers. Logs and a tinderbox are available during the event. It's probably best to actually bring a tinderbox and an axe in the first place while trekking. When I did the event I just narrowly missed saving all the people because I could have saved time by either: 1. Having the food already in my invent 2. Having logs/tinderbox already in my invent

f2p training and pk help
If you haven't already, finish off the Lumbridge/Draynor diary and get yourself the Explorer ring. It is made of pure win and awesome is still my #1 used ring in P2P. Since you already have 26 pray, restless ghost shouldn't affect you, especially since they updated the quest reward so you actually have to bury the bones to get most of the xp. Other than that, all of the other requirements shouldn't affect your pure. Also make a stop at FoG and do some fail casting. Mage levels generally don't affect your cb level until they get rather high, so it just adds the convenience of teleports and some nice mage defence to your character.

71-73 mining
The ardy cape method consists of bringing a t-bird and teleporting to the monastery using the cape. After full, teleport back using d rings/glories. Rinse and repeat. It's about 15-20% slower than kyatt mining in any form, but there's much much less competition. Also since the rocks are spaced a little further apart, you end up being naturally slow so a full world isn't necessary.

farming - snapdragon
The more I watch the GE prices grow, the more and more glad I feel for investing 20+ million in dragon bones when they were around 2-3k :^_^:

farming - snapdragon
Avantoe is definitely one of the best low-risk seeds to deal in as just two herbs will make back the seed. However, data has been collected by bladewing that suggests that the average yield from a patch assuming supercompost + secateurs is around 6.6 with deaths. At My Arm's patch, this number jumps up by pretty much a full herb. So in reality, torstol is actually the best herb to plant at that patch, not snapdragon. I myself don't have a huge cashpile (2 mil atm :P But have like 40 million in dragon bones  ), but I've been farming all the way up to 89 farming and I've found snaps, in the long run, end up being more profitable than avantoes. Sure risk is a big factor and losing 70k always sucks, but in the end you'll find that over the course of 100 seeds that you make more money overall, even with deaths.

farming - snapdragon
Just a reminder that the scroll of life will only return about 10% of your investment in seeds, which equates to about 20k for torstols and 7k for snaps. It's still definitely a must-get for any serious farmer, but don't expect it to magically give you tons of seeds.

Getting Effigies Quickly?
Take them as they're supposed to be: A nice little bonus while doing combat instead of focusing on amassing them. If you end up finding some NPC with a relatively terrific drop rate, but gives awful xp and loot then it's not worth your time. So as already said, slay or hunt higher leveled monsters. I got 2 from waterfiends and 1 from baby blacks while killing greens in the chaos tunnels. Also if you're in it for the possible xp from investigating the effigy itself, hop onto Assist Clan or Effigies CC. There are tons of people there looking to assist or be assisted. It's a nice way to make use of your daily 30k assist cap or get those effigies processed. You just need to be patient as only 2 effigy investigations will max out a person.

Farming level 38 - 62
I personally like farming as a purely profitable skill that can be taken nice and slow. At 42, you can plant curry tree seeds and as long as you just supercompost them they profit from the leaves they produce. Just keep doing your herb and allotment runs as normal while mixing in a few tree runs and you'll get 62 in no time.

sol vs. lbs
I would think torag's hammers would be better. Sure they're 30-40k more and need repair, but they have like 20 more crush bonus and quite a bit more strength bonus. I don't know the melee speed of an ancient staff, but I can't imagine it being whip speed.
