@ Drumgun - Knowing how the ingame people can treat other people negatively I like to say frost dragons are quite space-y to avoid most of those people. The majority just find a free spot or hop when they go there. However like any spot there are occasional idiots but its probably along similar lines to abby but better money/effigies. I had '3' idiots in total there. Aswell as about 5-10 people who wished to train directly next to me which is odd considering there is space elsewhere but not end of the world either. Which isnt bad at all. I guess hundreds of others were considerate. Obviously you will have more trouble than me idk. With abbies I would say its better to have conversations with but at frost its a tad bit annoying having cannons fight with eachother even if the players arnt. You know..How you killing something then suddenly someones cannon interrupts your fight or even worse your killing something and your cannon redirects your attention onto something someone else is fighting. Even using chanchat you need alot more focus obviously. I prefer things like mic as I hate ingame chat anyway. I also dont merchant so have to find other ways to make money too.. I killed 15k frost dragons for level 100 range because it was my goal to achieve that rather than money but I knew I make cash in the process. .. =p Fortunately my goals dont reach as far as 200m all as im getting too old age wise for that. (23 =p) However I do want to get two 200m in a few years time. Even if it takes a long time for me and rl stuff. Obviously I may decide otherwise if I suddenly became a dad or something absurd. Though I may decide otherwise all together and want to do something else in life. Just play aslong as I find it fun tbh. General rule of my life - If it aint this game then I prob be playing something else. I love gaming too much and weird in that way. Fortunately I have a gf who accepts that about me and I make sure I spend alot of time with her too. Oh btw! I just compliment your ability to write long posts while playing the game. Most of my posts are while im playing too but I dont write posts quite that long or I get too annoyed too quickly switching between monitors between clicks lol. Even with shortcuts on my mouse its still too annoying. - 0_0 Umm just as I was about to submit this post a jagex mod appeared in varrock bank throwing snow and stuff..... Very random.. Its very unlikely. There is only room for one 'end game' skill or whatever they called it. Everything after will just be like any other skill.

Best solution is to have the hardest quests have medium requirements but with extra content that isnt necessary to complete the quest that require 90+ requirements. The rewards can simply be xp. That way the quest rewards are nice and low 10kish while someone who has managed to complete something that requires a 90+ skill gets something like 30k reward xp in it. Because getting 10k in a skill when its already many millions is semi-pointless. It just makes it more fair imo. I am being quite brief but thats the general idea.

I thought they did a system update last time? I cant remember if there was a system update before the 2x thing but I know last time I was waiting ingame for the double xp to start working. 95% certain I remember me and others talking about why it hadnt activated yet, how confused we were and what not lol. Meaning I was already ingame before the double xp began. So you could do a dungeon and wait inside the dungeon. You kinda basing that on luck though since you dont know if jagex will activate it straight away or not. Last time I remember it was late and I was waiting around for it to begin and then it suddenly began and I remember a message in chatbox or something? So I suppose it is possible to get a dungeon finished and ready or at the very least you could begin one. I dont remember though how long after an update that was. I dont remember if there was an update or not anywhere near the activation. Possibly there wasnt one on the same day. All I remember is waiting ingame for it to activate. (I believe I logged in around the time it was meant to begin. Thats why I dont remember if there was an update. I wouldnt of necessarily known.) BUUUT. Dont take that as a guarantee. Next time they may do an update as far as anyone knows.

I havnt really bothered to do the maths properly this time as the weekend multiplier kinda makes most of my resources surplus as I already had enough. So I dont know off my head how long things take to train with what I have. I will do smith whenever I can. Otherwise I will be doing construction as its the most xp/gp resource of what I have left to do. After that I have lots of crafting stuff to do. Once multiplier runs out I will do my summoning at some point or other. I dont know if I get a 99 or not but its possible I could get construction and/or crafting. I would probably stop at 99 and switch to the other but its unlikely even to get both unless its during when the multiplier is at its lowest already and I had nothing else to do. Hard to say how much I would spend as I already had the stuff but I suppose it must be like 50-100m in resources that I propably wont use. So maybe upto 35-50m I guess. (Not including summoning resources that I also mostly already had.) Depends alot on the day itself and what is best for me to focus on. I will continue to spend more once the multiplier is at its lowest but that isnt far off normal training. One thing for certain is I am doing absolutely no herblore! Got that last time...

More pictures of bad inventory setup pl0z. But seriously.. Just the same as I am sure you love your inventory setup. Im sure he likes his gear setup. Though im sure people find it funny for some reason.

Good update with the assisting info and very nice clothing options. Obviously I will never play that minigame unless forced to by a quest requirement but otherwise im sure that is great too.. Great update but 100% credit to clothing and assisting info.

Lol @ doesnt mess up economy that bad or for very long and some bull about items doing the same on updates... Its pretty obvious it has a substantial effect and many items remained at a much higher value. With an update to a skill thats expected but this is just a random one off'ish weekend but it still effects it long term.

Very awesome. Sweet particle effect and emote. Not too keen on the look of cape but emote and particle effect make up for it. Gratz!!

