Never attack a skiller in the wild..
Just so you know, most level three skillers aren't known to viciously attack people in the wildernss. Hopefully this experience didn't traumatize you  . But how in the world did a level three land 6 damage on you :-k ?

Does the game rely too heavily on quests?
Hmmm... Why should JaGeX take away the advantages players get if they've gotten the quest requirements, taken the time, gotten all the items and done the quest itself? Quests are a part of RS, as much as skills, combat or anything else for that matter. If people don't like them, then they have to live with that. But if they want the rewards or the benefits recieved on completion, then they really have no choice, do they :? ?

Personality stages in runescape
That was very interesting to read and...creepy to say the least, Mario. Good job on taking the time to make the topic and gather the information. I was freaked out at first at how accurately those stages had described me (and I'm sure alot of other people) during those particular periods in my RS experience. I can't say that I skipped the first five stages, unless I wanted to lie, really badly. But I can say that I've been through stages 1-6, followed by 9 immediately at one point. After that, I came back (just two weeks ago) and now in between stages 6-7. I hope to stay around longer this time though :) .

Pmgz. Erk just made a new blog. Now without pants!
BUMP. Ooh! I was going to get 99 range as my first combat skill as well... But sadly I have other goals before I can get to that so I can't train with you  . But at the same time, I'm sorta thankful for that. Everytime I chat with you, you make me wanna rip my pants off and skip into the sunset -.- . So in that context, I think I saved myself from a fate crueller than death... You're a dieing breed, Erk and one without pants at that. That said, I would like to set a group of untamed, rabid denim jeans enthusiasts with raaaayyybbbeeeesss on you if you don't succeed. So you better... :-w .

Anyone know how to make a quick 7mill?
If I were to give you one piece of advice about this, that would be that there is no such thing as "quick" money. You yourself should know - how long did it take you to get that 13M? Every GP is earned. Here are a couple of references I gathered up for you : . Merchanting - By Hellbellz Guide to Moneymaking - Runescape Rocks Guide to Moneymaking - My very own . Good luck :) .

Macro party
Yes... night :-$ . The question has been on my mind as well, and that's whether or not JaGeX is doing enough to stop macroers. But you really can't blame them either, I'm pretty sure that they're doing their best to get rid of them somehow  . And Rareghoul1 is right too, IMO its much worse in P2P than it is in F2P. In almost every members world you come across you can expect at least three macroers at the blue drags, at ANY rune shop you come across, at rune essence mines, flax fields, edgeville yews, seers magics, rimmington mines, green dragons, and even the abyss. So yeah, there are ALOT of them. Or maybe playing RS fairly is out of season and Tip.It's members are too, hence the vast amounts of bald level 3 men who outnumber normal players 2-1. <-- I. Hate. Them.

Dictionary Please!!
Suprisingly, nerd has a place in the dictionary! It is an unstylish, unattractive, or socially inept person; especially : one slavishly devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits -MW online dictionary. Pretty much, who wouldn't be insulted if they were called one of these? Now, a "no lifer" is a different thing. It has no definite meaning, and all people define "no-lifer" by opinion. For example, person A may think a no-lifer is a person who plays all day and dosen't usually go outside to socialize. While person B on the otherhand, thinks a no-lifer is just someone who plays for let's say, 3 hours straight. It pretty much depends, but yeah, both IMO are equally insulting. I mean, how would you feel if someone called said "You have no friends!" or "Just leave him, he's a nerd".

Fun things to do
A fun thing to do is talk to friends. Particularly, if you have nothing to talk about, play smilie tennis. Its a simple yet strangely entertaining game to play that Hellbellz and I had accidentally stumbled across. Believe me, now matter how stupid this may sound, you'll get a laugh and time'll fly by... fast. . Players follow a turn-by-turn system. One person types a smilie in and the opposition does the same. Smilies cannot be repeated and the first person to run out of them loses! :ohnoes: You can communicate by seperating your smilie with a comma or anything else of your preference. But yet again, that may be just me and my whacky mates  , but if you get a chance, it wouldn't hurt trying  . You're bound to make more than 20 new ones. [\=). That is, the baseball hat smilie by Jimmyd17.

Skills you neglect.
I'd say farming. My farming experience as of today is: 0 exp. Although I have the same with my hunter, I'll get around to levelling that soon after I finish RCing :) .

Ever wish you could put a sword in the shield slot?
You can also put D squares in place of the weapon slot, and then D squares again on your cape slot, body slot, leg slot, and head slot making you a walking fortress worth millions  ! Or you can dangle a cape over your head (a cape in the headslot) for a new hairstyle! With that idea in mind, strips of Black dragonhide can be used to make braids, or some compost, seeds and TLC can turn your head into a farming patch . Good idea btw, RSFreak =D> .

