  1. It has a 25 imports limit.
  2. Ok. That's time for the combat update.
  3. That's too much math for Jagex, Nuke :)
  4. necklaces are bad for purchase anyways if you are strictly buying xp because you have to manually use them up. But I guess so..
  5. That's... ugh. So now you can't replace them with new ones, and you're stuck with using the recharge crystals??
  6. The main reason for having two separate things is because it means they can add offhand drops and increase the possible value of certain monsters.
  7. Does anyone know what floors the xp nerf to skilling applies (where at least one spot per room is half xp?) Because I didn't see that on my c6's. Is that specific to sub-c6 floors?
  8. The second ammo bind is not for magic combat. It's for switching to cosmics or laws for floors which don't need the arrows!!! (C1/C2 etc)
  9. Switching at smuggler creates a nice balance because faster teams won't want to use it since ht or mgt to base takes a while. But
  10. I think swapping works at beginning if you know no one on your party has the setup to do something. For example quickly swap to mage early so that someone can mage stuff. But not as useful post EoC since triangle isn't as horrible against certain bosses. It *is* nice to be able to bind stuff you can't equip yet and keep it in a future section... I'm mostly annoyed that i can't bind arrows and then cosmics/laws for c1/c2...
  11. It's a lot cleaner and less buggy now. Previously, when you did 10x spins, it really messed up and glitched out a lot. Now it seems to be more robust. And it doesn't change interfaces after spinning to show reward. This is much nicer imo. Much less busy during transition. It would be nice if they rendered it using same graphics/engine as game so that it didn't feel tacked on, but..... Eh.
  12. Thought those were for skilling outfits?
  13. Still... I don't want multiple binds for mage vs range, I want multiple binds for ranged vs c1/c2!!!!!
  14. Anyone confirmed whether gravestone stuff works on properly at aggressive monsters? Does the interface window stay open while you are attacked? Edit: Nathed!
  15. How about the impossible (to prove) version: upgrading both hats completely without using any stand-ins to fight (so only legitimate opponents)
  16. Which is one of the reasons Suomi stated for quitting, he wanted the top to be more competition I think.
  17. Part of the reason IP theft is not controlled legally is that it is notoriously difficult to prove, detect, or stop. I can have the same idea as someone else, so why should I be screwed simply because I didn't know about a patent? Sharing ideas seems natural, so why is it that people have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars/currency if they share music? We've applied a physical conception of property to the nonphysical 'idea'. It benefits a few people at the expense of the community. While those benefits are definitely good for the person it is an interesting question whether society benefits because of it. (And even whether the individual does, as in cases with record labels who effectively take everything from the artist) Legal laws don't really work because many people don't see it as wrong, and you can't really detect much of the theft/copying of ideas. It isn't even really "theft" in one sense because if I copy your idea, I don't deprive you of the original. I only deprive you of exclusive control. That really isn't the same thing as stealing a physical object. Now for digital items in game, that can be theft because you can actually deprive someone of it. Either way, detecting online copying/theft would require completely rearchitecting the internet, and we've seen what happens when laws of that sort attempt to get passed (not withstanding those wouldn't really change anything about the actual makeup of the internet..) and the entire community of the internet basically says "no."
  18. Not sure how that sounds, and he said the interface is at the smuggler, so it might be possible to change what's in sets during the dungeon, but I agree balanced would only be to swap between sets.
  19. That's not as pronounced. You can still use bolts and they should work ok. Thrown stuff should be the most powerful though.
  20. Yes but that isn't my argument. We don't fault the creator of an object simply because it is misused. The particular analogy was poor I suppose. Jagex adding dice correlates to gambling becoming popular but isn't responsible for gambling. Just because it can be done doesn't mean the creator intended it
  21. The designer of a gun is not held responsible when that gun shoots someone. Same with jagex dice.... Yes the dice gave the idea but that is all.
  22. A few people have asked for shorter cooldowns when they *meant* fewer button presses.
