  1. I'm doing it in nearly every post since I'm such a jerk. :P
  2. It attacks melee and ranged, but if you pray ranged and stand away I don't think it'll come at you with melee. Bring around 30-40 of every blast spell, wear mage-boosting gear, and maybe bring a bow/decent arrows and a dragon dagger (p) - although I only maged/ranged it. It was pretty easy. :D Snape dies!
  3. [hide=Spoiler Tag!]I like how J.K. Rowling said one main character would die, yet I consider Fred, Dobby, Snape, Lupin, Tonks, and Mad-Eye to all be main characters. What the heck?[/hide] Just read the book in about four hours. Loved it. It ended the series in the best way possible, although the epilogue was a little... odd.
  4. Cheapest: failing curses. Keep your magic attack as low as possible (full metal armor, vambraces, fancy/fighting boots, water/earth staff) and cast curses. Best spots are in the Varrock sewers across the river, or the caged Zamorak monk under the stairs in Varrock castle. Most Efficient: Crumble Undead over the river in Varrock sewers, High Alchemy, Fire strikes or Bolts at Lesser Demons (need decent mage for that last one). The most efficient can get a little pricey though.
  5. I'm 87 as well. I like training at Ankous a lot. Pretty good experience, and nice drops to boot! Slayer is also a pretty good way to train combat.
  6. I'd say Guthan's. Since you've got 70 prayer, you don't need as much prayer bonus, and coupled with your defense and armor you don't have to pray on every brother. You'd have enough prayer to get you through Dharok, Karil, and part of whatever third brother you want.
  7. Personally I get a kill count of 16, and do pretty well for runes. (...40+ run dry streak... :( )
  8. Here are two guides that will help, hopefully: How to get into Runescape Worlds with Firefox Guide To Making desktop Shortcuts to runescape worlds
  9. This might help - Best place to "harvest" clues lvl 1,2, and 3?
  10. Don't listen to him about the demon. :P You can run away and let the gnomes do all the work, as long as you hit the finishing blows. A cannon apparently works too, if you want to bring one. You could do the tunnel. Just bring 2 or 3 super energy potions (4) and the rest sharks. Maybe a one click teleport in case.
  11. It's not totally dependent on RAM you know - more on processor speed and your Internet connection. That said, anything more than 1 GB would probably be overkill for RuneScape. Get 2 GB if you like to play other games, like the kind you have to download or install. Only get more than 2 GB if you have the money to blow, or you really want it. By the way, this might get more help in the Tech and Computers forum.
  12. Black beret. :o Sold for 200K :D (Then I sold 300 deaths for 150 bloods and an Ahrim staff. Hee hee.)
  13. Natures: 280-300 each Laws: 300-350 each Those are about bulk prices. Assuming you sold at the lowest price, you'd need about 72,000 natures or 67,000 laws to get 20 million GP.
  14. That's still to make swamp paste, hee hee. He needs tar, which is paste without the flour/cooking process. I guess killing cave slimes is the best way - I don't think there's a store that sells swamp tar.
  15. I did it in full rune with chain at level 47. :D It wasn't really hard.
  16. Of course the singular bites are the same speed. But when it comes to PKing, would you rather heal 12 in one bite or 14 in two? You might get KOed because you ate half an apple pie instead a lobster. However, apple pies would be best for NPC training, because they don't hit as high and you have much more time to eat. The bad side to pies is that they take a lot longer to make. It's nearly as bad as making pizzas - I know, I make pizzas. Those stink (but they pay off!). And being low-leveled and F2P doesn't make you an idiot; don't assume that they think that either.
  17. personally I get a kill count of 16 (gee, wonder why), and I get a fine amount of runes. I always take at least 120 casts of whatever spell I'm using, be it bolt, blast, or wave, yet I never use them all - just in case I splash like crazy though, you never know. :P
  18. Changed what? They changed the price. :( They don't sell for 112 GP each anymore, only 32 GP each or something like that. :(
  19. Willows are pretty much the fastest EXP at that level. And a dragon axe would help a bit, but I'd say only get it unless you plan on chopping yews or magics in the future. Just my opinion though. :)
  20. Nope, all you'd have in your inventory is natures, the noted items, and cash. Unless you happen to get craploads of randoms and fill up the rest of the space with gems, heh heh. :P
  21. Scimitar looks cooler, it's a better accomplishment. It's also faster than the longsword, and nearly as accurate - allows for faster training. However, the longsword is a wee bit more accurate (not really enough for a big difference), and the special attack is much better than the scimitar's for NPC killing. I prefer the scimitar because of its speed, and it's nearly as accurate as the longsword. Plus it looks cool. :P
  22. Port Sarim is sometimes empty, sometimes not. Same with Varrock, although it's almost always crowded with buyers. Maybe try the Mage Arena rune shop? There aren't any requirements to get in, and it's safe inside, plus there's a bank too.
  23. I'm pretty sure you need to tell the guard that Glough sent you. Then he asks for the password - "Ka Lu Min".
  24. It spawns steel items in your inventory, usually arrows, and the occasional nail. As for shots fired, it will return most of the non-broken arrows/bolts to your quiver. I'm not sure if it does that with knives/darts, but it probably does.
  25. I don't mind getting no experience, and I've got a few friends with the construction levels I need. :D Thanks for answering so fast!
