Combat Arms - 100% Free FPS - Review, Pictures & Videos
I don't know if they've changed anything, but if you're high enough rank, get the purple nades and go in Death Room. Take your other nades too, in your backpack. My friend and I did that a lot when we used to play, and we got a good deal of Fantastic's and Unbelievable's to show for it. I remember there were a few times I got Ultra off the purple nade alone.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
East Asia wins. It just does. I missed it by a few pages, but [hide=][/hide] I think it's also been long enough for my annexation of Cameroon. Economy recovering. People are happy. Yay.

How did you/how do you make money?
Chinese New Year was my anti-tax day. There was some other way I got money that included a bit of trickery, but I don't quite remember what it was.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Well I just scanned the last 20 pages or so and I'm confused as [bleep]. I assume nothing productive happened. ;)

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
wtf lol. wtf what? Gabon actually has some influence on the world...? (well, of course they influence the world, but I wouldn't think UN security council temporary member/backup/whatever...)

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
wtf lol. New map: Added the Republic of the Congo and the rest of the DRC to EGG. Also liberated Taiwan from the Japanese rule they haven't been under for years. Onwards to Cameroon.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
And the EGG is dirt poor. We have a fair amount of oil, if that still counts for something. Though I still don't really get what's going on. Too much economy. I only understand conquering. I'll be gone this weekend, just so you guys know. I'll update the map with some territorial acquisitions that should finish when I'm gone, since I doubt it'd really affect anyone anyway.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
EGG has no clue what's going on and continues fighting the Republic of the Congo. Also preparing for a fight with Cameroon or Angola.

Today...
40 degrees and enough rain to provide the snow of a million winters for San Antonio. This sucks. The rest of America gets an entire week off except us. We're only getting a week off because it's our annual vacation. We haven't had a single snow day this year. By me, I mean the Greater Boston area. Where it's supposedly cold and snowy and blizzardy and stuff. I guess it's alright though. I'm going up to New Hampshire this weekend and I don't want there to be a ton of snow. Would prefer no snow at all, to be honest.

Machines of War
You guys are weak. The true weapon of a man. Though one could argue that's one's bare fists. Or a tamed bear's fists.

lol at the little bit of red still on the Shandong peninsula.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Hm, alright. I'll go with Cameroon, Nigeria, Niger, Togo, Benin, Cote d'Ivoire (Beating you there, Retech - I'm closer  ), Ghana, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, the Gambia, Mali and Mauritania myself. Sound good?

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Arch, I'm working with the DRC, so you want to leave that alone? And I don't know what's going on with that empire (Abyssinia?), but its economy is probably failing terribly right now - you can't simply acquire so many poor countries in such a short time without having extreme poverty and whatnot. Hence my slow expansion - I could easily steamroll through basically the rest of Africa, but it would leave me in such a bad shape that it would take like 200 years to get somewhere.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
I thought it was. Like I said, I'm pretty sure I got higher than 120 last year (I don't remember exactly what), but I'd have to be lucky to have gotten that this year. I probably got somewhere around 114 too. The average growth rate in the world is around 1.18%, according to Wikipedia. Highest is 4.5% or 5.57%, in either Liberia or the Maldives. Neither is very well off.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Retech, it was harder than I remembered. It was easier last year, I swear. Did I just set myself up for a twss? No one is contesting my conquest of the Republic of the Congo, hm? 3 out of 8 days on that have passed. (5 left, if you can't do math) A reasonable growth rate would probably be between 1 and 2%. Remember, it usually grows exponentially, so in 10 years it'll be higher unless you do something about it.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Oh, I see. I never did Mathcounts since I wasn't that intense back then. I know some people who have though. I did pretty well on the AMC 10 last year (I think I qualified for the AIME, but I didn't take it for some reason). I'll be taking it again this year. Hopefully the AIME too. Nicely done, by the way. I haven't won anything notable since 8th grade myself. Back to Hegemony... I forgot to re-mention the military alliance with the DRC, and they'll be supplying us with weapons (somehow) and they'll help us surround the Rep. of Congo. So if you were wondering how I was planning on winning, that's how. I'll start the fighting tomorrow, in case I forget to post again. (it'll take...8 days? 4 years sounds about right)

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
What competition, Retech? My school's math team has a few geniuses (like me :P ) but the rest of Massachusetts is also [bleep]ing smart so we generally don't do so well regionally. AMC this week though, hm? EGG begins preparing for a fight against the Republic of the Congo. Of course, they don't know that. Less money is being spent on other side projects and more is being put towards funding our military.

9 Year old Boy busted for bringing 2-inch toy gun to school
We weren't allowed to draw guns when I was in elementary school. Yeah, the public schools here are messed up. (I remember the art teacher kicking a kid out for drawing one in fifth grade. Seriously?) And I wonder how that principal would have reacted to this: http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/22413748/detail.html

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
That's what it used to be, so I was just asking. I'm not actually using 5%. I suppose you can use up to like 25% (or however much you tax), but you just have to make sure to account for everything necessary. (infrastructure, military if you have one, research, etc.) I've never really used definite numbers for this kind of thing, but I try to make it reasonable. And as we've seen over and over, if something is unreasonable, everyone else will probably shoot it down.

The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)
Stuck myself on the map. Hope no one minds. Future future map: [hide=][/hide] We, once again, thank the SR for the money. We'll be putting it mainly towards funding green energy and industrialization in Gabon. The amount of solar and hydro energy being used will increase gradually, creating a greater surplus of oil. And lol, Equatorial Guinea produces more oil than Japan in real life. The military is also being whipped into shape. And if no one objects, I'm going to assume that a military alliance with the DRC has been established.
