Prices on oak logs went crazy after construction came out, but have stabilised now at around 30-35gp each. I don't think you'll make much cash cutting them though. I doubt you'd manage more than 1k logs per hour, so that's only 35,000 gold per hour... not a particularily good level of income.

Just wondering if anyone has noticed if there's any correlation between doing a clue scroll from a high level monster and the likelyhood of receiving a higher value reward? Dunno if it's just my imagination but I tend to get the best stuff from clue scrolls from dragons, abyssal demons and dagannoth kings. For example, I've done four clues today. Dag King - Green Guthix Chaps Abyssal Demon - Sara page 3 Abyssal Demon - Rune plate (t) Jelly - nothing but runes and basic armour

I think RS is fantastic value for money, pound for pound. In fact, I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for bigger and more frequent updates. =D>

I love skills... so spent ages trying out all the new skills like Theiving, Fletching and Herblore (farming, slaying, hunting and construction didn't exist when i became a member)

I think farming is a fantastic skill. A lot of people just go about it the wrong way, which is why they don't enjoy it. It's an invaluable addition to herblore and probably accounts for half of all herbs i've owned. It's very easy to level if you use tree seeds and earns you some healthy respect if you're a high level :)

The main thing that has discouraged me from treasure hunting is all the junk that I need to keep in my bank now. I also know that the odds of me getting something extremely valuable are very low. Given that I just killed 21.5k dust devils without a single d chain drop, I really don't fancy my chances with treasure trails either.
