You can't runecraft Astral runes through abyss. Yeah. I would suggest crafting fire runes until 44 (this would probably be the fastest way) and then nat crafting all the way :) .

Introduction Range is to many, a skill that's hardly worth the effort training. In the RS high-scores, range has the least number of people with 99 in it amongst the combat skills, prayer aside. Suprisingly, Range is a skilll that I enjoy and is of great significance to me. And because of that, I have decided that my first 99 will be Ranged with the matching skillcape for a number of reasons. Known throughout the TIF as the one without pants, this quickly became his trademark look. When I had come back from my long, long break, I found that he wasn't playing as actively as he used to. Knowing that we share the same interest in the Ranged skill, we both decided to get 99 a few days ago and then it became a race from there. That, and he kindly waited for me to get 1.5K total before he started. Hehe, at least I got him playing again ;). I'd quit. If Jagex abolished the private messaging feature, I wouldn't be able to talk to friends as conveniently as I could with it there, and I wouldn't be able to contact potential buyers and sellers for the stuff I have or the stuff I'll buy. Friends are perhaps 80% of the reason that I play this game, to be perfectly honest .

Yeah, majority of the P2P members find themselves superior to F2P players for some reason I have yet to find out. But let's face the facts shall we? There will never be a perfect world, nor will there be a game without whiners, airheads, cheaters and ***holes. Now this is just my opinion. P2P members get almost one update every week. So in a year, P2P RS could change significantly and from those changes, new problems arise which people whine about (take PC for example... again). If the amount of whiners are enough, JaGeX changes it/modifies it/adds something to it for better or for worse and then the people who used to be for the update in question will now be against it in most cases (once again take the PC riot for example). Now, that said, I think that P2P members complain alot more because we get more updates than F2P players do. The more updates and new stuff we get, the more things there are to strongly like, but at the same time, there will be more things there are to strongly dislike. More often than not, people who "hate" the new updates create a thread or publically display their disapproval of it whenever the opportunity to do so arises. While F2P on the other hand, have a definate lack of updates/new stuff making them appreciate and savour anything they get. Summed up, I guess you could say that P2P are 'spoiled' in sort of a way :-k . I really don't know anymore, after writing that, my brain wants to kill itself .

Its a good idea, and I'll be happy to support whatever you have in mind. I'm willing to help. And I'm sure alot of other people will be as well when it comes to it. But if you want to my honest opinion (not to kill the optimism), its going to be near the line of impossible to be able to do something that remarkable and actually "change" RS for the better. It almost can't be helped. RS is a breeding ground for idiots and people with brains the size of peas. In some cases, you'd be much better off talking to a brick rather than interacting with some of the cruddy personalities created in the game. Even if we do something good and helpful for other players once in a while (I know I do), I don't think that alone would be sufficient to make a difference. That said, if something is actually done about the points addressed, I don't expect it to be easy, AT ALL. Hopefully some of us here at the TIF will attempt to support the cause.
