1) It's the wilderness, anything goes. 2) The whole "Honor Rules" in the Wild are idiotic at most, the little kiddies made up excuses and "rules" so they can win and get stuff whereas others get pked. 3) If he rushed you, you can pj him if you want. 4) Refer to reason number 1.

I say that it stays as it is. The whole scenario you made up fits my reason perfectly. Misuse of Customer Support. Not to mention people could falsely report that "Someone scammed my Party Hat pmg can you get it back?" and then Jagex being that they are already on a heavy workload (Poor souls at Customer Support!) they may not even fully check it out and give that person a FREE party hat (Or another one). Keep it as it is, no return policy.

Sadly, I'm saying "No" to this. 1) We pay $$ for them. 2) F2P is too immature :) 3) Most of the skill masters (where you buy the cape from) are in P2P areas. That goes for a good amount of the F2P skills. This is the main reason to me why they cannot have them. For then Jagex has to move those skill masters to F2P areas and it doesn't work so well. Sorry, but that's the truth. Well, maybe the F2P being too immature for the capes was just for fun :D

I believe that F2P could have the Wilderness capes, but the problem is, a few of the cape sellers are in the Members Only part of the Wilderness. So Jagex would have to move them to the other side of the fence. But it does seem like a reasonable proposal. Considering what is spoken about how most Clan Wars are held on F2P, it would make it easier to put those capes on F2P as well. I'd support the idea. :)

I remember one time I was spamming (sorry!) cause I was in a hurry and typing fast (buying stuff) in Seers. And a P-Mod says to please slow down the typing because it's spamming. So I did and we didn't have a problem anymore :P But I type pretty fast (100-115WPM) so I bet some people think I autotype when I'm buying stuff, but what I do is I every few sentences make a mistake on the sentence haha :D

Add me as well, though what I think is if you go to the map view you can see where your friends are (That are on your world. That is if they have their chat on and appear online at the time.) cause that'd be fun :D

I say that it should be cheaper. I mean it's pretty much an on Runescape clan meeting place of sorts. I suggest the prices be along the lines of POH's. Expensive, but not too expensive. You make the guilds in different places, free to get a plot of land (basic spot). Then you use the CONSTRUCTION skill to make the guild, just like you would a POH. Except different items to place in it, etc. Prices could be a bit more than POH's but POH's are already quite expensive so making it 17m? That's a bit much, even for 3 people X( If it was more like how I suggested it to be, though I love the idea of POG's then I'd support it :)

Nothing is wrong with it! Give it a couple of days and it might go back to the way it was. Exactly. I'm not so sure why people are jumping to conclusions :wall: It's only been a couple days and some of you are already packing your bags? This was a huge update made by Jagex and some users are really upset about it (though I hardly think that "rioting" is the way to go about this). Naturally this won't go on forever, I mean who would waste their whole life rioting in a game? At least wait until the next update. I'm sure all this chaos will die down in the next week or so. Just give it a little more time :wall: I think we should make this as little confusing as possible. By that, I mean that we should only make changes if/when it is absolutely necessary (after we've waited 2+ weeks and there aren't any improvements). I do believe 99 is more or less back to normal, long live the tipit homeworld :D

-Waits to get named by someone :(- Well, there's a few. Harryjd, he no longer really plays. He's an old friend of mine from the RSC days we used to play. That's about it with him, he's rarely on though. Oreo, everyone loves him, and he's one of my awesome friends, just love to hang out with him when I get the chance. Sheynara, she's awesome, nice, fun to hang out with, especially just talking with her while she's skilling hehe! There's others, but I'm too lazy to name them, sorry guys :D

Actually I think the game is now made differently, the lower level boat is allot slower considering the portals now have some shield. Meh, nonetheless Chaos my friend, I'm glad they nerfed PC, it was way too easy to gain experience. I only used it now and then anyway when I was too lazy to train things (mostly for range) I don't care for PC much anyhow. As for the riot, I hope they all quit, jagex will not change PC I hope. I hope they stand strong by the way they made it. As I said before... +1 to Jagex! -Wolfy P.S. That's all I have to say on the matter.

Note, for those who are complaining PC is nerfed, have you tried going on the LOWER LEVEL BOATS? Considering the articles say things such as the "40+ level boat" which would entitle anyone ABOVE 40. Meaning 2 points per quick game = more xp? Even if it isn't possible, PC was ruining the game. Stop complaining, go train on real monsters if it's such a horrible thing. +1 to Jagex!

I'm always wearing one of these three capes: My Quest Cape, Legends Cape, or Saradomin God Cape. :)

So let's see, I played 2 years of RSC, all of that information can easily be found on wikipedia by the way. Runescape (RSC) did NOT start until 2001 you idiot. Sorry to be rude. Considering Party Hats were dropped Christmas of 2001 and I came in after that (2002). NO ONE could have played for EIGHT years, considering the entire world of Runescape has only been around for 6 1/2, 7 next year. I know I'm old school. I just know I do, I whine about how things are today with the community, and considering I'm pretty much ALWAYS wearing my bunny ears is a dead give away.

I disagree. I was F2P for more than half of my accounts time being around (about 5 1/2 years). And F2P was fun of course, but that was because I knew I couldn't get members and have fun. I have members now, and I find it so much more fun, the people tend to be nicer. Whenever I go to F2P, all I see is people begging and whining and scamming and reporting everyone it's rediculous. Also, I disagree with the "there's always people everywhere" I have the reason why. Members worlds are what? 3 times LARGER than the F2P map, so if you have the same amount of F2P people on their F2P map, then guess what? They occupy most of the space because there's a smaller amount. If you take the same amount of members on a member world, they're spread out over the much larger area. Population density I believe it's called. But anyway, F2P is full of immature little children most of the time, thus sucking the fun from it. IMO.

Ah, let me answer that for thee. 1) RSC WAS harder than RS2 is today, you had to CLICK a LOT to do things, and leveling was nowhere NEAR as easy as it is now. 2) The community was great. 3) There wasn't idiots going "Noob this" and "Noob that" to everyone lower leveled than them. 4) There was no perfect explanations to what the months updates were going to be, you had to figure them out, or not even know about it. 5) Amazingly enough, I like(d) the 2D graphics better than the new 3D ones, even though they're getting a lot nicer. 6) Did I mention quests were harder? Which made them more of a challenge and fun to do than now. 7) The days are nostalgiac, nowadays you can just click on something and it auto does it for you, back in the day you had to click each piece of food, click the rock a bajillion times just to try to get the coal before the other people. Etc. This refers to #1 8) There was no KB to tell you about everything, you had to rely either on a dependable fansite (like tip.it) or another player. Also, there was hardly any scammers, not saying there wasn't, but there was fewer (I got scammed out of my Pass back in the day haha!) I think that's a few for you to run your thoughts over, even though I think a few have already been said. -Wolfy
