  1. It has two forms of attack, Mage and Melee. Seeing as it, itself mages, I don't think Maging it would be effective. To be successful in Fight Caves, you're going to need range.
  2. At your combat level, I'd estimate around 8k Slayer XP an hour. At level-61, you should have about 301,288 XP. Level-65 is 449,428 Xp; meaning you'll need about 148K XP. 148K / 8K = 18.5 Hours. This figure could be expediated by a Black Mask and a Cannon, along with good tasks. Of course, the XP could be slower if you get numerous consecutive Burthrope-Tasks.
  3. I'd also recommend Rock Crabs. They're located to the far-North of Camelot, East of Relekka.
  4. Your defence is too high to be an effective No-Armour Staker. Your strength is also on the high side if you're considering Armour-On Staking. But, with a few more Attack and Strength levels, I think you'd make a great Barrows-Pker. :)
  5. Technicaly it isn't, it's not trading rs items for irl items...it's trading an irl film for irl items. SImply becuase the film is of runescape does not make it a runescape item...much like a screen shot etc. I guess I wasn't thinking about it very clearly. But it's a bit sketchy, and I don't think it will yield much anyway. I suppose it's not in direct violation of the rule, but it's along the same lines as not using Mouse-Keys in fear of falsly triggering the Anti-Macroing-censors. I'm sure he'll do very well with the videoing, but perhaps spreading the word about his services would be better payment than something like this.
  6. You have good intentions, but as it's been said, most people will film things by themselves. EDIT- It's a bit odd, but I suppose receiving Gift Cards is indeed legal payment. Good luck videoing!

    Unid Help

Yes. Speak to Zahur in the shop in Nardah with the Herb-Icon. She will identify all of your unids for a small fee.

    Staying.

It's good to hear another community member has chosen to stick around. However, I'm starting to think that people are making hastey decisions. Perhaps before you make an "I'm quitting thread", guys, think about it. Are you really prepared to leave all of this behind? Are you truly that fed up with RS? Take a few minutes to clear your mind and see things straight. Don't let your emotions at the time cloud your logic. Save the rest of TIF community some grief, and save yourself from making the apologies. : I'd like to point out that I have yet to wage Biological-Warfare with the TIF community. But who knows? Maybe you'll be seeing the CPAE syndrome soon. The "C" is Cdub, I'll let you creative types figure the rest out. :)
  10. You're certainly good at what you do, Swamp the Skiller. :) I'm not sure how you do it, but you have some determination to achieve such a high total with a Sub-90 Combat. Good luck skilling in the future, if you're not already, I'm sure you'll go on to be one of the most esteemed Skillers in RS. :)
  11. I can see how the GP cap could be problematic. And I honestly don't see why Jagex doesn't introduce a 100GP or 1,000GP coin into the game. It really does seem like a simple solution. Perhaps it would be too big of an overhaul, to introduce another piece of currency into such a developed economy. But if the Jagex staff can devise a solution to this problem, a solution that doesn't upset the economy, than I'm all for it. now this guy knows what he's talking about. +1 He did not create this topic to brag about the amount of money he has. He was putting forth the problem to the Tip.It community, and seeking intelligent suggestions/discussion. However, I do NOT believe he wished to attract flaming and jealousy-spawned-insults. I don't want to sound mean, but you're being a brat, champ. This is an serious problem that requires a serious solution. Although, if anyone DOES have 2.1B, I'm sure they could find something to spend that money on. Don't expect a change here anytime soon. I read a few people here know their computer science, and it would indeed take a big amount of work. Plus, I think it would slow down game time if you're planning on switching GP from 32-64 Bit.
  12. It's really sad to me to see you go Jordan. I'm not going to tell you how to play, Spud's not going to tell you how to play, no one is going to tell you how to play Jordan. But I'll tell you how I feel. RS is so much more than money. RS is different for every person, and maybe here and there, a guy gets cleaned and quits. But those guys are money hungry and dishonest. They're shallow. And I know for a fact that you aren't like that Jordan. You're not the smartest ( :P ), the most rule-abiding, or the most patient scaper, but you're a great person. This game, to me, is about community. It's about having a good time with friends, and accomplishments. And Jordan, you've had too many accomplishments, and have made too many friends to let them all go. Come back for the skills, come back for the friends, or come back for the fun. It's not my place to decide for you, but I sure hope you come back for something, man. :)
  13. That's what I was thinking. However, I have to say I think it unlikely that they would put the Gnomes in cahoots with the Moonclan. I'm trying to be optimistic, because I'd love to see an expansion to the Lunar Spells so quickly. If the new "Gnome Magic" is Summoning, I'll be blown away. It'd be amazing if they could successfully release Summoning in such close proximity to the Lunar update.
  14. This isn't quicker, but you could DDS her, and hide while she's poisoned. When your special bar returns, go back and unload another 4 specs. Alternatively, you could set up a cannon. However, you may be wasting Cannon Balls unless she's vulnerable to range.
  15. Exit via the Trapdoor used for forfeiting. The Trapdoors are located at either end of the Duel Arena, on the West and East most portions of the Battle Area. If Melee-Attacks have been turned off, than the Forfeit option MUST be on.
  16. A recently added feature in Fight Caves allows the contestant to exit the minigame and save their progress. I believe you will begin at the beginning of the wave you logged out on. This isn't advisable if you're fighting 360's.
  17. It's a bit slower, and not everyone has a glory in their house. Not to mention the House-Louding-Time is a killer. Also, you're losing an inventory space for the Teleport Tablet. But, if you're using a panic-button anyway, you might as well. I don't think the topic was meant as a rant. I saw it as a discussion. People are spit-balling their ways of keeping their glories and pouches. Abyss PK'ers have just as much a right to PK RC'ers as RC'ers have to, well, RC! But that doesn't mean we can't take measures to make sure we don't lose our items.
  18. As TheZephyrus said, you're going to need more than 1 Prayer Point to successfully use the Protect from Magic prayer. In any event, there's a better solution. Put sound on: a skilled RC'er will be able to hear the TB coming, and teleport before it lands. This is a good idea in theory, however you cannot telegrab pouches.
  19. I'm not 100% positive, but I vaguely remember hearing World 91 usually has a few double-crafters. Good luck. :)