TT or skilling
I think you should sell them. TT items in either F2P or P2P are completely useless if you're not gonna make anything out of them IMO. So, investment in a few of your skills using the money you gain from that seems more logical. After all, why wear 650K armor in place of armor that costs 10K when it offers the same bonuses. Its just a gold line running through the edges in most TT armor anyway; not as if it matters much to most people. You can make much better use of the money :) . -Cheers, Wurmskin1

{~}¢â ¢â¬¡
Hey, what can I say? He's bouncing back again  ! I love it how you never let a scammer beat you. I remember when you first told me about how you got scammed for an Easter Egg I think it was and yet you still didn't give up. GL with your blog, your stats, and your comeback : !

~ The Next New Skill? ~
I favor summoning alot too, but I think that JaGeX might have to put alot of work into altering the combat system before they could implement it into the game. And even before that, I think it would take a possible landslide poll to persuade them to add it. But atm, I think it's still too early to release a new skill. Like many people have said before, I think they need to add some new features to some skills that people may find boring. One example is firemaking... I want fireworks!!! :XD: But if there absolutely needs to be a skill, I'd say FREE ARMOR TRIMMING FTW!!! :ohnoes:

Need Advice on maging
High alching Yew Longs (or even Magic Longbows which is even better) is the fastest way to get you to 66 as well as the cheapest. But of course, its not the most fun of activities to do :( . If you're willing to fork out alot of money, I think Cammy Teleporting might be a tad bit more fun, but nonetheless, its not as effective as alching IMO. (you can also do water blasts until 66, which is the most fun but horrible method) Good luck with your mage!

Most annoying pkers?
Its a choice between Rune Rock PKers and RC Pkers for me :( . But, though most RC PKers are generally harmless (those without TB) they're just a nuisance with the sole purpose of annoying innocent runecrafters. They rarely kill us, and its just a glory for loot, so I have no idea why they even bother. I mean, they get like what? A glory every hour if they're lucky. That's just around 50k for doing something which I doubt is any fun at all  . All that does is wastes their time as well as ours - that's what I call sad. (along with the fact that you need to get your pouches back if you do die) To me, RC PKers get a rating of around 6-7 on a scale from one to ten. So after some though, I would definately say Rune Rock PKers are more annoying. They're almost the complete opposite to RC PKers. The RC PKers are usually novice PKers with a mage level usually no higher than 70 (on the level I am), and along with that, you're in an environment where the people who are allowed to attack you are strictly limited and have less options especially since we can easily teleport or run back. Whereas, all the way over at the Rune Rocks, practically anyone can attack you and most people who go their are level 100+'s anyway. Not to mention that your only escape route is a fairly long run away and that you can't teleport until 5 minutes south, of course... Oh yeah, these guys get my vote  .

Pmgz. Erk just made a new blog. Now without pants!
Good luck, Erk! But seriously consider pants for this goal. Fire Giants and monkeys are known to brutally assault those with no pants :ohnoes: , and they ARE pretty snazzy too. But yeah, pants or no, can't wait to see how your blog goes :) .

The Legend Returns - An Epic RS Tale... | Hawt new graphics!
Since I've done so in your first blog, I think I should in your this one :P . Good luck! I'm pretty sure you won't need it but best of wishes to you in your new quest. (secret) > Legend's Cape X10, so be sure you're ready to get a lot of obstacles thrown at you because you can expect them. Remember that friends are always your best resources. And for this, your best friend will be the Tip.It (something) . Skill Caster ftw! :ohnoes:

Most accomplished in one day
For the merchanting, that's crazy good  . For the 1-99 slayer thing, you get a  ! Anyway, the best I could ever manage in a day was 150 rune ore. After that, I have never touched a rune rock or any other kind of rock for that matter .

The Asgarnian Press - Issue 1 - The Asgarnian Press Rises...
The newspaper looks great! I can't begin to imagine how much work you've put into each and every issue that you write. The comics were my favourite part, especially that cocky newb one. Those were meaningful and funny to read. Hope there's more to come :) .

Being nice... is it really worth it?
I agree with you completely :) . I seem to value kindness above everything in RS, so yes, I think its definately worth it. It always feels good when somebody who you've never met before does something nice for you out of the blue. And that said; it dosen't matter how small or big. It just sucks how majority of the RS population isn't . OFF TOPIC: P.S. Whenever I help someone, I get this strange feeling in my stomach. No, wait. That's just constipation setting in. Excuse me for a while :uhh: ...
