It was a dark and stormy night. Well, not really, it was just an ordinary night but IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve always wanted to use that as an opening line. Anyway the dopey, watchman at the editors house was snoozing and snoring in front of the video displays (TV), kind of sorta almost watching- well, to the extent you can with places which donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t actually have real cameraÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s or video displays and when your sleeping. Nothing happened here-I wonder whyÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâæAt least not after the editor went out anyway-which was rarely but never without a weeks notice. The watchman was content with their couch potato job-never had to do anything when the editor was home. But tonight he was not home and missed his usual pizza delivery. But back to this particular night. It was dark even though it was not stormy. The moon was showing its dark side and much of the starlight was obscured by clouds. The night watchman glanced at the TV, poured himself another cup of tea and went back to doing the crossword puzzle in the newspaper: 5 Down: What you get for breaking ad entering. The night watchman snorted: ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅWell you know-breaking and entering cropped up recently anyway. Well I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t know. He didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t fill in the answer and took another sip of tea. "Ah! Nothing like a nice cup of tea." He thought to himself as he sharpened his pencil. It was at this moment, had he been paying attention to the video screens instead of musing on crossword would have seen several figures slip stealthily into the shadow of the building by the rear entrance. Once safely out of sight of the cameras, the leader of the team spent no time at all picking the lock on the door (at level 99 thieving heÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢d had plenty of practice!).They were rather strangely dressed, their pale skin and spotty faces made them almost weightless. Their odd outfits were made from what looked like paintball gear; they wore the paintball mask and the rest of the full suit. They had parked their jeep just outside. Strangest of all they all carried paintball guns that appeared to be made from plastic. One of them wore a purple paper hat; like a scrumpled paper ball with dunce on it. The leader consulted his map. "Right", he said, "weÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve got plenty of time. ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s at least an hour till the watchman makes his next rounds. We need to get to R&D on the 13th floor. Unfortunately weÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re going to have to use the stairs at the end of this corridor. So letÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s get going!ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

I'm a mod and i agree, not so much for the 'phr33 stuff pl0x' ppl i kinda like the attention but cos when i try to catch a known scammer, they can see my crown shoudl i choose to speak. Entrapment is the way forward. I agree people could claim they are staff but that is already covered in the staff impersonation rule.

Same :-w . Don't worry, the novelty of running into scammers everywhere you go, clicking pointlessly, and having to deal with an army of idiots and scumbags every day will wear off eventually. In my opinion is that Jagex should quit on RS2, let it die out such as RSC did and totally rebuild the game from the ground up. new villavges, items, npcs, everything, just totally re-do it THey can't keep giving us cheesy updates forever. Like a fad, it will die out eventrually, people will lose interest and walk away. I cant figure out why I havent done that yet.. I've been play for 6 years now :thumbsup: You lie, you've got a total of just over 1200 and oly 7m total xp. 6 years playing time? If Jagex let RS2 die, they would die from stavation cos they couldnt afford the food. THey would not let 99% of their customers be lost and 1% to move to the new game.

Im not a prticular fann of the ideas- especially the 1. don't lose items if you die. I wouldnt see anyone in the wildy ever if that happened- wildy and Rs would be pointless cos there's no point killing ppl for nothing just wasting food. anyway...

hmmm- im kinda neutral on this one. I don't lure-there are faster ways for money and xp but i stiln stand with the 'if you do x, you deserved to be lured' policy. The rule make very little difference to me, i just get to report more ppl.

true, gambling on tnhings which aren't completely luck based is ultimate. poker is good but it is very luck based. Staking IRL and IRS owns. I wouldn't be so hasty. I'm at a playing level now where, I hope, I can eliminate luck from the game, by bluffing, reading opponents and so on. The other day, it didn't even matter if I was dealt a 7-2 OS, I was still winning pots. I used to play in a freeroll tounry for a long time. Then my friends and I made the jump and started playing at the casino. We've gone back to the freeroll tourny a few times - and we've all ended up on the final table (usually 3 in the top 5) and most times one of us wins. This is usually out of around... 80-130 players. The difference between freerollers and people who play for money is massive. Like literally massive. Once you can read people who buy in for 5K; reading people who haven't put money down is a piece of cake. I admit that there is quite abit of skill in the phnyschology of it and readin and all but in getting your royal flush-i can't live on bluffing every time. ANything below full house is probably lost unless you bluff. BUt if someone calls your bluff and you've staked alot on it- i see that as losing by chance of the cards.

dont give nthem free stuff. THey will only learn if they make and protect their own stuff. If they think its not worth protecting bcos they can just beg for more they haven not learn.t THey must ahve their own stuff so that they car efor it bcos they have put the time and effort into getting it.

Yes i was modding on the scene. I was trying to clear the island so that people coulnd't follow back on-not everyone listened (got em down to about 10 ppl once). Dam i left b4 the real mods came and i guess the wise old man was something to get people back on the island-he was not part of the glitch. I missed all the fun. Me and a fellow mod found out how to recreate the glitch and sent this to Jagex for this rapid response fix. So there's my claim to fame. I'm sure that i'm now on several vids and screenshots by now. \ i mean :?

yes i did actually comment that i don't want money to be easier because yes of course that phat will be more expensive but new ways of making the same amount of money for different benefits (alching=mage xp +money maybe we could have something that was firemaking xp+money).

yeah thats me too m8. i'll probably make an even bigger and better goal which then has to be trimmed down to a reasonable size (like just 99 not 20 mil xp)
