Anything else aren't really arrows, they're just junk. And you all know my answer to this. Arrow stealing is not cool. Bad karma cometh to those who steal thoust arrows! Yeah yeah yeah... Its open game, blah blah blah. Its still rude. Same with spawn stealing and pile looting. Very legal. Very uncool. Very rude.

I don't think it was removed, I think it is on the Archive of Wisdom forum. They moved alot of guides, and they probably tried to move this one too. Since the link on the Archive of Wisdom sticky is a dead link, it must have gotten lost in Dimension X. That place steals alot of my golf balls too. I wish you would have posted this in the Archive forum though. Now we have to wait for a mod to move it. :P I'll fix the link once it gets moved.

Hmm.. you'll find that the hero guild rocks are VERY well mined. People are in there day and night mining all worlds, and its very rare to be able to find a rock thats lit up. Keep in mind the respawn on a rune rock is 19 minutes. But lots of ppl can't stand the wildy, so they try. Once you find a rock thats lit up, make sure you note the time you mined it, and come back at respawn time. Competition is FIERCE at heros guild. And its the "99 Miners Club".

This is a simple question to answer. The reason why the low price is this.... They are very easy to fish. They fish faster than lobsters. The higher prices foods are much more difficult to obtain. Enough people have done the quest to supply the market, and since they're so easy to fish, they're available in high numbers. I replaced my lobster spot in my bank with these guys. Although I hate the walk. And no fairy ring? Sheesh. Jagex meanies. :P

This guide has been stickified and immortalized in the Archive of Wisdom. Please keep the guide in tip top shape.

Fishing level does not increase the speed of shark fishing. At 83 fishing, I fished 4000 sharks at the same speed a level 99 fisher did, after she swore that there was no difference. Like you, I didn't believe her, and was determined to prove her wrong. And she proved herself correct, and I'm sooooo glad I didn't bet.

False. When you open a skill guide, let it open for a long time and as soon as you close it your stats will drain by one level even if it was open for 5 minutes straight. If it wasn't open long enough for one point drain then it won't drain anything. You don't get all the drain at once 8-) . Same thing with other interfaces. I'll test this tonight. Will have prayers active while in interface and see if it truly halts the drain. I'll crank on a bucket load of prayers to make it more dramatic. lol. I'll know for sure after tonight.

Grrrr! Its not fair! He goes down there and gets a head drop on his first trip. I'm going insane, I tell you! I can't get a head drop from ANYTHING! I'm cursed! And, btw, the pulling-up-a-skill-guide doesn't help. It LOOKS like its freezes the drain on your stats, but when the guide goes down, the drain hits you all at once.

Okay, I tried solo'ing him this way. And 15 per trip is ridiculous. Granted, its a nice process, and it works pretty well, but at level 124, with all of the very best magic defense equipment in the game and 95 mage, I was only able to kill 3 per trip. Yes, 3 per trip solo. KBD's defense is sick, and takes alot of zeros to hit him. The ice breaths and blue fire thingies hit pretty consistant 7's. I used 5-8 shark per kill, not 2. And the guide says it uses 40 prayer points per kill, but only takes 2 pray pots. That doesn't add up to 15 kills. I'd love to put this in the Archive of Wisdom, but it needs to be more accurate first, or a video proving its boast. I did enjoy using the ancient tele to the ice hills that brings you right 2 clicks away from the gate. Tele, fight, house tablet, recharge, glory to edge, restock, tele. You can do a lot of trips that way. 96 mage needed for that tele spell. Mind bombs ftw. :) Went with N64jive as a pair, and we did pretty good. 6 or 7 per trip. No head yet. I'm going crazy. :wall:

Definitely the right guy you are talking to. I'm completely stumped. Here are some ideas... 1) If you haven't traveled to Waterbirth island ever, go there, and try again. Maybe Peer the seer knows you've never been there, and wouldn't ask you about the armor obtained to a place you've never been. 2) Whack Peer the seer with a rubber chicken, spin three times, do a zombie dance while typing "Oooga booga!" in green. Talk to him again. Repeat until you stop laughing.

I think you're talking to the wrong dude. This guy is in Relekka just west of the main hall standing outside of the building there. If you have completed the Trails quest, you will get those "talk to" options.

Check the sticky on General P2P board, called ARCHIVE OF WISDOM. There is a link to the Daggonoth King guide. This will answer most of your questions. After you read that, A team of 3 is advised, one mage, two rangers/meleers. On entry, the mage goes in and distracts the melee dude (Rex) to the safe spot. The rangers/meleers go in and kill the ranger (Supreme) with magic pray on. Then they go to NE corner and shoot the mager (Prime) with a bow. When he dies, turn range pray on and melee Supreme again. Rinse and repeat. Mager must always keep Rex out of the rangers hair.

The burners burn out after about a minute or two. And you can use a friends altar. If you leave the house, usually you get the long pause at it the "loading" No-place-like-home screen comes up, and everything is reset. Doors are closed, things dropped are gone, and burners are out. If you come back fast enough, (Really fast though. Tele to Edge, grab bones, click house tele tab.) sometimes it doesn't reset, the "loading" screen pops you right in, and all the doors are still open, and the burners are still lit.

When you "Talk To" Peer the Seer, the first thing that comes up is a choice. Wallaski Skeleton Armor? Fremmenik Trails? If you don't get this option, I'm stumped. Maybe you need to make sure you have hides, bone pieces, and cash in your inventory.

It must be lucky for most people, because barrow prices have fallen through the basement. I can't even do Barrows anymore, because the payoff is so bad. If I need death or blood runes, I do Barrows. And the items are the secondary item. lol. Now *thats* irony.

Wrong. Need I list the myriad of benefits already pointed out on this thread? Need I not, I believe. Wrong. Players have made a fortune selling supplies to this skill from logs, planks, and other supplies. Also, clockwork cats can make an 85 crafter a billionaire. Not to mention the money you SAVE from barrows repair, and a gp saved is a gp made. This skill doesn't HAVE to cost a fortune. If you want 80 levels in 3 days, yeah, you'll have to spend a couple million. If you don't mind taking more time to level the skill like OTHER skills, using limestone or clay to level is a MUCH cheaper option. And the "bonuses" that a house gives you are fantastic. :shame:

Day 3 is updated. The frustration continues, and QueenValerie now has experienced it first hand. The wild ride that is fun, has turned into a "grr!" after every drop. The bug WILL drop. Giving up is not an option. 3050 shark left.

50% of the time is not accurate. Go kill Dharok with Veracs on, you'll see its not even close to 50%. Its a random thing, and it probably hits just as much as the other Barrows specials, maybe 1 out of 6 times or so.

It was a fun adventure, although it pales in comparison with Dag Kings now. I hope this quest ends soon. I wanna go back to dk'ing. Page 1 updated with Day 1.
