Concerning the article on slayer etiquette, I lost that aspect in the last year or so. People on tip.it are telling me to play my game and ignore bots and such. So I play my game and bully out anyone that dares enter the training spot I'm using. Sometimes it works quickly, sometimes I feel like I have a 2nd familiar that finishes my half kill and sometimes I have to hop because I can't win. I'm usually friendly until you lessen my kill rates...

I also heard dozens of people that got banned for botting that claimed they never used macros.... The thing is, it's pretty easy to spot at least 50-100 bots on any given world, meaning that about 5-10% of the playerbase is botting. Having said that, my experience in life shows me that people tend to overexagerate, put themselves in a better light and plainly lie whenever it helps them. When someone reports you for botting, chances are if you are not botting, you will never get ban, so your paranoia is not justified. If Jagex banned player from a single report, or multiple report of only one occurance, their banning system would be so bad, nobody would pay to play this game.

When you say you make 3M per hour, do you include the cost of potions, degrading armor, food and summoning scrolls? Yes. Gross profit averages around 3.5-4M an hour, costs run 500K-750K/hr... TD's is 3.5M net expected gain per hour (4M gross); DK's I've been averaging 3.5M/hr gross 3M/hr net Dang... I really should start MHing... lol

The vibe I'm getting form Tip.It these days is that I would be more valuable to the economy by botting my levels and cash... What they fail to mention is that while I would bot the so-called "boring skills", I would have more time to do the fun stuff, such as Pking and MHing... What they also fail to mention is that I would find myself with more cash than I would deserve, so I would not feel too bad to pour a couple hundred millions in very high endgame gear... So I would be competing for boss or pking with an unfair advantage. So tip.it, answer me this: would I be good for the economy and the balance of the gameplay if I started botting?

Erw J has reached the 1,8B xp milestone, his next step is 100M xp WC before Lan passes him for rank 6.

Update of the top 9 1- Skiller (formerly Aasiwat - 2,15B) : He's still losing ground to Zarfot (75M xp lead) and still mostly training construction even though he has been maintaining an healthy pace, he's on pace to reach 2,4B by year's end. Coming Milestones: 100M slayer which could make him the first player to get 10 skills at 100Mxp (currently leading all players with most skills over 100M with 9. 2- Zarfot (2,07B) Zarfot is enjoying the 2nd highest pace form the top 9 with a mix of slayer, fletching, WC and FM. Coming milestones: 200M fletching (6th skill) . 3- Jdelacroix (2,05B) : He's been mostly training herblore lately even though he was seen slaying a bit and doing a mix of magic and smithing. Coming milestones : 200M construction (on the ice for the last 2 weeks), 200M herb and 200M firemaking (5th, 6th and 7th 200M skills). 4- Gertjaars (2,02B) inactive. 5- Drumgun (2,00B) : The 5th player to reach 2B, Drumgun is enjoying the highest pace form the top 9 training both fletching and thieving lately. . Coming milestones: 100M fletching (9th skills at 100M, which would tie him with Skiller for most). 6- Erw J (1,79B) : Not much new from him, training WC at moderate speed. Coming milestones: 1,8B total (this week for likely ) and 100M WC, as well as 100M summoning even though nothing indicates he will get it 7- Lan (1,78B) : We've seen last week what happens when someone saves a lot of effigies and unload them all in one day. Lan is still mostly training slayer and uses his dragonkin lamps on RC. Coming milestones: 100M ranged 8th skills at 100M 8- Kingduffy (1,68B) Probably the best balanced character in this game, Kingduffy has been training slayer lately and like the past several weeks his rank 8 is pretty much locked for the next month at the very least. Coming milestones: nothing in sight! 9- Paperbag (1,59B) : Has slowed considerably since getting his 6th skills at 200M. Coming milestone: 1,6B xp. Other notable players: Nintendo Swe (1,58B), Elias (1,56B), Telmomarques (1,51B)

Drumgun has officially became the 5th player to reach the 2B mark. Expect him to grab rank 4 from Gertjaars later this week. I can only see Lan getting to 2B before the year ends, unless Kingduffy suddenly feels like upping his pace. I'll make a proper update later tonight.
