Any npcs people want to know more about?
Stealing, no doubt. He must get all the loot from deathpiles that people aren't able to retrieve. They should add that as an animation, kind of like with death at halloween.

Dungeoneering Binds
A hood is also more useful if everyone else in the team has one. Though those teams aren't the best.

2011/12 Football Season
With the exception of Manchester United, the All stars have a fairly good record against British opposition. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_League_Soccer_All-Star_Game#section_3 I'd also imagine the organisers would have wanted a different team this time around rather than United this year. Also, aren't City/United/Arsenal all touring Africa/Asia?

Sell the herbs you farm and then use the money to buy the herbs that give the best balance of gp/xp and xp/h.

dungeoneering is sooo broken
A cheaper version of vmser's suggestion would be videos of floors on youtube. Here's a subforum where people can post and receive advice on the floors. http://www.xp-waste.com/floor-videos-f50.html

Slayer
Hedgehog never said that Kuradal was better, just warned the op to beware of seeker's suggestion. If you're going to use kuradal then make sure to repair the fairy ring near her (and do the required quests/barbarian training if you haven't).

Runescape in Google Chrome
I updated java recently and started to have the same problem (chrome told me the java applet was out of date prior to my downloading). One thing I have found that works is deleting the jagex cache then trying to load scape and if this doesn't work look in the address bar and at the end of the address it should have "=1" change this to "=0" and try reloading the page.

Forum Upgrade
Sounds interesting. Just wondering though, will this also effect the mobile version of the board?

Sbrideau wins, thanks, that fixed it.

Difficulty connecting to wireless
I moved the router into the same room as the computer and it still couldn't connect wirelessly. I also downloaded inSSIDer and it shows no channel overlap with the neighbouring wifi connections and an RSSI of around -85, varying a couple of digits either way. Fortunately I have been able to tether (I think this is the right word) my ipod which is able to connect so I can use the internet on my desktop as long as I have my ipod also plugged in. Thanks for attempting to assist though.

Difficulty connecting to wireless
Rewriting this totally as I've worked through most of my original question though still haven't had any luck. The crux of the issue is that my computer won't connect to the network wirelessly even though all other devices (an ipod and a laptop) can and the option to connect is available, it simply tries to and fails, bringing up the standard troubleshooting menu. I know that it isn't incorrect security/encryptions/password entry as I copied these to a flash drive from the working laptop onto my computer. I've also deleted the old network from the wireless connections. I know that it isn't the router because other devices can connect to the router and my computer will connect if plugged in via an ethernet cable. I know that it isn't the wireless adapter on the computer because It was working until I moved and it wasn't damaged in the move because I brought the old router with me and my computer could wirelessly connect to that without issue (though it immediately took me to the router page as that network isn't enabled for internet here). So, what else could it be? Please help.

European Football Championship
Wanted Italy to lose but as soon as I saw it was going to extra time I was resigned to them going through, so go Germany I guess (they have been entertaining after all).

Dung Mates is a popular (I think largest) dging clan for rushes: [qfc]148-149-367-63714919[/qfc] Dg4fun is a friends chat for doing kabde (kill all but dead end) floors: [qfc]148-149-93-63080888[/qfc] Dgs is one of the best current dg clans, but it isn't for everyone: http://www.xp-waste.com/dungeonsweepers-f9.html?sid=aa2d191fcf2b243b2dcb6429b59a3a69

The Evolution of Combat: BETA discussion
Dungeoneering is already the place where attack styles are emphasised the most, for a second offensive bind most people go with hex/blood necklace/gauntlets. Whether armour is made or not will depend on the survivability without it, which we can't really judge until it happens. I'd imagine most people will get by with their plate binds however. Not sure what will happen in the random floors where hood are more prevalent though.

European Football Championship
Netherlands should've gone though on pre tournament expectations but really didn't deserve it so I'm happy they didn't get their miracle. I can't see Germany letting Greece score.

6 years ago today.
I remember hearing about it on tip it from this thread: http://forum.tip.it/topic/45481-a-durial321-interview-attack-abuse-bug/ Then looking up the video and showing my friends who played runescape at the time. That thread has since lost the majority of it's contents, but they're archived on tip it here.

DG Binds.
I don't see why people keep saying it's hard to path without a defensive bind, to be honest. I've had almost no problem doing it. I find that i have about as much difficulty as people who have a plate binded instead of a hood (when it comes to rooms where having something agro can give you a hard time, like the statue rooms that need weapons, etc.). It's more than easy to stay alive because of all the gd's that drop food. I die about the same now as i did when i had a hood, and i think i've actually managed to improve myself a bit. I assume you meant constant dying when saying pathing without a defensive bind can be hard? Probably because having a hood bind is the same as having no defensive binds for the time that it is deactivated. If at any stage during a floor you die somewhere that you can't immediately pgt/gt back to, you're going to spend the same amount of time running back to where you were that you would save from the increased magic dps. The more times you die, the more time you waste re-tracing your movements.

DG Binds.
Efs would save you going back to get runes, but I'd personally break the staff for a plate, without a defensive bind it is difficult to path. If, as you say nobody is worried about you going back to base then I'd be using that time to cut a high tier log and turn it into an efs.
