I know that scarabites lose a lot of money cannoning but do wallasalkis? They don't lose THAT much money, and Wallasalkis aren't much better. I would recommend cannoning Scarabites for charms. Sure it's a little "dangerous", but I've never come close to dying my entire time down there.

Humidify makes profit, but it's worse than alching. That's why it's not a viable method :P When I say "method", I mean one of the real, viable ones, not humidify, which is junk.

Many people do, they just don't know how to kill them. No task is hard, it can only be confusing. If you pray range and cannon in the Contact Catacombs, the task is over in 6-7 minutes and you get 15-20 crimson charms from it.

Well sure, but would you rather get 300k xp per hour, or 100k xp per hour with 90k summoning xp along with it?

Well I have both options, and I've gotten the random like 10 times.

Oh, if you are after ranging xp AND charms, then you have two good options: Cannon scarabites. Cannon wallasalkis. Scarabites give worse xp but more charms.

Rune items, battlestaves, and a few adamant items can sometimes profit. Keep an eye on prices. But alching really isn't a terrific method of training. It's simple and can SOMETIMES profit, but that's it. Every other method is a lot better.

It still has it's uses, but to be anything near worth it, you MUST use the Crystal bow trick so you stay at +100 range bonus. Otherwise...well, who wants to use an expensive bow that only gives +64? So use the trick and you're fine. I would take the shield. I think it's the best ranged defense in the game, but not sure on that. It's the best shield for runecrafting since it is really light. Also, you can fully degrade a c shield in minutes if you stand in Lumby dungeon without a light source. This way, you can full degrade a bunch of shields, then recharge them to get the recharge cost down (shields are cheaper to recharge than bows and they both function on the same base cost).

Are you serious? It's hard, but I get it in five stews at max when I need it. (I usually need +5) Then I must be getting bad luck, because in 100 stews I've never gotten a +5.

For Slayer, you always want some method of restoring HP. There are 12 total ways to do so. They are: ----1. Bones to Peaches ----2. Saradomin Brews ----3. Saradomin Godsword ----4. Bunyip ----5. Food ----6. Rapid Heal ----7. Unicorn Stallion ----8. Guthans ----9. Better Armor ----10. Elemantal Titans ----11. Enhanced Excalibur ----12. Bad luck, or should I say, common luck. Anything above +3 from the stew is EXTREMELY, and I mean EXTREMELY, rare. I would not count on it. It's a much better idea to just get the extra 3 levels. Which skill is this? Maybe there's an alternative?

The most profitable skill in f2p is TECHNICALLY mining at 85. However, for many people that simply isn't practical. While mining gold can still net you over 100k per hour, level 50 runecrafting grants you access to the RC Guild. The minigame, Great Orb Project, is 150k per hour if you play on a 50/50 world or are with a 50/50 clan. However, you must buy the fire talismans and sell them on the GE. Water talismans also work. They aren't worth as much, but they sell a ton easier. Woodcutting and fishing come nowhere close to mining and RC. For me, high priority has always been "most useful". So in f2p, that's either combat or a money-maker. If you're after combat, that's easy, just go to the SoS and train (look in my sig for my AoW guide that will lead you from there). If you're after money, train mining or RC, RC being more practical. However, the greatest priority is "fun". So when you are leveling up, if something fun suddenly comes to mind, by all means go do it! If you have a sudden urge to play FoG, drop RCing for a little bit and go for it :

I would say there no nothing wrong with that and there's nothing controversial.

Since you're already doing that, get 2 of the same greegree. If you teleport out of Ape Atoll with a full inventory, the greegree drops to the ground. If you do not notice this, you lose it. Get another as a safety precaution.

If you really want to be bad, then you tell them you're adding them, pm them to prove it, then remove them, then turn your private to friends. But that's pretty mean. I usually do the same thing as you.

Not really. Most of the time you'll just end up killing EP'ers for targets. Your choice. I have a few friends who are pures and they say they still have good fights every so often, but I would definitely say it's not as good as it was before. You might as well just pk on your main now, if it's not in pure range.
