  1. Making quick work of 99 Hunter and Farm, good luck getting those 99's :D
  2. Your post is essentially begging. Feel free to post an actual question. ~Cdub
  3. Post this in the Art Bazaar. And you're not allowed to pay for such requests. ~Cdub
  4. I agree in that most of the new content Jagex releases is geared at mid-level-players. But that's not to say they don't release challenging elements for higher-level-players. I think, however, they are in large part ignored. 99 Skill Capes were one of the best all-around updates of 2006--both from a high-level-player's and Jagex's standpoint. It's a challenge, it's engaging, and (in large part) can't be completed in what is considered a reasonable timeframe for a mid-level-player. However, other than updates like this the new game content Jagex is releasing simply isn't addressing the needs of seasoned players. I suggest finding challenge wherever you can, if you're one of these players. Some of the greatest challenges in RS are overlooked. Things like Full CW Gold Armour present what is potentially the most difficult aspect of the game--going above and beyond the typical goals of the RS-userbase.
  5. Sweet way to cap off a tough skill. :) I hope I'm up for the party.
  6. I'd have to go the other way on that one. Herblore can be easily bought. Any skill that's 99% market time can't trump a skill like RC in my book. If you've got your pots ready, you can get millions of experience without even logging. With enough disposable money, I'd say Herblore is downright one of the easiest skills out there. The sheer XP/Hour is better than cooking if you have things set up correctly. And for RC, what do you mean it's all runners? The minority of people use runners. Air runners are about as good as Abyssing, the Law Company is an average of 30k-40k XP an hour, max--and Nature Runners are about 50k XP an hour. Now does having the best possible XP in the skill make it unimpressive, even if that best possible XP/hour is still 5-10k lower than most people train agility at (at equivilent levels, 91+)? I think not. My top 3 most impressive are Slayer, RC, and Mining: in that order.
  7. Sorry but this has nothing to do with RS. ~Cdub
  8. Goodluck, those are two of the most scarce 99s. What rares if any do you have left?
  9. Good luck. I changed your title because it was obnoxious. :P
  10. Good luck Erk. Easily the best title in Blogscape. Seriously. :)
  11. Cool blog man. :) I have a busy week, between now and Friday I doubt I'll get more than 5,000 Ess done, but I've finally decide to go for 99 RC. I'm pretty sure I've already told you my plan, so you shall live through this post. Consider yourself lucky. :P
  12. For me the least admirable capes have to be Cooking & Fletching. But that's not to say they aren't somewhat impressive. I went from 85-99 FM in a week, but I'm sure it was a hell of a lot harder than going 85-99 Fletching in 2. I have to consider any buyable skill cape less impressive than the unbuyable ones. There's just an element of devotion and purity about the unbuyable capes. I'm wearing my FM cape now, but in 4-levels I'll be wearing the RC Cape. It's unbuyable, and statistically speaking the 2nd hardest skill in the game. Those are the kind of skills I find impressive. The higher the XP per hour, the less respectable the cape.
  13. Use the sticky in the MarketPlace forums. ~Cdub
  14. Easier? Easier? I don't know if you played RSC, but when it was around mining was relatively far less difficult than it is now. Imagine being able to continuously mine iron, regardless of inventory space--that's RSC mining. As it is now, Mining is already one of the most difficult skills to train. Before this it was 50K - 55K xp. How many skills are slower than that, potentially 5? This really just doesn't make sense to me, that they're making one of the more difficult skills ever harder. I can see nerfing PC, I can see nerfing PPlunder, but why nerf mining? I would agree with your statement if the said powerlevelers were debuffed, but certainly not mining. I honestly don't get it.
