I agree with Freesia, I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to macro on their main character. People assume the person macros becaue she/he doesn't talk, that's plain stupid. The only way macros do money is by logging in multiple macros at the same time(10+), then making them work at the same time. Macroing, any other way, is useless and stupid, especially on a main character.

If they are caught, no. I can't imagine Jagex going "You are level 126, we give you another chance." Doesn't make sense. In the rules, it doesn't make any difference, they will be banned anyway. I see nothing wrong with it :lol: Some people spend hours playing this game "by the rules", still they can act like jerks, calling people names, being a general annoyance. A level 126, doing something reckless with his account then getting banned for it, I think that's a nice poetic Runescape ending, and onto something else in life. "He should get banned, he broke the rules!" as if we talked about someone commiting manslaughter. I agree, we should be fair to all players. But does anyone even cares if people like that get banned or not? It's an additonal fun for some, a challenge, and darn the consequences. The worse thing that happens is a virtual death, wow :)

Jagex is slow, thats their problem. When a program stops working, another better one takes its place. The programmers have all their time.

They sell it to certain websites who then re-sell at a higher price and make a profit. Even you or me could sell money to those websites. I recall I have something like 170USD worth of Rs money, so I could sell it for ~85USD to one of those websites. :lol: And people who buy from those websites, well, probably newbies who want to get some money in order to start the game with an advantage, or mid-lvl newbies such as ~lvl 50-70.

What I have said is that Al Gore wouldn't have gotten the USA into those wars of oil price control, wether 9/11 was made by terrorists or not, it doesn't matter. To beat a fear, you have to face it. Stare into a picture of something that scares you, or think of a concept that scares you, imagine it happening to you, imagine you acting the way you would want to act in that situation. In China, some people are paid to gold farm on Rs. Then they just sell the money on money selling websites. I don't see why anyone from China should get offended, not more than getting offended by Chinese sewing shoes. It's just the same, but a different industry.

I would love an economic crash, it would spice Runescape up a little. I too, am tired of hearing posts about the "economy" as it it was some sort of little dog we had to take care of. But nope, it fixes itself all the time, it's actually a cat that looks after itself very well.

It gets old fast and your acts don't exactly go unnoticed. It's like trying to close the door when people are trying to go through or some minor annoyance like that. That also simply makes your team fail even more. Runescape = game Minigame = game Game = fun Sabotage = fun Game = fun Boohoo, I won't be able to buy an ugly piece of pirate clothing because I had fun?
