  1. Its perfectly alright to not enjoy 99 skill parties, but some people (myself included) actually have fun at them despite the idea being a tad bit unpractical or a waste of time. I personally try to make as many as I can to honour my friends' achievements and to let them know what I support them in game even if that 99 is considered an "easy" one such as fletching or cooking. Besides, they make for great screenshots/memories to look back on and reminisce : .
  2. I agree, it does get a bit ridiculous in a few situations. I myself once got a Sandwich Lady while training range at Ape Atoll... Yeah, I bet you can guess what happened next -.- .
  3. Fire Giants and Bloodvelds are pretty much your only options if you want ranged training with some decent loot. Aviansies are also there if you ever want to try them : .
  4. I'd be the RuneScape equivalent of a dinosaur. :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes:
  5. Can u explain more? with what kind of weapon / ammo ? I'll update with a few more methods suggested: Slayer = ~40k XP, slight profit Pest control = ~50k XP, slight profit Avansies @ 99 range with void\throwing rings; black d hide might work better at your level. If you're going for 99 range, it'd be worth investing some time into getting Full Void Ranger armour. All the methods compfreak suggested are all extremely good, and I used all of them on my way to 99 : . Range demons with broad bolts and the ranged setup of your choice. You break even here at the very least because of all the rune fulls they drop. Range yaks with knives/darts and the ranged setup of your choice. You lose some money here because yaks don't drop anything (aside from their hides of course, but you won't be banking them). Range aviansies with prayer boosting gear or tanking gear and B2P tablets (there are numerous guides out there) for a decent amount of ranged experience using broad bolts/obsidian rings. These guys also drop 4 noted addy bars around 20% of the time so you make ALOT of profit of which you can spend on chins. From 85 (I suggest 90) onwards, just use chins underneath Ape Atoll for in excess of 200k+ experience in later levels. There are also numerous detailed guides on this.
  6. 16.8 \ \ Though I was kinda expecting it to be somewhere around the ~14 mark.
  7. My favourite is the song "Harmony", the song you hear playing as you walk through most of Lumbridge. Can anyone say nostalgia?
  8. I'd get: All Barrows armour sets Sara Sword + Sara GS 90 Construction An ubermegasuperawesomewtfstrong house and I'd spend the rest of my money on skills - herblore, farming and magic more specifically : .
  9. I'd sooner dig my own grave. :x
  10. Same, I would looooooooooooooooooooooooove a crossbow with a special attack!
  11. Hit "browse" and select the image you want to upload. From there, untick "resize image" box if it is ticked, and tick the "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail" if its unticked. Then just click "host it!"
  12. I wouldn't really call it unfair... After all, the higher leveled miner did spend more time getting his level so it would only make sense if he at least beat the lower level miner if they were going for the same rock most of the time. But if there's a significant level difference like 97 to 70, then I think the 97 should get the ore all the time.
  13. 8/10. That is such a creepy smilie :ohnoes: .
  14. "stfu nolifer ill safe al i want 2 and ur mums a friggin hoe" On-topic: The chat filter has been way too restricting anyway. =D>

    The OOC

So you'd want them to stop? I don't think its any of your business to tell people how to play the game - if they want to do it, who are you to tell them to not pick cabbage anymore? Besides, they can be avoided easily enough. Its not like there's a cabbage patch nearby every bank or their memberlist is so extensive you find one of them in every world #-o . And if they still keep pestering you, use the ignore list. Its there for a reason.
  16. RuneScape - and the numerous amounts of little puns, jokes, references and other easter eggs in it :wall: .
  17. I ignore the numerous terribad jokes and puns. I would quote an example, but its just too painful typing it up :-# .
  18. R u 99 everythang yet? Its been like 2.5K posts since I've last supported you here :o .
  19. In no particular order: Wurmy Walk Here Varrock Introduction Tip It
  20. I averaged about 1.2-1.3K chins per hour when I was leveling Ranged. Good luck :D !
  21. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooob. Did I mention you have a good taste in music? :
  22. I don't really wear high end armour to "show off". I just wear it because I can afford it. Do you think Jagex should add how much of an ego bonus armour gives you as well?
  23. I sorta want to see how RS would be with a customizable interface . Also, I think they should spend some time reworking a few weapons' special attacks because a few of them are ridiculously underpowered/impractical (whip, dragon scimmy to name a few).