Last year was bad maths. Hopefully they make it add up properly this time. Atleast if they say 2 + 2 = 4 they should try to make it actually equal 4 rather than 3.4. This year its better to just stock huge amounts of things incase they think the answer is 3.1 and mess up peoples calculations/best guess of what resources they need. I imagine its actually quite annoying for most people who are trying to maximise whatever they trying do achieve in double xp. Especially with things like herblore where you unlock stuff like overloads and plan to ride the rest of the trip on them with other bought resources instead of wasting money making the previous less worth while items, only to discover you havnt gained enough xp due to jagex bad maths and forced to buy more at a heavy cost or lose out on the huge xp from overloads. Further wasting time making those extra pots rather than the overloads themselves. *cof* But yes. Something similar xp is what bonus xp weekend is all about. If its herblore in particular remember to stock up big time ontop of what you think you need as you can always find some use for leftovers anyway. :unsure:

Well I already have a great portion of the supplies for the only practical things left for me to bother training. Im especially grateful for strange rocks as thats why I got alot of supplies before they announced it. The double xp weekend suddenly makes them level 100-able and construction is the only one I want to change. :-D (Although I do have alot of oak too lol.) I even kept enough stock for my charms and only lacking a little bit which isnt buying on the g.e, but I dont care that much and probably buy eventually. Only needed to buy up some mahog planks as I was using oak but I bought nearly all I need for that. So all in all even at higher prices briefly I got everything I need and glad I took full advantage of herblore on the first weekend so I can completely ignore it. Also a certain material useful for a semi clique group is still selling cheap on g.e that is awesome for me on double xp weekend. Infact it seems to be crashing even worse since it was announced... :thumbup: :thumbup: I was expecting the weekend to screw that over too but everyone seems to be dumping it instead of buying it up. Dont mind that at all!! However ofcourse everything else is completely screwed up and I cant stand these weekends. =/

Errgh. There is a crater where the G.E used to be. So basically their observation of player feedback means they only got 1 half of a ear. Ontop of that the 10% is still a terrible idea as it makes the double xp weekend also known as the summoning weekend! Where you save up all your charms and wait for the special time of year to train summoning! Which is a terrible outcome. I dont care about summoning anymore but even I decided to wait it out until this special day known as summoning day... Its still the most efficient time of the year to train it due to its unique nature. There are many other solutions I can think of straight off the top of my head that would include summoning on this weekend while limiting it and not making it summoning day. (Atleast most my ideas would mean there is no point saving over 100 blue charms or wtf which is easily gathered between each of these weekends.) If its just lazy programming (Asin they cant be assed to not make it summoning day) then simply dont include it. They really should of just made it mostly the gathering skills. Ending on a bright note.. Perhaps there be more assisters to assist people out there after. I am dreading the next couple of weeks. It stinks pretty bad already.

I only care more about items that would be a pain to get back, such as a firecape or chaotic weapons. When first doing frost dragons I personally found after killing my first few k of them to be mostly unrisky however I also encountered random lag by jagex servers occasionally on several worlds. There was times when my char stopped responding and frost dragons can hit hard someimes, enough to get you killed whenever you may get stuck for a while. Not worth that risk when I already kill 200 an hour without a chaotic weapon and planned to kill 15k of them. Possibly if I wasnt planning to kill so many I could take that risk but when you know you killing such a large number you can guarantee at that some point the game will kill you. The whole grave thing I dont trust encase I cant log back onto that server or something dum, perhaps bad timing when pots like anti-fire runs out within those 1-3-5 minutes of lag where you cannot move and clicking food doesnt respond if something hits you hard constantly unexpectedly. Btw, I DID die due to server lag once during that whole period. The game decided to stop responding to my commands, next I had lost connection which meant watching a 'connected message' for ages even though everything else was working fine and had to wait for the game to respond so I could continue, which resulted me in looking at the login screen and waiting for my char to 'log out' from the game. Minutes after minutes after minutes I couldnt play the game. However I was able to eventually log in and save my stuff. Even if items save on death works I still rather keep it in the bank. So my precautions payed off just due to the chance of it happening came very close. As for firecape I never use it as I may aswell use a different cape thats mostly better and tons easier to get back. I am less bothered about items that cost geepee. I dont like buying them again but atleast I can quite quickly without hassle. I mostly pay attention to gear that wont save that costs more than 30m and decide if its possible for server lag to kill me.

Because training prayer is very fast already there really is no point in paying more to use frost bones compared to dragon bones =p Or do you mean fact I got level in that area? I used effigies for last few 100k's just because I might aswell of. - The end is near! I been at this for a long time now.. Just hit 14508 towards goal of 15k bones. So tomorrow I will have finished. NO! Its ridiculous how fast I am already getting xp. It drastically needs lowering or atleast a cap on the effigy assistance. Its very overpowered, compare it penguin points! However I think the assistance should be unlimited without xp gains. Totally. + Other peoples various quotes. Possibly offer other options for people to get them I.D'd or some other better reward than that 5k? or whatever it is. Also I think they need to be drastically less common, they need to actually be rare! Instead of 1 in 500 kills it should be something like 1 in 5000 or even higher due to the huge xp it offers for personal use.

I dont remember specifics like if it was iron or not but highest I have had was 7 but I have heard of much higher numbers. With iron its probably rarer but not massively rare to get 3 or 4. Like I have said I dont remember specifics from like 3-4 years ago but iron I can say its likely I have had over 3 which I would consider rare, 2-3 just extremely uncommon. I dont really need any evidence myself to believe quite firmly on that as I just remember it happened once upon a time long ago. I remember my record which wasnt on iron more clearly though.
