Manage Thy Kingdom. asap.
10 on fish and 5 maples (5 on coal when I want to smith : and cut extra gems) The 10 fish guarantee profit from the tuna and less than half the swordfish. Maples give wood and seeds. I've gotten 3 yew seeds in the past 2 days (About 240K right there) I suggest you make a visit everyday (Maybe two or three days, just not a full week) to keep maxing your approval rating.

Str ammy is useless compared to the power ammy.

Looking to efficiently make 2M with my skills
No matter how you look at it, you still lose a boat load of money on that seed whether or not the herbs from the other patches compensate. Instead of profiting by a lot you only profit by a little. The best way to start farming is to do quests to get it up. If anything, use penguin points and such to get it up to a good level. Also plant oak trees ASAP since the seeds are stupidly cheap and give a nice chunk of xp. The roots can be used for supercomposts as well.

1) Rune Sq? Do you have any reason for this one? 2) Why degraded and non-degraded rune gauntlets? Just go play FoG and charge em up. 3) More duplicates all round for mage tab 4) Do knives or spades serve any purpose in F2P? 5) I'd take out the uncuts and always just cut the gems before you bank them. Good to see a chisel. 6) If you have a regular fishing rod and bait, why no fish from bait fishing? I'd ditch both seeing as fly fishing is just better. 7) Do you really need a tinderbox when they cost so little and can be bought at any general store? 8) Get rid of the lower doses of strength potion. You could always decant lower doses into 4 dose potions at the GE. You currently have WAAAYY too many items for the meager 68 spaces F2Pers are given. Take a look at my guide for further tips :- Low level training
Black Knight Fortress has 2 knights right by an altar.- Fighting Bork
Well I'm not quite as affluent as you guys and don't have a fury or a GS of any sort  Guess I'll stick to a nezzy helm or I might actually test out the black mask theory.- Smithing 55-80 a little advice please :)?
 This is definitely the way to go, hands down the best combination of speed and profit.- Fighting Bork
Thanks for the advice Kent. Someone posted stats of them using an SGS on Bork with and without the blk mask. All other equipment was kept the same and a nezzy helm was used for the non-mask hits. It appeared that he did in fact hit about 17% more often and about 19% harder. He used a relatively small sample (About 20 hits of each) so I'm not sure. What I meant for the armour was if I should ditch my black dhide and just use prossy to prolong prayer. I'd still protect against melee, I'd just be able to add on chivalry or something like that. Maybe I'll try the barrelchest for the spec. When I did a run today, I brought the ancient mace, but instead of hitting Bork I smacked one of the ork legions and got 8 pray : . It seems like the most viable option before I get enhanced excally or a GS.- Fighting Bork
Just a few questions: 1. Does the slayer helmet (black mask) actually help against Bork like I've heard? 2. Whenever I fight Bork, the mage seems to have a remarkably high magic attack. I wear full black d'hide during the fight and pray melee. I've got 73 def and 76 mage, but every time the mage casts a spell it hits through my armour. Is it worth using black d hide or should I just use full prossy and slap on some offensive boosts? 3. What speccing weapon should I bring? Excalibur seems a little pointless since the mage manages to hit through the defence boost (I tried Excally a few times. I don't have enhanced excally yet) and DDS specs never hit; Bork is immune to poison anyway. Would an ancient mace be better?- Slayer Points
Fast point method: 9 Tasks on Mazchna or Vannaka Bonus point task on Sumona or Lapalok- FOG Robes
I think they DO degrade and DON'T give you the bonus.- 45 Heblore
Farming has always been a companion skill to herblore for me. Just like woodcutting is to fletching or fming or fishing is to cooking. Grow some herbs and use those for your potions. But if you can't really be bothered, Penguins ftw - Which quests? HELP
Recruitment Drive gives a nice boost to certain skills like agility. Check out this page for quests that give xp. It would also help to know what skills you currently have.- Grave Stones
I'd say just about any place such that when you're there, no one else can be there with you at the same time.- How to make 16mil
Not entirely true. If you do certain fruit trees you can net a tiny profit, but with massive xp. They're probably the best thing to use for leveling. I'm finding orange trees to be the best. The harvest that you pick right before you dig it up is more than enough to cover the cost of the seed and supercompost. With supercompost, I've only lost like 10% of all the fruit trees I've ever planted.- magic update
I meant with the spell.- Carved Oak Tables
Wouldn't the profit margin be even lower than with the carved oak tables? BTW, does Ghrim buy it for 10% of the GE value or the alch value?- Carved Oak Tables
Hmm...definitely something worth investigating, but I doubt the spell would work. What a shame. I would have been a novel idea though you have to admit :- magic update
What was the health regeneration rate prior to the update?- Carved Oak Tables
I noticed that carved oak tables are only 4 GP on the market since so many people make them and apparently Advisor Ghrim will take flatpacks to pay for kingdom managing. So: 1. Does he take the flatpacks for more than 4 gp? 2. Does he take noted flatpacks? I haven't done the diary yet, but I have all the requirements. This could be an interesting way to save money on MTK :-k- Knives vs darts vs bolts?
If you going to use bolts at all, sell the ones you have and then get broad bolts. Otherwise darts all the way - Knives vs darts vs bolts?
Steel darts are 9GP cheaper, but have the same ranged bonus and ranged str as iron knives. However, darts and knives aren't THAT much faster than bolts as you described. It's 1.5-2x faster, but the accuracy is much higher as is the damage. It's almost like comparing a dragon dagger (not spec) with a GS.- 11th June 2009 - Macro-detection systems update
Oh noes! Computers can pass the Turing test :o- 70 Defence Armour
Barrows hands down. Even with repair costs, it's one of the most economical options out there. It costs 6k/hr to use, down to a possible 3k/h if you have a good smithing level. You'd have to use Torag's plate for about 2000-4000 hours before repair costs would put you at a bandos chest plate  - f2p banking