    Cat Died?

I'm afraid there's no way for you to recover your Cat. :( If an owner dies with the cat, it is lost forever.
  21. You're going to have to be a bit more specific. If you mean best by quickest, than Gold may be your best bet (without going TOO overboard buying bars). A quick means of powertraining smithing with gold would be taking 1000's of superheats to the gold-mine in Keldagrim (the Dwarven City). Or alternatively, buy Gold Bars, smith them with Gold Smith Guantlets, and sell them. On the other end of the cost-effective spectrum, you could buy Iron Ore, smelt it, and make Iron Knives. This would be slow, but I'm sure you'd make a profit. With the cost difference between Gold Ore and Bars, you'd lose about the same money as camping in the gold-mine (because of the loss of Nature Runes). As I said, there are means of accomplishing your goal without losing money as well. There's a fine line between having the money to "buy" something, and the money to "afford" it. I can't think of many things to sell everything for, but if Smithing is your passion go right on ahead. I honestly won't advise this unless you plan on making money via Smithing. Even then, you need money to buy bars to be a successful Smith.
  22. I'm very sorry to say it, but my friend had the same idea and was not successful. The Silver Bolts do not have increased accuracy or damage when used versus Vampires or Werewolves.
  23. This is incorrect. Just like any other weapon, when hitting with the whip, 4 XP is awarded for every point of damage you inflict.
  24. You need to be more specific about what you mean by "Membership Info". However, non-RS related information that could be important are Email-Address, Transaction Number (for billing), IP Address, and possibly information such as Date of Birth or your Zip Code. Good luck getting your account back!
  25. My favorite town is Moonclan Isle. Firstly, there's a teleport that puts the owner VERY close to the bank. This mode of transportation makes all of the skill-training features of the Isle much quicker. Such features include: Mining - There's an excellent mine directly NE of the bank. As well as containing Pure Ess, the mine holds Gem Rocks (a rare resource), Gold, and Silver ores. RC'ing - The Astral Altar is very close to the bank, and the XP is comparable or greater than that of Nature Runes through the abyss. The XP is further expediated by the bank-teleport. In addition, the Isle's very close to Miscellania. I don't like to let the approval rating drop too low there, so I make daily trips there anyway. The Isle's also very close to my house (in Relekka), which provides another center for easy transportation. Lastly, the requirements to access the Isle are fairly high. In the least condescending way possible, I think this makes the company there a bit better. This is not to say great Runescapians cannot be found off the Isle! :D
