I chose Range to be my first 99 because I like shooting things :twisted: ! Well, that and tank rangers are perhaps the strongest type of PKer out there right now. So, after this, my next goal'll probably be 99 defence =P~ . I dunno, I guess I'm sort of power-hungry nowadays. Also, range is a pretty respectable 99 in my opinion, not as respectable as RCing, Slayer or Herblore, but decent and that's good enough for me :)

Nice guide :) . I'll definately give these guys a go later on. But may I suggest adding the approximate ranged exp/h and the approximate number of Addy Bars attained in an hour? Other than that, I can't wait till its finished.

Along with that, there are even more low-leveled jerks. However, I somewhat believe that responsibility of acting mature lies upon those of higher level or status more than it does on those of the opposite status. My reasoning behind this is that they are most of the time looked up to as role models. Since we'd like to act like or imitate our role model in some respects, if somemore people were courteous; specifically those people, and maybe, hopefully in due time, the newer players coming in will see the behaviour exhibited by them and follow along. Yeah, but sometimes there are places that don't have any safespots. (Like the metal dragon lair) :) I agree with Poopingman - Jagex needs to work on removing randoms from places where monsters are agressive. Places such as the Fight Caves certainly don't need them and I'm sure the regulars over there and those trying for a fire cape'll appreciate it a lot. I mean, if they can do it for the other mini-games,(think CW and the Duel Arena) then I'm sure they can remove these unecessary inconveniences from the places were their advantages outweigh their disadvantages.

Thanks guys! Master_Smither - I have around 10K, but I'm not using those to 99. I'm planning to RC my way to enough cash to be able to buy those red aslpoding piggies :) . Scope - Yesh, its worth it. I get 4K-5K more exp/h than I do in Black Dragonhide, and my hits are more impressive :thumbsup: . My old max hit using the Dorgeshuun C'bow when I wore Black D'hide was a measly 17, using full VK however, it was boosted up to a 20 .

Finally, after quite some time now... 90 Ranged! Now for the final 9 levels, the most painful ones of the lot :ohnoes: . Current Stats: Combat Level: 93 Bank: or , Rate away!

In Black Dragonhide Armour Starting Exp - 5,060,239 Ending - 5,061,939 Experience gained in 2:15 - 1,700 Experience gained per hour (27.9 x 1,700) - 47,441 In Full Void Knight Ranged Starting exp - 5,061,939 Ending - 5,063,815 Experience gained in 2:15 - 1876 Experience gained per hour (27.9 x 1,876) - 52,340 Full void knight ranged gives 4,899 more experience per hour than full black dragonhide does. VOID KNIGHT IS BETTER. If it takes 20 hours to attain full VK, you will make up for the lost experience in, assuming you have used that 20 hours to range (which is 948,820 exp tallied up) in black d'hide, in 18 hours, not counting levels gained in that 20 hours. Test #2 Training at the caged ogres at King Lathas' Training Ground, I trained for half an hour using the Dorgeshuun Crossbow... VOID KNIGHT RANGED IS BETTER. If it takes 20 hours to attain full VK, you will make up for the lost experience in, assuming you have used that 20 hours to range (which is 737,440 exp tallied up) in black d'hide, in 18.2 hours, not counting levels gained in that 20 hours. Sad to say, the price of Nature Runes in shops are 370 each. This guide, or paragraph rather, is obsolete.

I'm pretty sure JAVA is a requirement for your computer/laptop if you're gonna play RuneScape on it. Just ask your mum if she can get Java installed herself to ensure its safe - its not at all a big file.
